Lovely pub/restaurant & very popular. Well worth a visit & I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Decent bar, good selection of beers. Staff friendly. Been in here a few times though and there is a smell of drains/sewage around where you walk in and the bar area.

A party of 20 for a special birthday family celebration. Booked in advance. Sent orders in advance. What a shambles. Service was slow and poor, food came out with long periods between each diners meal resulting in some sitting for ages waiting for their food whilst others finished theirs. . Food was awful except pizzas and garlic breads and salad. Manager was uncooperative when discussing issues. When food was sent back it was recooked not replaced. Atmosphere was flat. Not recommended.

Smaller portions, increased prices, but your memories will come flooding back as it’s not been decorated in some time, filthy floors and tables. Staff lock up at 4pm for a 5pm close. Chairs ripped and very neglected. They then fed left overs to the seagulls!

Just visited with family for an Easter themed breakfast. Once again, delicious food and lots of thoughtful activities to keep the kids amused. Then to top it off, an Easter treat and a visit from the Easter bunny. Yvonne, as always, a great hostess and staff wonderful🐣.

My favourite place in S Shields!

My dad came here every other week for food before he passed away , was his favourite Chinese place in shields, me and my partner now come here amazing quailty fresh food 5 stars

We ate here Wednesday night. Excellent service by Jose. Super friendly and attentive. He is a gem at this restaurant. Food was reasonably priced and delicious, we had shrimp plate and coconut shrimp with a side of grit cake. Incredibly nice owners who truly love their restaurant and great service.
