Really nice welcoming coffee shop, brilliant selection 10/10!!

Great little coffee house serving lovely coffee and breakfasts, and is dog friendly too. The owner was very friendly and more than happy for us to move two tables together as there were four in our group plus two dogs. And the dogs loved their doggo breakfasts 😄 I definitely recommend the Walbotl Coffee House and am looking forward to revisiting when we are next in the area.

My wife and I visited for breakfast, lovely little coffee shop and must say the cappuccino I had was superb, the breakfast was good, maybe better sausages would have improved it, our little dog Rudi was happy with her doggo breakfast of sausage and scrambled eggs, it's a nice place with nice people, will deffo return.

Stopped off here for a coffee after a long drive. Coffees were lovely, guy serving was really nice and even got us a bowl of water for our dog and a little treat.

Visited a few times now since we moved into the area. Always lovely food and the most friendly service ever! Highly recommend a visit!

Visited for the first time yesterday, having been recommended by a family member. Very small independent coffee shop. Really good fresh cup of coffee served at the table by a friendly server. Had a cheese scone, which was offered either cold, warmed, or toasted (toasted being my preference) Regretably, my companion or myself weren't ready for to eat something more substantial but we shall return as there was a tempting list of 'different' sarnies which I would like to try. My companion, a breakfast connoisseur, is itching to try a selection of breakfast items which were offered at a very competitive price.

Great coffee, delicious bacon rolls, dog friendly and all reasonably priced - what more could you want?

My first visit to this beautiful coffee house ,I had the Salmon with scrambled egg & dill plus a selection of home made cakes .we were served by Dan who had very good customer service skills ,definitely worth a visit if you visit the area for the selection of fresh products.

Warm & welcoming with good food and excellent coffee…dog friendly as a bonus. Will definitely be back soon.

Lovely friendly place for a nice bite to, at the Historic Village of Wallbottle on the Route of Hadrian's Wall with the correct spelling of the Village, meaning a Building on the Wall

Lovely coffee. The breakfast was really nice hot and the bacon was very tasty. There was also the tea cake breakfast that was amazing. Very friendly service this was my first visit and as I’m new to the area this was a great find I will definitely be back.

Lovely cafe - came with my partner and her parents and we had nice breakfasts here. Atmosphere was nice and calming, conversations with the staff were lovely and engaging, just a nice time all round! Diolch!

My dog had a seizure just outside of the building. The amazing barista came out with some water and ham for my dog who made a full recovery! He was so kind and I can’t thank him enough- so sorry I didn’t catch his name. Will definitely be popping in for a coffee soon! Thank you so much again. :)

Lovely little café on Walbottle Road. The lady server was really nice and friendly too. Excellent service, really reasonable prices and a great selection for such a compact little space. The latte and toffee slice were fab. Highly recommend and will be back :)

Stumbled upon this lovely cafe whilst travelling in the area. Very friendly service, excellent menu with good quality food, catering for all tastes. Open sandwich was delicious & cakes looked great. We will return!

Just scoffed the best bacon sarnie ever at Walbotl coffee house. And after 40+ years of scoffing bacon sarnies, that is saying something ! Superb.

Just popped into the Walbotl Coffee House today, ( not a spelling mistake, its the old Roman way of spelling Walbottle), for a friends birthday and I'm so glad we did. One of the best hot chocolates I've had and the cakes were lovely. They do sandwiches & hot snacks too and a range of hot drinks. The premises are immaculate . Friendly, welcoming staff. We will certainly be back xx

Nice little cafe, great decaf coffee, which is unusual. Good range of sandwiches, pies and cakes all at a reasonable price. Dog friendly too.

Best place to go for a lovely cup of tea or coffee cakes are unreal very friendly and also made welcome lovely place to go even just for a sit down and a chat

Great little place run by a really nice lady. Very informal atmosphere, but the food is rather better than your typical urban café fare. Everything is made to order and, if it gets busy, you might have to wait for a few minutes, but it's worth it. Will definitely go back... Pro tip: there's no car park, so you might have to get a bit creative...

First time coming and hands down the best cafe I’ve been too! Sandwich was to die for and the homemade lemon drizzle cake was even better! Not to mention the lovely staff! Defo be back😍

Popped in this morning, and bought a coffee and a cheese scone to take out. The lady who served me was really friendly, the cheese scone was amazing as was the coffee, also the wrapping and bag were eco friendly, I will definitely be back!

I stumbled across this coffee shop as I was in the area and needed somewhere to kill some time, so glad I did what a delight!! Immaculately clean, delicious food & the staff are second to none.
