Can’t say thank you to Carsten and Suzanne enough for their amazing hospitality, service and food at the private event we had there on Saturday! The venue is great and everything was fab! Would highly recommend!

The best drinks menu, the best food menu, exactly what St Peter’s basin needs! And the people are so chatty and lovely!!! Great little spaces to sit down rain or shine too 🌞 The iced matcha is UNREAL and so happy that somewhere around here does it as it’s hard to find!! And the coffees are lush too. They make a proper effort with their drinks and how they look and taste!! We go nearly every week, can’t recommend enough!

Chris & Harvey were absolutely fantastic throughout and so friendly couldn’t do enough for me and my partner! Amazing place and so incredibly fun will definitely be back! Also the lady doing table service round the course had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! She took this photo.

We regularly visit Jaspers as and when we can reserve, the restaurant in small and cozy and is very popular, I recommend booking well in advance as you will never be disappointed with the quality of food as well as ambiance and service , this is provided by Melanie and Connor who has been with Jaspers from a young man , his knowledge has grown with the restaurant. The food is outstanding everything is cooked fresh to order and if you love seafood then this is your place , there are other choices of course if you are a carnivore, Ryan’s Ribeye is the best and we have never tasted a peppercorn sauce as gorgeous. The choice of cocktails 🍸… The Lychee Martini is my favourite as a great aperitif… very good quality wines and the Whiskey choice is the best I have seen other than a five star hotel , try the Whiskey flight enjoying 10year 15 and 21 year old vintage along with the handmade chocolate truffles… mmmm 😋 I did skip the dessert for this , however the desserts are to die for as are the starters and mains , if you are staying or visiting around Northumberland make sure you check in at Amble to sample this amazing restaurant.

Reliably great service and food. We’ve visited Bistro23 many times on our annual visits to Alnmouth. We had sea bass on April 30th and slow-cooked Northumbrian beef on May 1st. Both excellent, as are the starters and desserts. Service is attentive and friendly. No service charge is included in the bill but unlike some places where it is, Bistro23’s staff are very deserving of a decent tip.

A lovely little cafe with a cosy feel to it. My son loved his crepes coming in the little dog lunch box and the crepes were delicious. Good value for money and will definitely be back.
