This is the best takeaway in Nantwich or Crewe, hands down. Eaten here 20+ times and every time it is spot on. Cannot recommend enough for value for money

Good points - it's clean- has an open kitchen- good portions- friendly staff & food is always piping hot.so if you take home it's still warm.very happy.only negative everything seems to be quite mild,it does have nice flavour but missing that kick !. But that could just be my taste buds.i would continue you to go and recommend.

Not very happy I normally order food from there all the time and it’s excellent. Order food tonight got an mix meat teriyaki noodles but there was no noodle it was tick past. The chicken egg rice was fine. I ordered spring roles but non came with the food and when I rang them they said my partner never ordered spring roles when he did becuse I put the order in and she repeated it back to me. Not very happy at all with the food

Never disappoints! Food is always really tasty and massive portions. It is cooked in front of you which is great, you can see exactly what is happening

Excellent noodles and taste - they are quick to make up your order, quite reasonable and the quality is brilliant. it's not the most attractive place - but seems relatively clean and never been ill from anything!

Noodles were good but chicken was a bit sparse. Asked for extra chicken for an extra charge. Other than that good food

We've been Thai Taste quite a few times down the years, it's good to have tasty accessible Thai food that's freshly cooked and decent portions. I must also say that for less than £7, the portion size and quality you get with a large noodles or curry is excellent. I would say the noodle dishes are the star of the show and the speciality. Don't expect fully authentic Thai Curries, but they are definitely decent. The Beef Teriyaki noodles are lovely, you can see everything cooked freshly in front of you and it's a treat without breaking the bank. Tasty and a good alternative to your more expensive Chinese or Indian takeaways, probably a touch healthier too.

OMG - the tastiest most delicious food ever and how lucky is Crewe that they are here serving such delicious food? I love the fact that they continue to wear face masks to prepare and cook food and are covid secure as they can be. The food is amazing and so reasonably priced. Regular visitor, always spot on. Love the mixed meat option and the regular portion is very filling. Wish there was more of a choice for sides but thats me being gready!

Just visited this place on recommendation. Last time, less than 4 weeks ago, I was bought drunken chicken noodles from here the noodle basket was a lot bigger. If the cost of printing the basket means smaller portions they can keep it. Additionally 5 small pieces of chicken, wife's Portions were no better either. I feel ripped off. The take away itself is grimey and what we saw of the rice being taken out of the rice cookers all I can say is I am glad I didnt order that as it was like mush and clearly over cooked. Lucky for them the noodles were cooked and filled me but wanted some chicken and veg with them. Won't be rushing back here again.

As good as fast food gets in the area. The chefs prepare the food in an open kitchen and its clearly all traditional.

Varied and tasty items, with a side dish of spring rolls offered. Pairs really well with the sweet soy. Really recommend a rice dish, or the noodle soup on a cold day. Staff are happy to add or take ingredients from dishes if requested. Even under a dinner rush, with the phone nonstop ringing, customised order came out as asked. Worth a visit if you’re unfortunate enough to be passing through Crewe.

This was a good takeaway last year, just had a large spicy chicken and rice meal. It had around 5 pieces of chicken and not large pieces either. I won't be using them again, it's a pity when greed takes over a company.

Love the noodles here. Delicious as always. Sometimes the chicken can be a bit chewy but 9 times out of 10 it’s spot on. I’d also recommend a later opening time, as 9:30pm is too early to close when their food is so good! They’d make so much more money if they opened later!

I like this takaway as all the food is prepared in front of you so is supper supper fresh and is very tasty. Take away only in cardboard cartons and you can help yourselves to plastic forks or wooden chopsticks. Very popular with locals as well as local hotel guests and definitely a good place to visit for a good noodle takeaway. Located on the main steet past the station on the left about 4 blocks past the station.

I've had in- house meals and takeaways from here many times, it is one of the best places in Crewe.

Without doubt the best takeaway for miles around. The quality of the dishes are consistently of a high standard and the service is very fast. I’ve never had a disappointing meal from here, Fantastic!

Love it here. Absolutely delish. However lately the chicken has been rubbery and fatty? This could be rectified, Putting that aside, the food is gorgeous and has replaced our usual Saturday night takeaway! I just wish it opened later as it closes at 9:30!!

Not bad for fast food I’ve been over 6 times , the Green Thai curry is nice , can be a bit synthetic tasting but is tasty for the fact it’s cooked fast , service not brilliantly friendly which is always a shame .

As a ‘kind-of’ regular at Thai Taste I can only speak good things about it’s food. Fresh, flavourful and great value. The chefs also don’t get too ‘aggy’ by switching veg in dishes which is a bonus in our family. The only thing I’d say is that it’s quality can some times be inconsistent, but more than not it is exceptional.

Fancied something different so decided to try the Thai Taste Noodle Bar. Didn’t know what to expect and the menu was difficult to follow. I needn’t have worried as the delightful young lady serving explained everything. I wasn’t disappointed as the noodles ordered were delicious, so tasty.

This is definitely worth a visit, tasty food and value for money. The shop is small so gets a bit squashed when there are a few people in there.

Just back from a holiday and wanted something a little different for Sunday lunch. Found the noodle bar on TripAdvisor and was delighted to see they're open for lunch, which says a lot when you look at all the other takeaways up and down the street that are closed. We ordered 2 dishes and some pancake rolls which was actually too much food so we saved some for later. You can eat in but we chose to take our to a local lake and have a picnic. Super service, super food and well worth the special trip.

Teriyaki and drunken noodle are my favorite. Good and tasty food, very filling. Spicy crackers are great too, not so greasy as the original ones. High volume of customers means the place is good and the ingredients fresh (no time to get off).

I used to visit this place a lot and I have to say the quality of the food has remained great. However, in just one year, management has followed a policy of radical speculation: They have increased prices on the whole menu and have reduced sizes of portions, both at the same time. Prices have increased ridiculously, you could get a regular noodle for about £5 and now, for a reduced “regular” you pay something like £6. Similarly the “large” portion has decreased compared to the previous size and the price is around £7 (!!!???) for a mostly take-away bar. I’m not saying don’t increase prices, but at least do it wisely and provide some extras to the customer. I consider this place as too expensive for its quality now. Sorry.

Surprisingly large portions... Love it however not the shops fault but pretty much only parking available is pay and display... Annoying when you park there just to pick up and paying over £2 for less than 5 minutes

The food is flavourful, but the food is also greasy and somewhat unhealthy compared to some thai restaurants in the area.

I used to eat here regularly until I saw the female chefs enter the building through the side door to the kitchen, smoking cigarettes.

Fantastic range of food to suit all tastes. We have this as a take away at work, call them to place the order & its ready within 30mins ( we order about 30 meals ). The meals are fresh, hot & very very tasty

If you like Thai food and are hungry and don't mind waiting for the food to be freshly prepared in front of you then go for it. We had spicy chicken and beef rice and chicken pad thai. There are tasty sauces to go with the food too but not really needed as the portions are well seasoned.

I was working in town for the week and was told about this restaurant by a friend so had to give it a good. It was all excellent and I went back every night for the rest of the week. Everything I tryed was very good and so nice to see your meal cooked in front of you. Next time I am in town I will be making my way back for more.

In love with the Singapore noodles and Singapore rice! Anything I’ve tried in this place tastes so great! I almost couldn’t believe that such a small and not very good looking from outside noodle bar could be a place for such delicious food.

I used to absolutely love Thai Taste, started off as £3 something for regular and then went up to £4.20 for a regular with meat (which I think is pretty reasonable for a nice lunch) the meat was good, sauces nice and veg fresh, however, after suggesting noodles for lunch to my work colleagues today and going on to the website they have upped their prices of regular (which is pretty small) to £5.50!?!?!? I also feel they have downed the portion size in general. I personally think £5.50 for quite a small box of noodles and about 4 pieces of meat is EXTORTIONATE! I would understand if they were struggling but whenever I've been to collect, multiple people have been in there. They've also started charging for the sauces and chilli flakes as far as I can see. Sauces also seem ridiculously greasy and oily recently!? Nice, but will be going elsewhere in future due to the price increase and overly oily sauces.

Been couple of times, the food was nice and hot. However, value for money is awful. Used to go to golden phoenix, but don't think they do the noodle bar anymore but a buffet?

I used to order every Friday for lunch with my work colleagues. I always had the same Drunken Prawn Noodles Regular. When i first started ordering it was great because you would get a perfect Prawn to noodle ratio of 4 prawns, which seems small but they are quite big prawns. The prawn ration started to reduce to two prawns per regular meal each week and is now consistently two prawns which is not value for money when the vegetarian option is only £3.95 and the Prawn option is £5.50. I started ordering just the Veg option as i didnt feel that the prawn option was value for money anymore. Then they closed for 4 weeks and when they reopened the price increased from £3.95 to £5.20 for the Drunken Noodles Veg, and it's like they knew what i was doing! I now no longer come here for noodles because of the price increase. The food is good quality but they skimp and scrape on the Prawns and it seems that we are subsidizing their 4 week holiday loss of income. To be clear i have never had a problem with the taste of the food and the portion size, apart from the Prawn portions being poor value for money. I go Giovannis or Thai Corner instead now as they do takeaways and for a good price.

I come here for lunch every time I work in Crewe it's proper Thai traditional cooking I would highly recommend you try the red Thai curry outstanding and big portions.

Always love the delcious noodles. My absolute favourite. Gorgoeus take away food that not covered in grease . I love the see pad ew ribbon noodles and the Thai curry is amazing.

Gorgeous food I have tasted several from the menu but the staff can be very stroppy. I work in Rail House and we give them lots of business. The recent price increase is really bad. I know the cots of living goes up all the time but to go from £4.20 to £5.20 for a small is terrible. Are we being made to make up the loss from them being closed for 4 weeks ?

Called in 3 times recently the Thai green curry is beltin and the spicy rice has a nice kick to it. Good sized portions all at a nice price

Noodles still taste great, but since reopening the portions seem smaller. I would also buy from here a lot more often if they delivered. They are collection only and the road it is on can be a right pain, so not easy to pop too.

If you are wanting authentic Thai food. This is the place for you!! I have never had a bad meal from Thai taste. The food is delicious and the proportion sizes are very good. The staff are very friendly. It's a shame they do not offer a delivery service.

It is delicious and fast. I tried almost everything they do. Soups, rice with kari and all the noodles. I like the noodles the most. You choose if you want a vegetarian option, which contents more vegetable and no meat. If you want meat you can choose from chicken, pork, beef or shrimps. If you choose noodles with shrimps, you can just 4 shrimps. Usually it is very good but sometimes it is too oily or you can even smell over fried oil from your food.

This takeaway is my favourite of the many eateries along Nantwich Road. I've yet to have a meal I don't like and I've tried most of the menu now (the menu is quite small). All the food is prepared in front of you in super quick time at a very reasonable price. Most of the noodle dishes (the majority of the menu) are served in cardboard boxes, the curries come in two containers, one for the rice and the other for the sauce. There's the option to add thai crackers and you can buy cans of drinks in the shop too. There are a couple of bench seats available if you should want to eat in but this is really just a small takeaway where you feel like you're getting an authentic Thai meal. Highly recommended.

Good Thai takeaway I usually have the spicy prawns Fried rice they will make it more spicy if you ask them! My partner she always has drunken noodle beef ! Not the friendliest of service but they are always busy!need more good takeaways like this one in crewe

Based largely on reviews posted here we decided to give Thai Taste and were not disappointed. We had the Thai Green curry, Singapore fried rice, tasty noodles and spring rolls. Portion size was spot on and the food was of a high standard with the rice particularly good. Seeing the food being prepared with fresh ingredients adds to the experience. We will return to sample other dishes very soon and as someone who routinely drives I understand why it always is busy. Really very good find and one we have to thank other reviewers for.

I absolutely love the chicken Pad Thai, everything is cooked in front of you. My husbands favourite is the red Thai curry with rice, large of course! I've tried the teriyaki beef noodles too they are lovely. Highly recommended.

I eat here often for lunch.very good noodles and curries I would recomend the drunken noodles as this is personal favorate the only complaint is the extra chillies and soy sauce is now extra sold as a pot rather than on the counter to use as needed

I keep driving past this place and it's always busy, so I did abit of research and saw all the positive reviews on TripAdvisor. Thought why not give it ago with my partner and it's amazing! We had the pork Singapore Noodles and the chicken Karee Curry. Definitely worth the money, friendly staff and quick service. Will definitely go again and recommend!
