It was collection. But the food was good .we like it .and we mostly buy a deal ,3, 12 inch pizza in 18 pounds instead of two 14 inch pizza in 16 pounds . Cool deal .

Terrible service! Ordered online waited nearly 2 hours they couldn’t find the order! Staff didn’t understand English and act deaf! Eventually food arrived completely different order rang back but obviously they couldn’t understand anything again acting deaf. Went to return food and for a refund and the biggest shock saw a rat!! Don’t understand why they have workers who don’t speak English all here on dodgy care visas i think!! Won’t be going back also reported to health and safety!

Absolutely fantastic service, food and price. Went on a Saturday afternoon, surprisingly was pretty busy, with pick ups and phone orders. Placed my order for a mixed grill box with fries. Waited 10 minutes, food was served and was steaming hot. It tasted absolutely delicious, portions were generous. Would definitely recommend. This was a defo 5* plus place. Thank you guys for the wonderful service and beautiful food.

We had no issue when the food came but we had an issue with the app. We got no updates about our order the orange circle was stuck on thank you for your order the full way until the delivery time slot which was 9:25. As soon as it reached 9.25 the app said the food is here but it hadn’t arrived. First and last time I will use this app. We had to ring naafiah because we were worried about our order.

my order didn't arrived to me but from the restaurant they marked it as delivered. I call them twice ( 20 min appart) and both Tim's they told me wait another 5/10 minutes. Finally 1h after the supposed arrival time I ask for refund. I couldn't cancel the order because the restaurant had already mark as delivered...

The quality of the the pizza was nice but the shawarma and the noodles was so sparce with chicken this time, Nafiah are normally good but a bit of a let down this time :(

I ordered a calzone. Really great service staff and people. Cheap, tasty and a favourite. Became a regular and do recommend.kind and supportive to kids. Fast service and excellent food. Special thanks to the new manager who fixed the restaurant, looks out for kids, is a molisab and always wears a jabbah. 5 stars!!!

Placed a order for collection got to the restaurant and was told I must have placed the order at a different branch and was sent away only to be called back to say there was a mistake and the order hadn’t come through. This experience caused me alarm and distress for sure felt I deserved more than just a apology

Absolutely terrible experience. Was served meat that was dry, burnt and rubbery. Felt like left overs. 2 members of staff served the food. They had 2 chances to see the food was not fit for purpose. Only saw the state of food when I reached home. Never going there again.

Title: Terrible Experience at Nafiyah Takeaway I recently had an appalling experience at Nafiyah Takeaway that I feel compelled to share. Despite arriving on time to order, the staff refused to fulfill it. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also downright hostile. From the moment I walked in, the staff were argumentative. Despite having ordered according to their menu, they began using foul language when I queried the delay. The situation quickly escalated when one of the employees came outside and physically threatened to fight and hit us. Such aggressive and abusive behavior is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever have to endure this kind of treatment. I urge anyone considering Nafiyah Takeaway to think twice before ordering from them. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I will certainly not be returning nor will my family members and friends. Very disappointed.

2nd time ordering the zinger burger wow freshly spiced chicken burger lightly coated, and I hate takeaway chips but these were crispy and fresh. husband got the same but added cheese sauce he says its a game changer. ☺️ Thank You NAAFIAF food was so good

Food is always great, and I order often. However this time, delivery was a let down. Usually 45mins to an hour, but today was 2 hours from the time of ordering.

Ordered 2 large portions of their Chicken Sharwama Friday/Saturday night special. Asked when I ordered if I could have both in a Pizza Box as advertised in their images as from past experience I find portions are squeezed into the smaller boxes and was told this could be done. On arrival noticed that the food was in their normal polystyrene trays albeit the larger tray and oddly got charged £1 extra than quoted over the phone. It wasn't much more so I didn't make a fuss about it. I got home and opened the trays, noticing that the portion size was almost identical to the regular portion except they had spread it out over the larger tray. I called and was told the Kitchen confirmed they had packed the "large" portion and they were sorry if I didn't agree (albeit much more politely by the gentleman on the phone) and that was the end of it. In hindsight I should have gone as far as weighing the portion and taking some pictures for this review. Very disappointing from Naafiah where I've been visiting for a long time if this is their normal practice. Assuming I regain my Trust in them and revisit definitely won't be betting anything in their Large trays as they seemingly just spread out the regular portions. What a shame.

Food had taken way too long to arrive. Really got tired of waiting and made other arrangements. When im usually expecting food on time like in the past, and have to wait 1 hour 30 min from ordering its passed the period of needing it. I expect a full refund

Amazing prices and quality food

I ordered food on Uber eats, food was cold, totally different sauce was added on fish. Kabab roll was without salad and sauce. Manager was utterly rude with very minimum English. I didn't wanted food again but they sent driver took back without delivery. Kindly behave. People ordering food because your concept of food. Your approach towards food is too casual and service really bad. Not going to order food in my lifetime. insha'Allah.

Would have given 0 star but had to give 1 to write a review. Waited over 2 hours for cold food even though they said the food would still be hot when I called to complain! They didn’t even have the decency to take money off our order. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Ordered from naafiahs a few times. Quality is always 100% and the prices are reasonable. They sent the wrong pizza this time but were happy to sort it out and send another straight away. Great customer service 👍🏽

We ordered veg burger with chips with stir fry,they did not mention that stir fry is non veg and sent us chicken.We are pure vegetarians and ended up taking non veg bites and realised it’s non veg.We called up the restaurant and they did not realise their mistake and said we should have called and confirmed.Who will think that with a veg burger they will add chicken to stir fry.

Got pizzas whilst in Jamaat The bbq pizza was very nice very good service too

I recently ordered a pizza and burger from Naafiah and had an extreme bout of vomiting which followed within a couples of hours having ate the food. Not sure whether this was due to bad hygiene, undercooked meat or out of date meat I did obtain a refund for the horrific experience i had to sadly endure

Ordered food last night total £37 gave driver £40 with a tip. Opened food and both masala chicken with nans complete disappointment. Was burned and looked like chicken tikka with burned masala and was a dark brown black colour and was dry as anything. Complained to them and as usual they refused any responsibility and then the chef had said it was perfect so we offered the chef to come and eat both portions himself and we would pay for the food once again but he declined. We got offered the same food to be sent out but we declined and requested a refund for the 2 portions which was around £18 they told us they will refund us the same day or the next day. Just had the driver come and try offer my mum a £4 refund total so I got the coins and returned it back to the driver as it seems these stingy Indians need it much more never order from here and avoid at all costs completely and utterly disgusted with these guys more so for the mere nerve and cheek of trying to get away with a refund of £4 and that being 24 hours later. No apology or anything either. AVOID THIS DIRTY TAKEAWAY AT ALL COSTS no doubt they will add a few fake reviews at 5 stars from there friends and family like they have been doing after every 1 star review and I would recommend GRILL SHACK it’s the same menu but quality food good hygiene in the shop and very good customer service not like this dump of a place they call a takeaway

My family, kid and her friends love this place! Every pizza is very delicious and yummmm. Filling in pizzas is perfectly done. Owner is very friendly and has patience to take care of every single customer. We keep going again and again to this place for their yummy pizzas and burgers.
