Welcoming unspoilt pub, everyone talks to each other as it’s a no tech pub, no mobile phones, tablets, tv’s or jukeboxes. Good home cooked food, everything reasonably priced. No dogs allowed.

The button warehouse is stunning. It has an incredible atmosphere. With a cosy bar off in a side room leaving the L shaped venue to feel light, bright and easy to talk in. There is the most beautiful live music on a Sunday which was beautiful. Great for a private hire, day time drinking / food and evening activities.

A great little pub worth the uphill trek to get here ( not too bad really 😁) Some great ales on and a friendly vibe. The staff are always nice and friendly. The future of The Wharf is uncertain and it would be a sad loss for Macc. If you are going to go, go soon.

Lovely beer garden on a sunny day. Beer is well kept, the staff are very friendly and the food was of good quality. Would recommend!

Called in a couple of times now as the Sunday roast is the best around, great quality. The host Matt is a credit to the place, will be back for the food and the wonderful service.

This is the best takeaway in Nantwich or Crewe, hands down. Eaten here 20+ times and every time it is spot on. Cannot recommend enough for value for money

There is a bad lingering grease smell as soon as you walk in. When I left, my clothes needed washing. The prices are extortionate and you aren’t able to select which items want on your own breakfast. Set meal, apparently…. Won’t be coming again, and wouldn’t recommend.

I went for lunch with my friend and thought it was lovely. The oatcake with goats cheese and red onion marmalade was superb. We were able to sit outside in the sunshine which made the experience even more pleasant. I shall definitely return with my family. We have only recently moved to the area so I am delighted to have found The Old Barn.
