Deepdale Tandoori in Preston

Still not received my refund for non delivery through 'yoyo' after countless calls and promises by yourself. This is a scam. Sort it soon, or I take it further !!!! Ps.. I noticed you took my last comment down,,, I'm not going away !!!

Worst potion of chips ever which were soggy,portioned bizarrely with not the right amount of chips and the worst chilli and garlic you can find in takeaways.If even do that properly imagine the rest of there food.

The chicken jalfrezi was amazing the lamb madras wasn’t so good as their wasn’t as much meat but, the chicken jalfrezi was the best thing I’ve ever had. And they gave me 2x free garlic breads and 2x pilau rice , definitely my new favourite place and will recommend to other people!

Biryani had to fork through the rice to find any meat same goes for the curry. Garlic naan was absolute joke some kind of oil with a taste of garlic if you can say that. First time ordering here never again 😞

I used to come here all the time.. but recent experience with them they have lost a customer for life now. Extremely rude and ignorant person on the phone hung up on me twice whilst i was trying give my order.. could not understand a word i was saying apparently... then they gave the phone to someone else on my third attempt who hung up without even asking me what i wanted.. boycott the food wasnt great anyway!

Raw and cold food, missing items from the order, staff are rude and when they say they will send replacements for missing items they never arrive, such a shame but unfortunately I will not be using them again.

Misleading advertising on their website. It said you can get "free garlic bread on orders over £12" so we got a deal for 12inch pizza, donner kebab with nan, 2x fries and a 1.5ltr of drink for £13 plus a salad side and extra cheese added for extra. NO WHERE WHAT SO EVER did it say that you won't get the free garlic bread if you buy from the offers, NO WHERE! If I had known this wouldn't of bothered ordering or would of checked out something else that my little boy would be able to eat too. It's the principle of false advertising. They was so rude on the phone too. And to top it off the food was cold! I've got all the screen shots and I've tried uploading them on here but it keeps saying "Upload Error". A formal is complaint is being prepared though. Would definely NOT recommend this place!

Wow the best place where i can taste the spice of India/Pakistan. Not sure if it is Indian or Pakistani but i love the food there especially the chicken tikka biriyani for the ones who loves the rice and chicken and for meat lovers it the the Deepdale special mix grill. I eat here at-least once a week no matter if i cook at home everyday or not.

I sincerely suspect that the good reviews from this place are from those who know the owners!!! I ordered at 6.30, it is now 8.40pm! Still no food the restaurant keep lying saying the driver has left! Ultimately don't order from here. It seems that if you are lucky enough to get your food, that the wait isn't worth it!! .... absolute scam of a place!!!

Food never arrived. Pretending on phone they didn't get my order yet somebody accepted then somebody clicked on its way. Really poor and won't use again.

I ordered Chicken Ceylon, Bombay Aloo, Pilau Rice and the Meat Samosa starter. The meat samosa was lacking meat. There was more potato than anything else. The Bombay Aloo and the Ceylon were delicious. Fresh and spicy! Not for anyone who can’t take heat! I’d definitely get food from here again, but I’d avoid the samosas.

The food here is above and beyond. I would recommend it to anyone. Found my new daily spot!

Tried this recently after new owners took over. The food is amazing and much better than it was with the previous owner, especially their seekh Kebabs. I have now tried their catering service. It is prompt, a professional service and the food was still hot on delivery. Thank you Zahid!

Food was brilliant as we ordered Pizza's, popcorn chicken, Biryani, Seekh Kebabs and Roast chicken. The food arrived piping hot and on time as I requested the food to arrive at a particular time as it was for a birthday party. New owners have got it right!!

Never have i put food ive paid for in the bin until i bought a takeaway from this place, the pizza was absolutely disgusting and i cant believe they would actually send that food out, raw gooey base which also had a wierd taste like made with brown flour and burnt topping

After ordering tonight the o4/10. I was missing an extra curry sauce that I ordered when i phoned I was made out to be a liar and dismissed out of turn. After many orders I will not be using again. To be fair to them I did try them again and I was given a full apology plus some freebies.

Best quality to price Indian takeaway in Preston quite easily. If you've never been, I highly recommend trying it. Great food and service. Usually delivered very quickly too.

The food came 10 minutes sooner than we expected👍.there was a hidden 50p service charge 👎the order was correct except mixed kebab only had 1 meat then 1 samosa and 1 onion bhaji. Meal was almost completely cold despite being delivered early. Poppadoms tasted like they were yesterdays. Rubbery. Watered down mango chutney. Overall a real let down. We used to love the food from here. Won't be using them again. And I didnt get the free garlic bread either. 👎👎👎

In the comments I had asked for my mushroom Aloo to be "very mild". It was a bit more then mild. Tasty mango chutney and poppadoms. On the wesite it says that we will receive a free 1.5l Coca Cola when we spend £15, which we did so we could get coca Cola. We didn't receive this. Instead we recieved a cheesy garlic bread (which you should get if you spend over £10, not over £15). I called up to ask them for the Coca Cola and as I began to explain "we have just recieved an order... " he kept intercepting me, telling me that "you can't order now, we're closed". Firstly this wasn't true according to the times they have on their website. Very rude. He also kept speaking to someone else whilst I repeatedly attempted to explain my issue to him. When I finally managed to explain it to him he tried to tell me that I needed to spend over £15, not £10 to get the free Cola. Then he tried to tell me we should of spent over £20 to receive the free Cola. Clearly one of these was a lie. Then he tried to tell me that I recieved the garlic bread and we only get one freebie. I'm a vegan. He called me "love" at least 5 times. Very good value. My boyfriend said his food was very good. Mine was good but could of been better if not so spicy.

Only a meat fest pizza with burger and chips but absolutely brill only disappointment was there wasn’t chilli and garlic on the pizza when I asked. But overall food was good and a very pleasant young delivery driver.

Very late in terms of delivering the food. The quality of the food isn't good enough. The bread for the burger and the chips were not fresh. The rice is not spicy as I have ordered spicy one.

Ordered a large special kebab, it arrived and in a 10” pizza box. Was the worst kebab and the smallest large kebab I’ve had in the past 10 years. The donner meat was rock hard and the thinnest sliced I’ve ever known. Will not be going there again.

Ordered food at 8.35 pm and they said 45 mins to 1hr delivery time and after one hour they said driver is own his way after waiting 30 mins again they said driver should be outside and then driver rang saying I am outside, I came outside and rang him he said I think I got wrong address. It was 10.15 when we finally got the soggy and cold food. I'll never ever order from them again. Worst experience ever.

Dirty and rude staff, stood in the back kitchen smoking. Burnt and tasteless food. Currys taste like they are out of a jar! Pizza are burnt to a crisp! Donner is reheated in the microwave and served the following day. I made a huge mistake ordering from this Takeaway, don't make the same mistake. Avoid at all costs!

Tastey Had a 7"Chicken & Garlic pizza tonight' it was spot on!! Every slice was proper tasty.

The pizza was burnt, the burger bun was burnt and there was a very sad peice of cheese on the burger which didn't even cover half of it. The Donna meat and chips were good but the rest was shocking and almost inedible

Order through the just eat app, they added an extra 10 mintiuntes onto delivery time. When ringing up about our order after the delivery time they lied and said the order was on it's way and it wasn't anywhere near us. When ringing up again they had no idea about our order. We will never order from here again. We've been lied to and the service is terrible. My advice is to avoid this place. I will never go again. Not even worth a rating.

Almost an hour late. Missed 1 item and when I called they told me he is “confused” and needs to check this and call me back. When I said will it take another 2 hours for this to be sorted because we had already been waiting for 2 hours in the first place, they point blank refused to send the missing item. Extremely rude and careless staff, completely devoid of manners. Ruined the whole evening. I have ordered from them before, but this is the first time I had a problem and got the worst customer service ever. Never again.

Excellent food quality, like always. Their menu is very diverse and extensive which is a major plus point too. One of the very few restaurants who have excellent quality Indian food as well as pizza, calzone, burgers, kebabs etc. even jacket potatoes! Finally, all items are very competitively priced. An all-rounder takeaway :)

We ordered at 8pm. The food did not arrive until 9:50pm, and the guy on the phone was like “it’s coming don’t worry” and hung up. Poor customer service there. We had two of the beef and chicken burgers, which were delicious I have to say. Good flavour and worth the price. However our chips were stone cold by this point, and so were the onion rings on the side. We spent over £10, so should’ve received a free garlic bread which also never arrived because they “forgot”. Honestly, if you’re drunk and want some food to order, go for it, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is looking for a fast, tasty and satisfying takeaway. There are FAR better places in Preston
