One of my friend recommend me this takeaway a couple of weeks ago and I ordered again and got delicious lamb tikka kebab with fresh salad and mints which was testy 😋

Food was lovely, delivery later than originally quoted

Well, what a shame. Had food delivered from here a few times and has always been good. Everyone they ring to say they can’t find the address so I give them instructions and they get here. Ordered last night, it said an hour. After 3 hours of ringing them with no answer and trying to get hold of food hub, I was told the restaurant was closed and to “chat back” tonight so they could sort a refund. Tonight, nope, no refund as they tried to contact me numerous times but couldn’t get in touch so it’s my fault. I always have my phone with me at work and I had no missed calls or messages saying I’d been called. I’ve checked my details on food hub and the contact details are the same as the times they’ve called me and I’ve give them directions. Anyway, just be aware you may or may not get your food from here but you won get a refund either

Ordered food for me and my girlfriend, first of all, the delivery driver was rude and food was missing from our order, but the main problem was that the chicken was raw, I made the mistake of not reading the other reviews and when I did I saw others had the same problems

I mean where should I even start first of all they were shut at 4:30AM in the morning I mean what’s the point of running a business if you can’t even be open during normal working hours

I mean this is an absolute joke I'm trying to order food for my children and they don't take the orders in at 4:40am what a takeaway this is I'm fuming with this just trying to feed my children

Got a delivery. Pizza was literally just a plain cheese and tomato pizza (margarita).. Came and it just tastes of curry... I don't know how that happened but it did. Burger I ordered with burger sauce and salad, no salad on the burger.. Just mayonaise. Don't order from here.. If you want food from here then I suggest visiting in person. NEVER USE PRESTON EATS.

Disappointed didn’t get the salad with the kebab. Garlic chicken nice.

Ordered the cheese cake which wasn't actually cheese cake but instead a sponge cake. When I questioned the issue I was dismissed even though it was still frozen. Disappointed for the price and the service wasn't very understanding.

My food was over an hour late. Whaen I got my food it was cold, and really couldn’t enjoy. I really enjoy food from here usually so very disappointing

Never turned up despite calling to see how long it would be. Arrived back from holiday and hour before ordering as everyone was hungry and no food shopping in. Will be arranging refund for none delivery. Have used Mr Joe's Preston regularly but having 2nd thoughts on using again.

Their Asian style pizza is delicious.

I got the notification that my food had been delivered on time but it hadn’t actually arrived until 15 minutes later. I’m assuming they changed it to delivered so it didn’t seem like it was delivered late but it was. Normally I’m not to bothered waiting another 15 minutes but since it told me it had been delivered and I didn’t have it I stood outside in the rain to see if there was anyone looking for my house with my food and checked if it had been placed at any neighbouring houses door steps. 25 minutes late, chicken nuggets tasted like rubber

Pizza was good, but they always are after a few 🍺 , not greasy at all, considering it was a pepperoni. Nice fresh pack of pepperoni been opened when making the pizza. Friendly staff and good value 2 10 inch pizzas 2 fries and 2 drinks £15

I had milkshake here no taste just water inside

We order food from here from just eat and it's says food delivered and food is nowhere to be seen. Never going here again. Don't waste your money. Will be lucky if we ever see the food

Charged me £8.50 for delivery wich was the same amount as my food ridiculous amount for a delivery charge plus the 50p service charge I was charged £9 onto of what I paid for my food

Over an hour late, food was cold when received, only 2 of the 4 items we ordered were delivered (chicken wings missing and chips with cheese had no cheese) not much of an apology on the phone. Will not be ordering from here ever again. Absolute disgrace.

The order was so late, we had to go to bed and it still didn't arrive. There was no update from the restaurant. It's a shame, because we'd order from a different place if we knew.

The food was an hour and a half later, the kebab meat was so spicy as to be inedible. The only good thing about it is that it was hot. They refused to compensate me for the lateness. Because the food was so late it meant that we were unable to take our medication at the correct time. Disgusted!!

I ordered 2 meals they arrived They arrived Stone cold. I rang and told them they said they'll redo the order. Never turn up and block time numbers I checked online. The food comes to 14 pound. And they're told me over the phone that it was 16 pound and when it arrived, it was 17 pound.

Absolutely disgusting how we where treated. Order food and told it will be aroundan hour, 2 hours later still no food. So eventually got through on phone to be told it's on its way. 15 mins later food arrived and it was cold. Driver told by this time to take it back and argued it wasn't cold after we checked it. Will never order from this takeaway again and will be putting a compliant in to health and hygiene over the poor service

Large kebab garlic chicken and dinner meat hardly no dinner meat and it was cold chicken cut so small if that was large I would hate to a small first experience and could be my last

I ordered food from Mr Joes on Uber eats me and my friends waited nearly two hours no food arrived so we rang up Mr Joes they said it was around the corner waited another 49 mins no food still so rang them again but when to user busy so we rang up Uber eats instead wondering where our food is and if they can help they rang up Mr Joes they didn’t pick up Uber eats saw how long me and my friends where waiting for our food to be delivered and cancelled my order and repaid me the money I spent worst place ever never ordering from here again

Placed an order at 11pm for a 1am delivery. Food turned up over 30 minutes late, most of it was stone cold and tasteless, and the shop would not answer the phone. Portions very small. Would not recommend or use this takeaway again.

Ordered takeaway at 11:30 from the just eat app. Was told will be arriving at 12:40, never showed up and everytime we called it went straight to failed call. NO FOOD AND £23 gone !!!!!!

Nice little spot for a takeaway with taxi rank nearby. Cosy atmosphere with great food and service.

Think it was the drivers first day on the job, either that or he was delivering in a pogo stick because 3 hours later no food rang them 37 times and each time he was round the corner my dead gran can moves quicker than this guy, anyway no food so getting a refund from just eat guy on the phone thought it was funny when I called him to complain as well please avoid
