Ruqeya was lovely, so attentive and made sure we had a drink at our bottomless brunch at all times 🤍

What a wonderful place this is. It wasn’t open but the owner came to the door and told us to come back in 10 minutes. He gave us free popadoms and pickle trays (there was 5 of us). The food was lovely, really tasty and fresh. I would totally recommend and will be back again. Staff and service was excellent. It was for my birthday. I was served a pudding with a candle in and we got free Baileys each as well.

We visit Rios a lot. The food and the staff are excellent! One thing which is really disappointing is the change to the peppercorn sauce which weve notice in the past few months. Previously it was some of the nicest sauce I've ever had with steak and one of the reasons I was so fond of the food. Sadly this has now changed to what tastes like packet mix sauce and no where near as delicious. It's a real shame. Please bring the good sauce back!

We gave dined here on many occasions and the food is always good. The staff are always cheerful and are happy to help with choosing dishes.

The food was delicious and of a high standard! The service was prompt and friendly, and we were made to feel relaxed and welcome. The evening was good value for money.

Amazing food! Lovely place to visit, and the staff are really nice. We had a super grumpy toddler upon arrival and they gave him crayons and a picture to colour to try and cheer him up. Our other son has Coeliac Disease and we searched for GF in Newcastle which is how we came across them and SO glad we did. If we ever come back to Newcastle we will definitely visit this lovely place again. Highly recommend, thank you

contact before arrival regarding ordering a meal with my unusual requirements already heralded a good choice of place, not big in size but big in soul and atmosphere there, I was taken care of from arrival to departure every second, the kitchen and its chef are a wonder, in the whole of England I have not eaten such surf and turf as here, I was full and happy, the staff took care of every second that nothing was missing. rested and satisfied with although a short but successful trip I returned home

More of a cafe style interior rather than a restaurant but the food is absolutely top notch with great friendly staff

1st visit but not the last I think it was owner nice gentleman gave recommendation on food Lamb in a sticky sauce It was one of the best meals I have tasted After just returning from ko lak in Thailand We thought we would give venue a try Yes it’s slightly more expensive than other venues But I pay for what I enjoy I wiil return Thank you for a goodnight

My first time here, my friend recommended last year but my driving skills weren't the best. Eventually we came today. Service brilliant. Food amazing. Will definitely be back. Oh and the pinoh grigio rose the best thanks Giuseppe. The ladies at 5.30
