The best restaurants in North West

I didn't actually eat here as I attended an event.

Lovely place. Limited choice but the food was good.

Excellent Service and fantastic food. We were in Blackpool for the weekend and fancied trying something different. I have to say I was blown away with the flavours that we experienced. My daughter (who can be a fussy eater) ate everything. I had Goulash soup followed by the stuffed cabbage leaves which were exceptional. As a family we loved the meal. Service was great and if you are in Blackpool I would recommend popping in. We will definitely be back next time we venture up here…

My partner and I absolutely love a great pizza and have tried a lot, this is definitely up there with the best. Thoroughly enjoyed and will be back. Great service as well 😊

5 Stars! We ate here with our children during a short holiday in Silloth and absolutely loved it. The food was full of flavour and clearly made with care, even the sauces are homemade! Everything we ordered was perfectly seasoned and delicioso, and our kids enjoyed it just as much as we did. The restaurant has a stylish, welcoming feel, and it’s such a shame we live so far away, if we were local, we'd be regulars for sure.

Amazing food cooked by an amazing Chef, Will definitely be going again, The Aubergine and cauliflower was cooked to perfection, and Steak with wild garlic butter amazing.

This is lovely cafe with welcoming staff. I regularly take my mum on a Saturday for brunch. We are always served promptly with delicious food and a pot of tea. Highly recommend the English breakfast , the avocado and eggs and the breakfast wraps.

Decent chip shop, service was good and I enjoyed the fish and chips. Generous portions with proper mushy peas.

Have eaten here twice and what beautiful food it is. A simple restaurant with only a handful of covers but the food was all all so fresh and tasty. Highly recommended

This was a delightful find. Such friendly staff, lovely view and delicious food and drink. I had the potato cake stack and my friend had the breakfast omelette. Both were outstanding and piping hot. Would go back as often as I could

What an amazing experience. The setting is stunning, the food is magical and the whole ethos of sustainability surrounding The Cottage in the Wood is inspiring.

No food these days, but good selection of bar snacks including XL Cheese and the pints of Loweswater Gold are perfect, Usually another real ale is available. Service excellent. Nice crowd, like when I last drank in here in 2010. Prices very reasonable. Will drink & bar snack here again.

A warm, inviting cafe... Cafe Rian is a wonderful place to grab a coffee and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend it for anyone in the area looking for great drinks and a cozy spot to relax.
