The best restaurants in Eden North West

Slowest service ever! Even with no one there. Both in store or drive thru. To still get the order completely wrong . No care whatsoever. 😤😤😤🤬🤬🤬😡😡

We met at the Bridge for a family reunion with cousins from Ireland. The menu was more extensive than I remembered and satisfied a wide range of tastes from the traditional farmer to the aspiring artist to the teenage student. We’ll definitely be back.

Came to see the lambs and piglets so thought we would have lunch as well and we were not disappointed. The quiche was lovely and tasty and I like that there was an option of chips or jacket spud with it. The loaded fries with chilli were excellent. We took some lemon meringue cheesecake home as were too full to eat at lunchtime and it was lovely. Another place we will return to soon

Good food, nice atmosphere with the Chesterfield couches in the pub area. 1 large TV for sports. Sunday roast was very nice too. Outside seating available.

We stayed at the Tufton Arms Hotel and decided to book a table here. It was okay. Decent range of choices and food tasted okay but....service, decor etc was pretty basic.

Very friendly service and good coffee. The barista asked what my favourite animal was and put a bear on my coffee - how cute!

La comida en el restaurante era muy bueno, grandes porciones de nuestra entrada de cóctel de gambas era como un plato principal. El resto de la comida era tan buena definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Lovely afternoon spent at Lovelady Shield Hotel for afternoon tea with my daughter. Gorgeous location and drive over from Hexham the tea was served in the front living room very private and cozy and the food was lovely and lots of it !! Had to box it up to take home , the staff were lovely and very attentive and have to mention how lovely and clean the ladies loo was !! Would recomend there was a vegetarian choice no problem and great value with unlimited tea and coffee for £18 per person.

JOANNE was rude and blunt when talking to her at the desk. She didn’t tell me how much my food cost and didn’t tell me to pay until after, not good customer service would not recommend!

If I could give this less than one I would… how can so called Italians get Pizza and pasta so wrong. Staff were friendly but I’ve genuinly had better frozen pizzas from Asda, it was undercooked but red hot.. almost like it was microwaved. The pasta wasnt fresh and had a strange metallic after taste.

I don't mind spending money on quality food but the extortionately priced food was far from good quality. We opted for highly over priced sandwiches, 2 slices of bread, tiny amount of chicken for £10.50 - ridiculous. The kids menu was fairly priced but the pizza was inedible. Over done and cheddar cheese used rather than mozzarella so it was more like cheese on burnt toast Won't be returning.

We ordered several dishes for takeaway during a stay around center parcs. The order was all correct and the food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed and it was excellent quality. Would have liked two bags of p crackers after spening nearly £100 but thay was my only complaint. Would fully recommend.
