OMG! Just got food from Ribbleton Tandoori. We got the curry box for £22 and I cannot express how good it was. Every single thing about it was amazing, the curries, the pakoras, the red kebab meat (wow), the cheesy chips, the naan, not only that, but the staff were amazing, I wasn't sure what curry to get and the chef asked me what I liked and has come up with the most perfect indian dish I have ever had. Definitely eating there again, can't wait to try the rest of the menu

Missing items, I called them to be told we’ll send it when we have another order from your area. Paid nearly £50 and someone missed out on their food.

The chappattis were missing from my order and the bhuna was hot not medium

I ordered the other night and the driver didn't have the correct change expecting a tip .I'd of given a tip if it wasn't expected then he left before I could get the correct change taking my money with him .also the butter chicken curry tasted burnt .Also the guy who amswred the phone has a arrogant attitude. You've lost a customer

Got set meal for 1 tikka masala and a garlic masala and naan absolutely perfect could not fault anythin ,everythin fresh, currys in big boxes full of chicken will defo be goin again soon

Very good, have used other Indian takeaways but they have sometimes been watery, Ribbleton tandoori are not watery and very good.

every single time never read notes properly like they cant read. notes asked for salad/cheese/mayo on the chilli burger and mayo and chilli on the chips. i receive no salad and chilli/mayo on the burger and only mayo on the chips so the burgers too hot to eat. only reason leaving review as seems petty as its EVERY SINGLE TIME and the staff are just rude everytime apart from one of the cooks whos always friendly. When they get it right the food is good but thats 1 out of every 20 orders.Last time

This is usually mine and my kids go to for takeaway. Ordered it today as a treat. We are now up since 2am 2 children vomiting and me severe stomach ache. Will not be eating from here evee again 🤬 My other 2 children are complaining of feeling sick as I write this

Ordered 2 kebab munch boxes lrg spicy donner and chips and 2 12inch pizza nice price beautiful food would definitely recommend and would definitely order from here again:)))

The flavour and quality of sauces are just the same as high end restaurant menus. Found my goto takeout, really impressed.

Excellent service and food just ordered a tandoori tikka boxtelephone order loads of chicken and lamb plenty for 2 people easily feed 3. Definitely recommend this takeaway been using them for a while very good.

time went rang takeaway said sorry will be there 25 more minutes went by was a few minutes past 11pm when i got food and ordered just before 10 pm had to warm up in microwave for 3 minutes not happy that was very poor service

We placed an order at 6pm through the app to be told it would be with us by 6.25-6.45 at 6.50 no food had arrived I rang Ribbleton tandoori to be told it would be with me by 10past at 20 past I rang back to be told he’s a couple of minuets away.. it’s now gone 8pm I rang to be told my receipt hasn’t even been printed and we are going to have to wait another 25 minuets for our food it’s bang out of order I won’t be ordering or recommending them to anyone! Absolutely disgusting

Our first time here after seeing reviews on social media and it did not disappoint. We got the jumbo curry box, the portion size is huge. There was a little wait for the food, but it was all fresh and tasted amazing. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Chicken in the wrap was rock solid, cheese burger was just a slab of beef & a slice of cheese. Very poor quality

This evening we ordered the jumbo box. We also got an extra curry and shared it between 3 people. There was plenty of food and definitely worth the money. Everything was hot and very tasty. The spice was good and it also came with a little salad and a bottle of pepsi. We all agreed we would order this again!

We LOVE this place! It’s our new go to takeaway since moving round the corner. If they have no delivery drivers free at time of order they walk round themselves! Great customer service and the food is amazing! Never had a problem with them curries are always meaty and huge potions the kebabs are also huge and full the the brim! 100% recommend this takeaway

Usually the food is brilliant from here. Tonight not so much. Chips were barely cooked and soggy. The potatoe aloo was flavourless and cold. And the tikka was like warm. Waited over an hour to be disappointed

when delivery requested at 17:15, & delivered at 16:30. simply diagraceful to be honest. not good enough

I was extremely disappointed with my recent order from here. The curries were severely lacking in meat, with only a few minuscule pieces in each (about 5 tiny pieces in each dish). The onion bhajis were unbelievably dry, and the saag dish was drowning in oil and completely flavorless. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from here again.

Driver practically threw my food at me. He must of been busy, plus the kebab I ordered was not of a good standard.

Ordered for collection on just eat a few days ago, as soon as I got there the staff was friendly and I got talking to one of the staff about ordering online or to call them to order to save some money as it is cheaper

I had this yesterday today woke up with bad sickness and diarrhea never going here again its got down hill was brill at one point

Said it would come between 8.50 and 9.10, came at 9.30. tha saag aloo had meat in it, so wasn't great for the vegetarian

I asked them to call me when arriving as I live in shared housing and they did not. Because I couldn’t hear them knock on the door right away they was holding traffic up on my street and was rather rude and rash when I answered. When the food came it was hot but the curry was 90% oil and was spilled absolutely everywhere in the bag and got all over my other items.

We got the Tandoori tikka box. It was great value for money and delicious. Prompt delivery. We'll definitely order again.

I was really disappointed with my order my food was cold for was items was missing from the other I would like a full refund as it all ends up in the bin.

I ordered a delivery off just eat and was told it would be 1 hr to 1hr 15 mins after it hadn't turned up over a hour and half later I phoned and was told they hadn't seen my order although it was confirmed on the app that it was being prepared. Wen it did eventually turn up it was a big disappointment and not worth the wait I had given it. I don't think I will be wasting my money on that place again.

This experience was less than ideal, with a total wait of 90 minutes (from point of order, to eventual delivery). To add insult to injury, the delivery driver called me to say "I can't find your address". Many other outlets on Just Eat have found my address - 4 Cherry Trees - with no problems at all. Then, lo and behold, the driver asked for my Name, for alleged 'confirmation'. That is a violation of my Data Protection statutory rights, seeing as my name had already been on the driver's screen all along. So, having to give my name again, is a disastrous betrayal of delivery obligations. I will not be ordering from Ribbleton Tandoori ever again.

The chicken was cold, rubbery and tasted funny. Had to throw in the bin. The salad was thrown in with chicken and the salad looked old like it had been prepared days ago. Not fresh and tasted awful!!!!!!

The quality of the food is disgusting.. poppadoms are out of date and Taste disgusting. Stsrters and korma cold and not a nice taste. Bryrian horrible taste, definitely do not order from here and glad it was free delivery, I’ve already wasted £40 for food we can’t even eat.

Well, we always enjoyed food. But this order was completely different. Kebab size small. Done very salty. Calazone without pepperoni but I ask for extra onion. Not happy with this order.

Ordered the Lamb Makhani after reading that it’s mild and I’m not allowed to eat spicy food. The food arrived early and was very hot, however after one mouthful of my curry my mouth was on fire. This is listed as mild however I would’ve listed it as medium-hot. It’s a shame as I couldn’t eat and ended up throwing it away.

Fantastic as always, today I ordered Chicken Tikka Garlic Masala (absolutely amazing top marks) Bhuna, Lamb Tikka Hot (perfect heat!) Garlic Bread with Cheese & Donner Meat (tasty) Tikka Feast Pizza (amazing) Chicken Nuggets (beautiful) Sauce, Chilli (great) Sauce, Garlic (the best I've tasted ever) My only suggestion is once I ordered a cheeseburger, and asked for chilli garlic, and some onion which none were added, chips were amazing and burger tasted great still. A bit of salad and sauce in a burger would be fab but spot on as always.

Ordered food at 17:45 via Foodhub and still not arrived by 19:45. Rang up and was told it would be with us in 5 minutes even though they never asked for our address or order details. It's now 20:45 and still no sign of any food. Abysmal service and I will be requesting a charge back via my bank. 😡

I have been using this takeaway for 10 years because I really like the Cheese Naan bread, which I believe makes up for the average curry. Just recently, however, the service has become very rude. I placed an order over the phone for collection and the man ended the call by saying “if you’re late I charge you double”. I talked myself into believing that I didn’t just really hear that. I was 10 minutes late due to traffic and when I arrived the same man (presumably) said “you’re late. Why are you late?”. He then paused and waited for an answer with an angry look across his face. I’m not sure what the big issue was. It was 5pm mid week and there was plenty of room to hold the food for the extra 10 mins. I have used this takeaway’s delivery service before and they have been longer than 10 mins late a few times themselves! Not an acceptable way to speak to customers, and I’m afraid that I’m not sure I will return after this. Prices have rocketed up too.
