They don't read 'notes' for all they knew I could have been allergic to mushrooms!

No salad delivered, rang up and said they would drop off - did not arrive.

Chicken smelled really bad I had to throw it away looked even worse wish I could post a picture to show you...

Over an hour late, pizza Luke warm, onion rings were out of the freezer, not freshly made, cheesy wedges were nice though, but will not be buying from here again, below average

We rang them after an hour and a half. They promised food would be delivered shortly. Actually came approx 3 and a half hours after ordering. Pizza was cold.

ordered 12 chicken nuggets and chips and took them just shy of 2hours to get here then when they did the chips were not in the bag and the delivery drive said he would sort it and did not return abysmal £12,95 for 12 chicken nuggets

Terrible service had to ring twice to see where it was, when it finally came they had burned the burger.

Waited almost 2 hours for a 10 inch pizza which, when it finally arrived was cold.

Delivery was told to be 1hour 20mins and then still turned up 1hour late after that. Food was hot but chicken and kebab meat was dry and chewy.

Paid 21.00 received a cold pizza which was rock hard, ordered a mixed kebab and got a half tray of cold chicken and a tray of salad, bottle of pepsi turned into tango, never seen anything like it.

Got the order wrong again and the chicken was pretty dry

Customer service was abysmal.Trust takes a second to break and a lifetime to rebuild.The food was over a hour late.we rang them on multiple occasions and the man said it would be 10 minutes about 3 times.The last time we rang he said hold the line while i ring the driver, he then hung up and unplugged the phone so we couldnt call back.I am pregnant and very Hungry and this man has basically ruined my second trimester of pregnancy but the peri peri chips where nice.

Food was cold order was missing the drink I payed for and was over an hour late this was terrible and will not be ordering again

Disgusting probably the worst food I've ever ordered piri chicken pittas, the chicken was so dry and hard I was un able to chew, the chips stale and cold just awful most of it went in the bin. Never again.

Always order from here with no problems but I’m appalled with my order tonight. Payed for my food and it was 30 minutes late and when it turned up I was greeted with no pizza and cold chips and the delivery guy wanting the money when it was payed for by card. I asked where the pizza was and the guy had no idea what I was talking about. So the guy rang the resteraunt and the guy on the phone said it’s tough because they are closed now. They said they will bring my pizza tomorrow instead of saying I will get a full refund. He left the chips with me and left and because I was hungry I ate them but they were stone cold and hard. So disappointed with the food and how rude the manager was.

The food wasn't bad but I made the rookie mistake of ordering without reading the reviews - I know my own fault. After calling up to ask where my order was ( orderd at 15.55pm and given the delivery time it 17.15 which was a long time in itself ) being told it had just left the shop 3 times ( I rang every 20 minutes after the given delivery time as I was hungry and hungover haha) it finally arrived at 18.20, I was on the phone to the restaurant when it did arrive and they said they would refund my order for the inconvenience (which they haven't done) so will be chasing up on that ! Over all a bad experience. But then again they don't seem to be rectifying their issues looking at these other reviews.

Still haven’t received my order

Ordered from here and won’t be doing so again. Order arrived with cold and soggy chips, chicken tasted burnt on the outside and rubbery on the inside. Drinks and dip where forgotten off order, rang to tell takeaway and they said ‘we will send someone straight back over with your drinks and dip’ no one ever came so that’s £3 approximately that we paided and got nothing for. Disappointed by the whole experience.

Food was cold, burnt, disgusting and I was missing two items. Ordered at 16.15 and came at 18.15 - 2 hours is ridiculous

Food ordered at half five, arrived half seven after ringing to complain. Arrived stone cold, chips and burger inedible.

Was reading the reviews after ordering and was abit worried about the food being late and cold chips, but it came on time and the food was lovely! Especially the chicken wings :) the delivery driver was lovely too. Thank you and will be ordering again!

Ordered steak burger and was given chicken also chips were near enough stone cold and onion rings were burned this will be the last time I order from her absolute joke it’s defo going down hill

Ordered food at 8.03. Received an email to say it would arrive at 9.25. I called the restaurant to query this as it seemed like a long time. Was told this was the latest it would be. Called again at 9.35 as no sign of food. Was advised it had left the restaurant. Called again at 10 to say still no sign (the restaurant is 10 minutes away). Was told it had definitely left and they would contact the driver. The food arrived 10 minutes later. The chips were cold, the salad was warm and overall the food was average. Will not be ordering from here again.

Excessive delay. 1h30 minutes. Rand 4 times for updates and systematically was told order had just left premises. Message from just eat informed me late delivery due to heavy traffic ... the driver probably went on the M25 around London to get to Jarrow from Southshields... poor communication, food average, no intention to compensate... Will not order again. Understaffed and deceitful.

Awful. How hard can it be for a Saturday night to have extra drivers? Delivery driver did apologise but this seems to be the norm here. Won’t be ordering again. Food was warm and salad was missing.

I can't even say it was late because it never turned up ordered at 20:10 told it would be here 21:25 it's now 22:19 as I type this and there is anything yet to arrive...told I will get a refund....and the food is on its way.......

AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE!! Firstly, I ordered a chicken burger requested with no requested time. They accepted for 11:20 but delivered around 12. This wasn’t the best start but I was hungry so didn’t’ make a fuss. Then when I took a bite of the burger, it was a bit cold on the inside. I took a look, it was pink! I called the takeaway up about this and they said they would send the driver to come take a look and give me a refund, but no one came. I then tried calling them and they did not pick up. Absolutely abysmal service and food. Save yourself your money and order from elsewhere.

I ordered my food a couple hours before we received it. The food was barely warm because it took so long to arrive, the food wasn't sealed properly allowing leakage all over the bag. The food was extremely dry and the order was wrong missing onion rings honestly not recomend to anyone. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Food arrived lukewarm warmHorrific service! Forgot our bottle of pop was then told to call the shop, also forgot our onion rings. Had to wait a further 30mins for these to be delivered. Would never use them again. STAY AWAY!

Waited 1.5 hours for this at 2:30 am so wouldn’t have been busy. The driver went to the wrong address 10 mins away and rang me saying he was going to leave even though he was at the wrong address (no wonder I wasn’t answering) when it came, it was freezing cold. The chips were cold in a wet, bashed in box. The wrap was soggy with minimal chicken and the lettuce looked like it had been preheated 3 days in a row. The only good thing was the garlic dip. Never ordering from here again!!!

Last time i sat in the shop without being acknowledged after basically screaming hello through to the kitchen and i could hear them its appalling and they even had the cheek to say i had collected my order even through i had fell asleep to try and keep the money its shocking and i wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy

So this is a first for me from this restaurant, the food is usually pretty good but last night unsure what happened but a few hours after eating the food it did in fact come back up. Now this is a first for me, unsure how this managed to happen my order was cheesy wedges. I can confirm however the food doesn’t taste as good coming back out of your body as it does going in

Still waiting almost three hours later for food. Was rung and told they were having car troubles two hours after ordering (when already 30 mins late) and would be here in half an hour, another 45 mins and still nothing.

Food order was wrong, nachos were just crisps!! And soggy at that, never again.

My ordered could be fulfilled so was offered an alternative which was sub par and I was also missing things off my order

Rang 22:08; delivery time 23:15; food en route text 23:14; ring restaurant 23:27 (told it would be a ‘few minutes’); food eventually arrived 23:48. Chicken still warm but dry; chips all soggy and inedible; cheesy garlic bread nice but freezing cold. They did add the extra pitta I’d asked for in the comments. But overall disappointing - won’t be ordering again unfortunately.

The order arrived late...very late. The food packaging was broken and squashed. The food was passable but nothing to rave about. The restaurant said they would refund the payment as they were very late but haven't heard from just eat yet.

Bored of ordering from here, the food is always over cooked or something wrong.

Food was good when arrived. After an original approximately hour delivery time on order, after confirmation of the order I received a txt to say it would be 20 minutes late, it was actually 30 minutes extra late. This tester ain’t is only 2 miles from my home. After ringing the restaurant they just said the driver was on his way with no apology or explanation from the phone call or the delivery driver.

Ordered from here a few times now and it's always spot on. Today my partner got a pizza and I got the Mexican Nachos but when they arrived, there was no beef like it stated. Gave them a quick ring and they sent out another within 10minutes if that. Absolutely spot on. Lovely service/staff, lovely food 10/10 would recommend. As when ever I fancy the pizza kind of takeaway, I'll probably only go here :)

Kebab meat was lovely... chips were rock hard salad was dried out !! And I didn’t like the chilli sauce was very funny tasting. Usually nice from here but very disappointed this time

I ordered a wrap alongside a tub of chocolate brownie Ben and Jerry's, however upon delivery I was told there was none available so they brought a cookie dough tub. Would have rather been contacted to confirm I was okay with it as I would have removed it.

Food is always nice but delivery is getting worse and today is the worst yet. Ordered food at 5.30pm, website saying food due and was delivered at 6.40 however didn’t actually arrive until just after 7.30

tried on a friends recomend.... no regrets at all.... We dont often have takeaway pizza but from now on if we do this is OUR PLACE ...!!! Greek side salad was a great option and great value and the chilli sauce is awesome ....just flippin awesome.... been back for a spicy chicken kebab and covered it in the whole tub of lovely chilli sauce .....mmmmmmmmmm

The food was nice, but the salad doesn’t have much to it. The delivery time was ridiculous, got giving a time didn’t turn up when stated, tried to call the place and there was no answer, and then nearly an hour after the given time, the food arrived.

Very disappointed with the food quality it's an embarrassment. Full of greese kebab can stand up and do a dance by its self it's that greesy and hard.garlic bread maze well of been a pitta bread it's that bland. Garlic sause is watery the only thing what was nice was the chicken and even worse it wasn't even mine. Plenty of stuff to bin but if I'm honest I feel bad on the bin.

Disgusting! Ordered a chicken kebab and it went straight in the bin. Chicken was plain and dry. Salad looked like it should of been binned not served.

Food not as good as expected, kebab tastes like microwave kebab🤮 also added chilli all over my food when only requested a pot of chilli. Will not be ordering again.

Extremely disappointed! We order two chicken kebabs - the meat was so dry it was inedible. The salad tray was half full and one of the pittas was soggy?! Not what I expected from a place that is usually good. Won’t be ordering again.

The mixed kebab was not freshly made and really dry. The kebab meat was terrible dry scraps. The Greek salad was nice and also the hummus but I wouldn't order from here again.

Ordered plain medium burger with fries and coleslaw sides Burger wasnt toasted the whole thing fell apart the bun was soaked and the chips were Luke warm... morels went straight in the bin twice I've had bad experiences here never again

Ordered mixed kebab, and asked for seekh kebab and tikka kebab and this supposed to come with doner kebab. I only got doner meat and chicken tikka, instead of seekh kebab I got an extra portion of chips. Tried to call the restaurant but there was no answer, so I decided to order from else where. After some time and no information at all i received wrong order and my new order straight after, ended up with two meals out of which one went to bin. Poor service charco grill

Little dissapointed, asked to lightly cook cheese and both items were Cremated -_- the ice cream I received had previously been defrosted and re-frozen as the contents had frost burns and shards of icicles throughout it. First time Charco Grill let me down. Little uneasy about reordering :(

Missing items and promised me a pizza last week but never turned up

I ordered a veggie burger with 2 options of fries. A pizza like garlic bread and a slice of fudge cake. The restaurant called me to say they were out of veggie burgers and I said I'd have a beef burger in its place. The order arrived about 10 mins early. It felt warm on arrival. However the fries were so greasy and soggy that the card board box had disintegrated. I couldnt eat them because of this reason. They tasted as if the cooking oil was in need of changing. The garlic pizza was just warm and didnt taste fresh because it had been waiting. I was able to eat 2 slices but in all fairness it tasted like rubber. The delivery driver was very friendly. The fudge cake was nice. So if u hate greasy soggy and rubbery food and your on a diet then you have no need to worry about gaining weight. The only pounds you lose are from your purse because this was definitely not good food. I would like a refund from the restaurant if possible as dont plan on ordering again in the future. Sorry I didnt have anything positive to say.

Was contacted after an hour to say they didnt have food I ordered. Chose something else and was told it would be sent asap (I live a few min away). Over another hour later and multiple phone calls driver turned up. Kebab was burnt. Naan bread was replaced with a tortilla wrap. Food cold.

Overall nice. Kebab meat was awful as hard as given old meat as ordered at 3 o'clock. Not good enough!
