Ordered the cheese cake which wasn't actually cheese cake but instead a sponge cake. When I questioned the issue I was dismissed even though it was still frozen. Disappointed for the price and the service wasn't very understanding.

My food was over an hour late. Whaen I got my food it was cold, and really couldn’t enjoy. I really enjoy food from here usually so very disappointing

food was on time and hot, chicken on the kebab was a bit dry but it was late when we ordered. overall a good takeaway

took hours to come said it arrived and never then came 45 minutes later my milkshake tasted like water and my cheesecake was frozen.

Hi my food was really cold and it was all the wrong order so it didn’t end up getting eaten please could I have a refund I do normally order here all the time and today was different than the rest

Never turned up despite calling to see how long it would be. Arrived back from holiday and hour before ordering as everyone was hungry and no food shopping in. Will be arranging refund for none delivery. Have used Mr Joe's Preston regularly but having 2nd thoughts on using again.

Their Asian style pizza is delicious.

I got the notification that my food had been delivered on time but it hadn’t actually arrived until 15 minutes later. I’m assuming they changed it to delivered so it didn’t seem like it was delivered late but it was. Normally I’m not to bothered waiting another 15 minutes but since it told me it had been delivered and I didn’t have it I stood outside in the rain to see if there was anyone looking for my house with my food and checked if it had been placed at any neighbouring houses door steps. 25 minutes late, chicken nuggets tasted like rubber

Pizza was good, but they always are after a few 🍺 , not greasy at all, considering it was a pepperoni. Nice fresh pack of pepperoni been opened when making the pizza. Friendly staff and good value 2 10 inch pizzas 2 fries and 2 drinks £15

We order food from here from just eat and it's says food delivered and food is nowhere to be seen. Never going here again. Don't waste your money. Will be lucky if we ever see the food

Charged me £8.50 for delivery wich was the same amount as my food ridiculous amount for a delivery charge plus the 50p service charge I was charged £9 onto of what I paid for my food

Over an hour late, food was cold when received, only 2 of the 4 items we ordered were delivered (chicken wings missing and chips with cheese had no cheese) not much of an apology on the phone. Will not be ordering from here ever again. Absolute disgrace.

The order was so late, we had to go to bed and it still didn't arrive. There was no update from the restaurant. It's a shame, because we'd order from a different place if we knew.

The food was an hour and a half later, the kebab meat was so spicy as to be inedible. The only good thing about it is that it was hot. They refused to compensate me for the lateness. Because the food was so late it meant that we were unable to take our medication at the correct time. Disgusted!!

Q: was your food delivered? A:not at all! took my money for a delivery, claimed to have delivered the food when they haven't, won't answer the phone, won't refund me, beyond fuming. bit of advice for them, don't accept the order or money if you're not going to deliver, blatant robbery! Advice for any customers stay well away.

I ordered 2 meals they arrived They arrived Stone cold. I rang and told them they said they'll redo the order. Never turn up and block time numbers I checked online. The food comes to 14 pound. And they're told me over the phone that it was 16 pound and when it arrived, it was 17 pound.

Large kebab garlic chicken and dinner meat hardly no dinner meat and it was cold chicken cut so small if that was large I would hate to a small first experience and could be my last

Absolutely disgusting how we where treated. Order food and told it will be aroundan hour, 2 hours later still no food. So eventually got through on phone to be told it's on its way. 15 mins later food arrived and it was cold. Driver told by this time to take it back and argued it wasn't cold after we checked it. Will never order from this takeaway again and will be putting a compliant in to health and hygiene over the poor service

I ordered food from Mr Joes on Uber eats me and my friends waited nearly two hours no food arrived so we rang up Mr Joes they said it was around the corner waited another 49 mins no food still so rang them again but when to user busy so we rang up Uber eats instead wondering where our food is and if they can help they rang up Mr Joes they didn’t pick up Uber eats saw how long me and my friends where waiting for our food to be delivered and cancelled my order and repaid me the money I spent worst place ever never ordering from here again

Placed an order at 11pm for a 1am delivery. Food turned up over 30 minutes late, most of it was stone cold and tasteless, and the shop would not answer the phone. Portions very small. Would not recommend or use this takeaway again.

Ordered takeaway at 11:30 from the just eat app. Was told will be arriving at 12:40, never showed up and everytime we called it went straight to failed call. NO FOOD AND £23 gone !!!!!!

Think it was the drivers first day on the job, either that or he was delivering in a pogo stick because 3 hours later no food rang them 37 times and each time he was round the corner my dead gran can moves quicker than this guy, anyway no food so getting a refund from just eat guy on the phone thought it was funny when I called him to complain as well please avoid

Ordered chicken kebabs and were left waiting for over an hour while regulars where served before us. Young lad In a turban then smothered food in garlic when we'd clearly stated no sauce on one. Utterly shambolic

I ordered food and they said I haven't ordered then hung up and then ordered it again and waited another hour then they were late so I rang them and they said I haven't ordered even tho it said I had and then they said not to ring again

Just received our order and I kid u not the chips were dry and hard and cold it looks like the chips have been standing on a tray for a while rung them up to tell them we wasn’t eating it and all we got was rudeness I used to order from here all the time but now we are boy cutting it as portion not like they used to be if I could give this less then a zero I would definitely give them a minus 5 I would definitely not recommend them

Portion size and price is ridiculous. £8.00 for a small kebab and I kid you not there were 5 small strips of Donner Meat In it. They forgot sauce. Telephoned up and we’re just rude and dismissive.

How are you gonna charge £5 for a burger and not put salad on it? Its like having plain pasta, at least give the people an option to put it on if you’re not gonna put it yourself, pizza is overpriced too. Sorry but i gotta be honest.

Went to sit in and eat with my mate.1st thing we noticed is that it's disgusting everywhere it's as if no one cleans up the place.We order the popcorn chicken and chips and bossman says 'okay' and says an amount that was higher than what the price said on the menu and when we corrected him he said 'oh sorry my mistake'.Then we waited about 15-20 minutes which is long for just popcorn chicken and chips and it had finally been ready.ONLY A QUARTER OF IT WAS POPCORN CHICKEN AND THE REST WAS A LOAD OF CHIPS.Wasn't very tasty either definitely a waste of money.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Everything was tepid and barely warm, the pizza dough wasn't cooked through and the fillet supream wasn't fit for a dog, stale bun too. The chips tasted like they was microwaved.

Went through foodhub and ordered chicken tikka kebab but received a donner, rang them direct only to be told sorry we can’t do anything, I asked are you going to deliver what I ordered? Only to be told no were busy next time you order we will give you a free kebab??? Well what about the kebab I ordered but did not receive??? I have ordered from here for the past 2 years regularly but they have just lost custom the place as gone downhill!

ordered from mr joe’s website, the delivery time at start was 25 minutes; only after completing checkout did it change to 1 hour delivery time. called after 1 hour 30 minutes, they hung up. driver arrived after another ten minutes. food was cold, order was incorrect, salad that should have been on the kebab was in a box, no sauce when sauce was ordered. this place has gone downhill recently and will not be ordering from here again.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced I would use again
