Asked to move my mobility scooter 3 times, it was 4.30 in the afternoon and was empty. I left it tucked away at the side out of the way, and the manger told me to move it, so I moved it near my table and again he asked me to move it, so I moved it again near my seat, he asked me again to move it, and I said where do you want me to move it to? He didn't reply so I asked him does he want me to move anywhere else before I have my drink. He said nothing and walked away. He was rude in the way he was speaking to me, and not friendly at all, he didn't explain why. Definitely not disabled friendly at all, if all costa coffee are the same I will not be going again. He certainly needs disability training. Not impressed at all.

Spur of the moment visit with family. A Halloween event was on and we were informed that there may be a bit of a delay on food due to this. Decided to stay anyway and I’m glad we did. Lots of variety on the menu. The meals we ordered were lovely and piping hot. Didn’t feel much of a delay either. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and we will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend.

Ordered salt and pepper ribs and wings. Waited for ages then asked if they had even started making it, apparently ribs and wings take longer to make which is new to me. Pretty tasteless and full of batter. Kids behind counter serving more bothered about having a laugh than getting orders right as there were a few customers returning with wrong orders. First time trying here but doubt I’ll return after wasting £15 on less than average food!

So first of all I used to always order Antonio’s and I used to love it but today was last straw, we have had a few mishaps before but always let it slide, I ordered a mix grill kebab which I usually always get so lamb donner and chicken instead I got shish kebab which came with 6 pieces of chicken and 3 pieces of shish it cost me £11.50 so I called to complain and they said that it has always been shish when it hasn’t, customer service is shocking

I used to visit this pub fairly regularly in times gone by. However I’ve probably not been there in the past 8 or 9 years until today. (21/07/24). Five family members visited today for Sunday lunch. The food, staff and service were fantastic. I will definitely be visiting on a more regular basis in the future. I highly recommend this pub to anyone visiting the Preston area.

It pains me to leave a negative review for this place. I try to be fair with any review I write. There’s no argument from me, the food from The Raj is absolutely perfect. In fact, I’ve never had a bad meal from here. However, over the past few months the service has been nothing short of terrible. They’ve accepted orders via Foodhub and then after 40 mins cancelled AND Foodhub take the payment and then you have to go through the hassle of claiming off Foodhub and waiting days for the refund. Or they leave orders pending on the app and don’t respond. If the owners read this review, here’s a tip: TURN OFF YOUR ORDER SYSTEM IF YOU DON’T INTEND TO ACCEPT ORDERS. They NEVER answer the phone. Sometimes it diverts to a mobile and after more ringing ‘this number is not accepting calls.’ It’s clear The Raj DON’T want your custom. So don’t waste your time trying to order. A real shame, 10/10 for food. 0/10 for service.
