Thei never listening, wheen you ordering. Definetlly not recomend. I found that, when the have customers walk in, thei never look after. Thei never listening the wright order. Verry messy place. Dirty.

I always order from here and the food is amazing however I went inside the actual restaurant the other day and the staff are so friendly and the food was incredible as always will definitely be dining in more :) I recommend the chicken tikka on chips, flame burger and the pizzas

Ordered 2 large portions of their Chicken Sharwama Friday/Saturday night special. Asked when I ordered if I could have both in a Pizza Box as advertised in their images as from past experience I find portions are squeezed into the smaller boxes and was told this could be done. On arrival noticed that the food was in their normal polystyrene trays albeit the larger tray and oddly got charged £1 extra than quoted over the phone. It wasn't much more so I didn't make a fuss about it. I got home and opened the trays, noticing that the portion size was almost identical to the regular portion except they had spread it out over the larger tray. I called and was told the Kitchen confirmed they had packed the "large" portion and they were sorry if I didn't agree (albeit much more politely by the gentleman on the phone) and that was the end of it. In hindsight I should have gone as far as weighing the portion and taking some pictures for this review. Very disappointing from Naafiah where I've been visiting for a long time if this is their normal practice. Assuming I regain my Trust in them and revisit definitely won't be betting anything in their Large trays as they seemingly just spread out the regular portions. What a shame.

Amazing prices and quality food

I ordered food on Uber eats, food was cold, totally different sauce was added on fish. Kabab roll was without salad and sauce. Manager was utterly rude with very minimum English. I didn't wanted food again but they sent driver took back without delivery. Kindly behave. People ordering food because your concept of food. Your approach towards food is too casual and service really bad. Not going to order food in my lifetime. insha'Allah.

Ordered from naafiahs a few times. Quality is always 100% and the prices are reasonable. They sent the wrong pizza this time but were happy to sort it out and send another straight away. Great customer service 👍🏽

I recently ordered a pizza and burger from Naafiah and had an extreme bout of vomiting which followed within a couples of hours having ate the food. Not sure whether this was due to bad hygiene, undercooked meat or out of date meat I did obtain a refund for the horrific experience i had to sadly endure

Quite busy so wasn't comfortable eating as people witching you eat lol. But the food 😋 tasty

Ordered food last night total £37 gave driver £40 with a tip. Opened food and both masala chicken with nans complete disappointment. Was burned and looked like chicken tikka with burned masala and was a dark brown black colour and was dry as anything. Complained to them and as usual they refused any responsibility and then the chef had said it was perfect so we offered the chef to come and eat both portions himself and we would pay for the food once again but he declined. We got offered the same food to be sent out but we declined and requested a refund for the 2 portions which was around £18 they told us they will refund us the same day or the next day. Just had the driver come and try offer my mum a £4 refund total so I got the coins and returned it back to the driver as it seems these stingy Indians need it much more never order from here and avoid at all costs completely and utterly disgusted with these guys more so for the mere nerve and cheek of trying to get away with a refund of £4 and that being 24 hours later. No apology or anything either. AVOID THIS DIRTY TAKEAWAY AT ALL COSTS no doubt they will add a few fake reviews at 5 stars from there friends and family like they have been doing after every 1 star review and I would recommend GRILL SHACK it’s the same menu but quality food good hygiene in the shop and very good customer service not like this dump of a place they call a takeaway

The quality is degrading day by day. Chips are fresh but pizza toppings and sauces are horrible

My family, kid and her friends love this place! Every pizza is very delicious and yummmm. Filling in pizzas is perfectly done. Owner is very friendly and has patience to take care of every single customer. We keep going again and again to this place for their yummy pizzas and burgers.

Phone service is really bad staff over the phone don't even know how to take orders Never gonna order over the phone again

Great establishment Food is fresh and very well made Delicious to say the least Priced very good The reason for the 2 star is because of the hygiene there were dead flies around the sink to wash your hands Other than that cannot complain.

No happy with the service, delivery driver rang me and told me he had knocked on the door (no one had knocked on my door) so my partner went to the front door and the delivery driver was sat in his car for 5 minutes expecting him to walk over and get the food at the other side of the street and then my partner still had to walk over to the gate as he didn’t even come into the garden. The food also wasn’t the best the cheese burger had a weird taste and they put red sauce on my chips which I never asked for.

Can get very busy at weekends. Food is freshly prepared, and the variety is good for a take-out.

When workers are busy no sauces in burgers, food quality decreases and even when workers are lazy if naafiah is busy go to grill shack as an alternative.

Staff being rude with the customers…..

The fries and burger was warm. The burger had no sauce, only salad and the chicken. Very dry.

Placed an order via Uber eats over an hour ago. As they use their own delivery driver we’re unable to track the order. Either the phone line is busy or no one answers when it does ring. Really disappointed in their service. Never ordering again. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Very bad service. Order incorrect... always late even with phone order. Staff unprofessional.... instead the other naafia on Manchester Road is better. Gujji never learn.

Ordered the beef noodles and it was just a soggy mess. The food had leaked in the bag as well. The spagghetti had been boiled to the point where the whole thing was just like baby food. Not sure what flavour it was supposed to be but I didn't like the taste.

Ordered at 6:25 for 8 its 8:30pm, iftaar is done foods still not here.. if you can't take orders for delivering on time especially in ramadhan dont take it.. its wrong.

Food tastes like food poisoning. Plus the chicken burger tastes like frozen chicken and literally has no sauce no salad. Second time I ordered from this place hoping it will be different. Disappointed. Never again.

I ordered a burger and donner meal ,the meat of the donner was cold and was smelly ,I almost threw up ,the burger was okay but the sauces tasted like they were expired ,I ordered 2 drinks drinks but I only got 1 and they were not any tissues or forks in the bag

I ordered 4 stair fry today from here. They were dry, burnt and chewy. It’s seems like they used the chicken from day before.Absolutely waste of money.Never ordering from them again

These guys do a real nice chicken stir fry and chips 😋. It's a shame their menu is limited, being in an Asian area they don't do curries, biryani etc.

Pizzas are amazing here and prices are very good! We are based in Southport but when we visit Preston we collect pizzas from here time to time. Definitely recommend!

Poor service poor food rude staff unsure why the staff feel so upset maybe the owner doesn't pay enough or maybe they are expected to go above and beyond their job discription..!?? Either way staff need to be re-trained on basic customer service etiquettes... Avoid avoid avoid..!! A bunch of w**kers..!

Hands down one of the best takeaways for the quality of food and value for money. I get a collection and always get the same thing chicken tikka and chips with garlic&chilli sauce and its amazing!! Really hot but its delicious if you like hot/spicy food. Me and my partner have had different things from there and can safely say all the food its tasty.

Went there, ordered a chicken stir fry (just one!) and they said minutes, okay fine, I go after fifteen minutes, they said five more minutes, then after ten minutes, they say five more minutes, right now TWO people who have ordered AFTER me got their meals, but I haven’t! This place is rubbish!

Although in the description of the pizza there was nothing mentioned about the sharpness, after eating one piece you could feel the spicy spices. Pizza was an undercooked zakalec. I will never order anything there again.

Ordered steak chicken and chips they go and send a tiny 7 inch pizza box with steak in and don’t even bother to ask what size box I want call me back and the guy can’t even speak English the guy who took my order messes a lot of orders up. rubbish service. wouldn’t waste money in that place again.

Very disappointed with tonight's delivery. We've had food from naahfiah before and it's always been delish, but tonights offering was more burnt bits than meat, inedible I'm afraid. Will he hard pushed to order again soon 😕

We Ordered food there was no customers in the shop only us and it took 35 minutes and but the food was nice but not worth the wait and inside all the shop was dirty and moldy we asked if there was a toilet as we needed it and he said upstairs so we went up and all moldy and dirty

It's all very rich, but it takes you a long time to give you your food.

Ordered a simple portion of grilled donner and chips with salad. Took 1 hr to arrive round the corner... Donner wasn't grilled got 2 cucumbers and 5 tiny onion pieces... Complainted said ran out of donner so gave me someone else's u grilled donner.. Discount next time... No Thankyou..wont be a next time!

We always come here whenever we visit from Birmingham. The 'mighty meat' pizza is the best - honestly you won't regret it. Just a bit of advice to management to add garlic and ginger to the meat to get rid of that meaty smell. That would honestly work wonders.

Was waiting for 25 minutes after I place the order and one guy asked me what I ordered ( after 25 minutes ) and on the end you can't pay with card only by cash and now is covid-19 so is recommended to pay by CARD !

Garlic bread Delicious Donner meat- plentiful and delicious Fries with cheese and bbq sauce - devine Food was delivered to the hospital and the driver was amazing he called me up and asked where I wanted to meet him and he even moved closer 2 my ward to make it easier for me. Great service hot food great price massive portions 👍 the only pointer I would give is get some hotter sauce as an option for us hot heads.
