We usually stick to the kebabs which are outstanding. Tonight though I ordered a kebab wrap with salad and garlic. Not the best unfortunately. It doesn’t state on the menu that it comes toasted, so the wrap itself was too crispy to eat. I asked for salad and it came with a few sprinkles of onion and a tiny bit of lettuce which had gone to mush because the wrap was toasted. We will stick to the actual Kebabs which are absolutely outstanding!

Ordered 1 kebab & 1 cheesy chips took an 1hr 20 mins to come ! When it came chips had barely any cheese looked more like mayo. ordered the kebab mild it came really spicy I had to have my own soured cream with it ! Then I found some sort of BEEF OR LAMB in it despite only ordering chicken! Salad was all rotten n rank brown edged lettuce won’t be back absolutely vile

garlic sauce on wrap instead of chilli , enjoyed the fried chicken

Ordered a chicken wrap with salad and cheese, got a soggy wrap with no salad or cheese just a wet wrap, garlic mayo was so runny, tasted like cheap mayo with salt had one bite and binned, menu now in bin

Me and my partner never actually recieved our order. We've were waiting nearly 3 hours before we decided on a refund. Not sure on a driver or restaurant problem but never again. Absolute shambles of a businesses

food was luke warm upon delivery and very salty also abit under cooked for our liking. only positive thing is the delivery driver phoned us to say out delivery here

Bad taste and old kebabs with dry chips was not what we all expected !! It was much better in the past

came on time delivery driver polite chili and garlic was good parmosan was lovely but the chips were a let down. tasted like there had been microwaved. mini burger n wrap were lovely.

I order the chicken tikka lemon and herb kebabs most weekends from here, the chicken is amazingly tasty and very good value for money as you get alot of chicken tikka. Besides that the staff are friendly and efficient. Defintely recommend anyone to try.

Every time I order its fast, food is top notch and they make it as spicy as you want. Fave takeaway hands down

The panini and chips were inedible. The bread would have been better untoasted . The chicken was rubbery and I even put the chips in my own bread but they were inedible too. I would like my money back please as soon as possible

Food was lovely! We ordered the chicken kebabs we could’ve shared really good portion sizes & everything was lovely & hot. Arrived on time, took a star away because them pots of garlic are tiny & no where near enough 🤣a few chips then it’s gone, everything else was perfect! Chilli was decent size. X

WOW! Amazing food 👌🏼 I’ve moved down South & was craving some good North East takeaway food.. my Brother was coming to visit me so I asked him to bring me a Zakbab & Pizza.. All I can say is 😍 the food did not disappoint, cannot beat Hot&Tasty’s quality food. The special pizza was lovely and the garlic sauce is to die for! Zakbab was full of flavour too.. cooked to perfection! Best take out food in Shields! Thank you.

TERRIBLE, BURNT, SAVING TOPPINGS AND JUST A WASTE OF MONEY! Very disappointing food. Spent £30. Firstly, wings were cooked for the 4th time and burnt to a brown crisp. Was disgusting and was not fit for consumption. (PLEASE SEE PHOTO) The two 14 inch pizza had not Toppings on there and was covered by cheese. You can count the amount of chicken pieces on the pizza. VERY DISSAPOINTING. Serving burnt wings and pizzas with no toppings. I've never seen this ever! Business is clearly not doing well so they are saving money on toppings and food. Doing this will mean customers wont return and you will recieve a bad review. I would go else where for Pizza and Chicken.

Delivery is abit of a joke as last time was ages but food really good

First visit to hot and tasty today to order 15 large pizzas for my scouts. They did a fantastic job, really friendly staff from taking orders to popping it all in the car when I came back to collect. The food was ready bang on the agreed time, was piping hot and plenty of toppings. Thanks very much. We will be back!

Slightly late in arriving, but well worth waiting for. Lots of toppings, nicely baked thin-crust base. Best thing was that everything tasted FRESH. Would definitely order from here again.

A little late, but we'll worth waiting for. The best seafood pizza I've ever had. Generous toppings and a perfectly-cooked thin crust base. Kudos to the restaurant, because I messed up my order but they cheerfully sorted it out with a quick phone call. Will definitely order from here again. 👍🏽

I have never ordered from you before and I was very pleased with my order. Many pizzas are very greasy or over cooked on the crusty but the one I got from you was neither of these. It was very delicious. Thank you very much. I will be happy to order from you again.

What happened with the chicken? The fillets used to be huge like KFC, now they’re the same size as the chips!! Chicken bites would have been great if they had chicken in too! This place used to be great! Tonight was a let down! Wings were good as always!

There was a large, sharp piece of plastic inside one of my slices of pizza. It cut the inside of my mouth. Never going to Hot N Nasty again.

Food always come red hot. The chicken is lovely, could eat a million mini fillet burgers, delicious food won't order elsewhere.

The order was late, but overall, for what you get for the price, it's worth it

We've ordered for years from here as a large family our orders are expensive. Sadly the quality and service have gone massively down hill. Tonight our order took almost two hours hindered by the driver not being able to find our address the order arrived wrong and freezing cold and the restaurant couldn't care at all. Rude and accusatory with an app that doesn't work.

Nevermind it has not been delivered to the wrong door it was just late it must of been a glitch on the app it says it has been delivered

I’d recommend you starve before eating from here. I was ill for 5 days after eating their chicken in a wrap, and my mates pizza barely had a pepperoni slice on each slice of his pizza. Worst takeaway in Shields

Sick of ordering from here and not getting the correct order,since when do you order a kebab with NO pitta bread,and recieving a stone cold pizza! Rang up to complain response was pizza can't be cold!and will send out pitta bread! Won't be ordering from here again,disgusting!

Ordered from here numerous times and every time it has been delivered quick and hot. Lovely food, especially their chicken wraps! 100% recommend! 😊

Just eat have deleted my review so guna type it here. Collection, garlic bread special 14.95. you'd think they'd use fresh kebab meat not from yesterday's Donna. It was horrible. My partner was kicking off saying it'll will be horrible why I order from there for. I was defending saying can't be that bad and it was. most of it went in the bin. So now am skint and hungry. Never ever order from guys and gals. It's dry chicken, tasteless garlic bread. Why do these ppl take our money and then serve us rubbish food. It was cold aswel even tho we picked it up on time and walked 2 mins home with it. Lesson learnt.

Ordered chicken wings, which were very salty and hard to chew, and the fried mushrooms were distasteful.

Nanbab was lovely but forgot the pitta bread,lucky a had one slice of bread left in the cupboard 🤷‍♂️

When ordering a plain wrap, expect it to be spicy, it is not stated on here that they're going to be spicy. Some people can't have spices it'll be in other people's interest if they state whether or not it's going to be hot

Ordered coleslaw got sweet corn instead and took too long to arrive

Just eat app stated delivered.. I had to ring the restaurant to be told was only just leaving now 10 minutes after delivery time so will be another 5 minutes at the most.. waited another 20 minutes from the phone call for average food. Service just not good enough and completing info on just eat app saying delivered so it looks like they are sending the orders out on time it's just poor customer service to say the least food was not the normal quality that we have had previously from this restaurant

25 minutes late. Pizza was smaller than what I ordered.chips are Lupe warm. When I rung to say it was late I was just told it was with the delivery driver. This is simply not acceptable and wouldn’t advise anyone to order from here shocking!!

part of the order arrived a little late,part of the order was missing they said 10 to 20 mins 45 mins later when it arrived,my grandson had to wait 45mins watching us eat before he could eat.NEVER AGAIN.

Wasn’t keen on the pizza tasted sweet and I ordered onion rings but received mozzarella sticks instead and I don’t like them so was a waste

Kebab wraps were nice. Added salad to one wrap which only came with Lettuce

Pizza was burnt, The wrap was a disgrace, the chicken that I wanted in the wrap was supposed to be PLAIN so why is it apparently marinated in other sauces, and it definitely had curry sauce in it not Garlic, so the staff was a disgrace when we told them about this.

Pizza was a very poor quality. Squashed against side and toppings fell off when picked up. Order regularly and this is by far the worst

Food was really nice. Everything arrived hot and the driver delivered earlier than the time given. The only reason I’m giving the food 4 stars is because the sauce on the pizza was sweet? I don’t know if too much sugar was added when making the pizza base but it was far to sweet. I will definitely be ordering again, I just hope it’s not as sweet.

First time ordering and for the first time ever there was no complaints about anything. Will definitely be our go to takeaway from now on .

Food absolutely bang on. Chilli sauce bang on. The only constructive criticism I could give is grill the donner meat don't just cut it and let it sit in a container.

We normally love the food from here however last night the chips weren’t nice at all and the m and m burger wasn’t nice either, we were very disappointed

Delivery was slightly late, but it sometimes can’t be helped, was absolutely worth it. The food was beautiful.. the best takeaway place we’ve tried! The chicken was perfectly cooked, the chips are the best and the coleslaw is to die for! So creamy, absolutely beautiful food and will continue to use here in future, my partner had a bbq chicken pizza and said he really enjoyed it. 5 star! ⭐️

Never had a bad pizza from here yet!

Food was about an hour late, called the restaurant and asked where it was. Really nice guy on the phone told me it had left the store and would be maybe 10 mins. Unfortunately the pizza and bites were freezing by the time they reached us, the dough has gone chewy and I just can't eat it.

Food was warm. Kebab was razor thin and not very nice, chips were decent. Not great overall.
