Heritage Coffee Shop in Blackpool

We love coming to Heritage for breakfast it never disappoints. The healthy brunch is 10/10 I get it every time. Their coffee is also really good, I’m not sure what brand of vanilla syrup is used but it’s the nicest I’ve tried. My partner had the large breakfast this time & struggled to finish it, it’s a very generous portion and worth the money. Nothing is greasy and you can tell quality ingredients are used. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly and attentive staff.

Visited with our 2 children, the food was fantastic and they were brilliant with the kids! We loved it so much we went back to following day!

Lovely cafe that makes you feel welcome straight away, lovely cappuccino and food. Great place for a catch up. Parking around the back was appreciated. We'll be back when in Blackpool again for sure.

Este es un encantador café independiente a unos 10 minutos a pie del parque acuático del castillo de arena y la playa de placer y definitivamente vale la pena aventurarse fuera de los caminos trillados para visitar! Tuvimos un almuerzo realmente encantador aquí: sándwiches tostados de gran calidad con hermosa ensalada y patatas fritas. Las bebidas calientes eran fantásticas y todo se presentó muy bien. Los pasteles también eran geniales y el personal hizo todo lo posible para adaptar una opción de menú para adultos a mi hijo de tres años : ) estábamos realmente impresionados con eso! Este fue un menú refrescante después de una semana en Blackpool y desearía haber tenido más tiempo para haber visitado de nuevo. El personal era muy acogedor y había un ambiente muy agradable.

This is my 5th trip to Heritage but the first I have managed to eat as it has been full or closed every other time. It was definitely worth the wait. 'The bird' sandwich was one of the best I have ever had and the bacon, leek and potato soup was delicious. Would prefer a soup and small sandwich deal though. Will definitely be back

We arrived here just after 9 a.m on a Saturday morning and it was very busy. We were immediately advised of at least 1 hour's wait for food. Coffee is very average and food above average. Service a bit hit and miss.

Food, presentation & service is excellent

Coffee solid 7/10, tried the heathy brunch while he had the large traditional breakfast. He enjoyed his and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty mine was. Service was good and also friendly.

The waiters were friendly and it was a pleasant lunch.

What a gem of a place. Super friendly and efficient service. Execellent coffee. Food looked fresh and tasty...I only had a toasted teacake but had well enough butter and jam on the side. Will return and recommend.

Lovely staff, so welcoming and even though there was a wait for food they kept us updated. Food was well worth the wait - one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had!

My first visit to this family friendly little café, and it certainly won't be my last! It's something of a hidden gem, just a short walk from the prom, with a small parking area round the back. Clean and comfortable inside, with a relaxed ambience and contemporary decor (apart from the antique typewriter in the back room!). The toilets were very clean. And the staff were so welcoming, attentive and friendly! l came here for lunch, and as soon as I walked inside, the owner made me feel right at home. The menu offers a good variety of hot and cold sandwiches, breakfasts and brunches. Plenty of healthy choices, with vegetarians and vegans well catered for. Great selection of hot drinks and milkshakes, and you can also get alcoholic drinks here. I had the special house salad with chicken, blue Stilton cheese, bacon, avocado and hard-boiled egg, served with a little pot of mustard vinaigrette dressing. Beautifully presented, flavoursome, and the ingredients were very fresh. The orange juice was so refreshing on a hot day! An enjoyable lunch at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

This eatery is an absolute Gem! A must visit. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional, superbly cooked and presented and tasted beautiful. Home made Corn Fritters were a sensation as part of the healthy brunch (I did add two rashers of good quality bacon) All washed down with a 'proper' vanilla milkshake. Awesome, see you tomorrow 😀

¡Qué gran lugar! Estuvimos en Blackpool el fin de semana y me topé con esto a través de trip advisor. Fui a tomar un café por la mañana y me vi tentado por el fabuloso menú del desayuno. La comida era tan grande que un grupo de nosotros terminó regresando para el almuerzo! El menú tiene una gran variedad y cubre todos los antojos! El personal era tan encantador y servicial incluso cuando estaban muy ocupados. Sin duda recomendaría este gran hallazgo a cualquiera que quiera comida y servicio de gran calidad

First visit yesterday and loved everything about it. Initially called for a coffee before viewing houses in the area. Fabulous friendly staff and atmosphere. We had time between the viewings so called again at lunchtime and had the eggs Benedict that were cooked to perfection. Again the staff were amazing and very helpfully helped us with info about the area we are looking to relocate to. Can’t recommend this gem highly enough and will definitely be a regular haunt when we move to Blackpool in the very near future.

First time visiting today for lunch. Very clean surroundings, friendly staff and great food. Also has parking. Will be back again soon 😊👍

Fantastic breakfast, you can tell the produce is quality and the service is great, you feel welcome. One of those places where you just know you’ll enjoy it before you get there.

Just had the full traditional breakfast and it was fantastic. Everything was cooked to perfection. The staff are very polite and accommodating. It is busy on Sunday mornings when they first open but pretty good around 11:00. Well worth your visit.

I Came in for 2 takeaway coffees on 27.10.23 before going to the pleasure beach. The staff are amazing, I’ve never left a place as happy when getting something to takeaway! I can thank them enough as I was in a really grumpy mood before arriving 😆

We only came for two take away coffees but had the best experience here! The staff are lovely and the food being served to other customers looked like it was delicious. One of the best cappuccinos I’ve had in a long time, and what made it even better was the chocolate in the shape of a spider on top - even though it was going to be covered by a takeaway lid - what attention to detail! Will definitely be coming again next time we’re in Blackpool.

Me and my husband struggled to find a nice place in blackpool for breakfast when we came across Heritage. So lovely and autumnal inside as well as excellent food and presentation. My husband got the pancakes and bacon which he said was great and I got the traditional breakfast which I would highly recommend especially for the potatoes which really made it. Despite waiting over an hour for our food (we didn’t mind as the staff were very communicative about this before hand) the service was great and I would definitely come back here whenever I am in Blackpool again.

Lovely coffee shop - visited on Tripadvisor recommendation, and wasn’t disappointed. Place was clean, including toilets and food portions were generous- hubby ordered a cooked breakfast, which was delicious & nicely presented, I had the salmon bagel - one thing missing, a slice of lemon! Definitely, would visit this cafe again, when we’re in the area (visited on Airshow say)

Went for breakfast with my partner this morning on the recommendation from my daughter, i had the "Healthy Brunch & my fiance had the "Full English" both were delicious! All the servers were really friendly & the premises were modern, bright & spotless! Would recommend 100%

Called in for brunch after seeing good reviews, was not disappointed. After being advised there would be a 45 minute wait as they were busy, we decided to stay had a coffee and a piece of toast to keep us going. Food arrived and it was lovely, avocado feta toast with poached egg and crispy bacon and then we ordered pancakes. We saw a lot of other plates come out and everything looked great. Very reasonable prices, nice staff, friendly locals that we chatted with and spotlessly clean. Also has some on site parking. Will definitely come back when next in the area.

We visited Heritage again today for breakfast and the service and the ambience is second to none and always is. Lovely top quality produce delivered always with a smile to your table. I always recommend to everyone. Thank you to Lesley and all the team.

Wow. I'm Blackpool raised, and I can honestly say this is one of the best little gems the town's ever had. Came here for the first time and the food was heavenly: all the hearty breakfast/brunch/lunch options you'd expect in a good cafe but clearly with healthy choices and natural ingredients in mind. My tuna melt toasted sandwich was so richly filled and flavourful. They also have a fantastic selection of coffees, and even alcohol. What really sets it apart is the professionalism: it's not a huge place but there were at least seven staff on hand, and they were all so friendly. They were immaculately clean and were very quick to clean tables as people left. The place does get very busy as it's popular, so you do have to wait up to 45-60 minutes for food (they bring you drinks while you wait though). But even when it's busy, it's spacious enough that it doesn't feel packed. And the wait is totally worth it!

Amazing breakfast great service up front and honest about wait time for food which was circa 30 mins but would’ve happily waited an hour for the quality we received, everything was fresh and full of flavour, easily the best breakfast we’ve had in this country....

Met a friend, my first time, but she'd told me if busy wed have a wait, 20 minutes actually. But we were busy catching up so not a problem. Staff very friendly, poached eggs on granary bread for me, and she picked scrambled. Very well presented from the first. Some people having full breakfasts and also lovely cakes available. Vegan food is not top of the agenda in most of Blackpool so I chose my B&B with this place in mind...and I was so pleased I did. There were several vegan options but the vegan brunch was a delight and the blood red orange...

We decided to visit the Coffee shop after my wife saw a Facebook post. The venue is neat , clean and well laid out. Both the Coffee and food were superb, they have parking facilities at the rear of the shop and toilet facilities in the shop that are clean and tidy, well above average for Blackpool. I can highly recommend this venue. Update to the original post. The service and food at this venue has only gotten better over the last few years and was recognised in 2021 by TripAdvisor, and quite rightly so! If you havnt been here yet, i would plan one in the near future. Enjoy! 😊 ❤️
