Ordered 1/4 pounders without cheese, all came with cheese. Not the first time this has happened and have spoken to this takeaway over the years so thought the issue was resolved (not many other Halal non curry options locally). Completely messed up what me and my family were supposed to be eating as some can't eat much cheese for health reasons and I don't like cheese generally. Will be avoiding here for a while. Too exhausted to ring up this time.

I called the takeaway shop after my order being 45 mins late and the man on the phone done nothing but say take it up with just eat. Not the best service at all.

Absolutely appalling attitude from the man on the phone when we called about our order which was over an hour late. Awful attitude and just plain rude.

The delivery driver was polite and pleasant i didn't mind my order being early i enjoyed my fries and some of the chicken due to the fact that a couple of pieces was mostly bone and hardly any chicken on i really do hope that you can resolve that problem for next time thankyou

enjoy the chicken from SFC and the wraps ,they desperate for a decent chilli tho it's like water .,and every chicken place needs a good gravy

On 19.05 we ordered takeaway, wings and nuggets. In the breading of the wings we found a piece of wire from a metal sponge. Almost ate it. When I ordered. There was a room full of kids. You are feeding children. Cleanliness in the kitchen is a must. It was a horrible experience. I didn't even want to eat.

Missed a drink from my order, called up to let them know and was told they'd send out the missing drink + another drink for the inconvenience. The delivery driver arrived 10 minutes later with a single (incorrect) drink and said "i've only got this or coke", neither of which were what I ordered. Probably won't order from here again.

not as good as it used to be, chips tasted of fish, burger bun rock solid round the edges, bit stale, time to order elsewhere.

Yeah…wasn’t great to be honest. Fries undercooked. Chicken was so dry I could’ve set fire to it. Wings were mediocre at best. Still…the drinks were nice and cold though so there is a plus.

last order I made was from work when I was on nights, I was busy and had no food with me, by the time I received your email from you saying my order was cancelled, I had no way of ordering from anyone else so went without food all night.

Food was awful bucket was that greasy the bottom fell out after a few minutes of taking it out of the bag the chicken was just a greasy soggy mess took one bite and the rest went to the bin then the burger was absolutely disgraceful lettuce browner than anything I’ve seen the chicken was just greasy and soggy and for nearly £30 is an absolute joke

Been a while since we used here. Chicken seemed to be different. And very dry indeed. Fries were great. Wings were well over cooked and dripping in fat

Very nice food, fast delivery and friendly driver. The only down side was the awful cheap ketchup on the burger, I had to scrape it off but now I know to ask for no sauce next time.

The batter is always too salty. I think SFC should better reduce the salt in the batter to make the fried wings enjoyable. Sure can give to anyone with low blood pressure.It will shoot up in no time. That salty it was. Pizza was awesome. Wrap was k.. Thanks.

Do not use this takeaway deliberately made my order late then didn’t even send the correct order out and delivery drive just takes money without giving you your change when contacting them I was told to F off mediocre food cold and abusive staff

Best pizza in Shields by a long way and 1/2 pound burgers are amazing.

Absolutely awful. Food arrived over 16 mins late.missing items and freezing. Rang the restaurant, they said they’d send the missing item and replace cold food. Almost an hour later the replacement arrived, missing the replacement fries. And again other fries were cold. Will never order again. Had to give a star to send my review

1hr 40minutes for delivery! Unfortunately food was cold. Such a shame as the food is really nice when it arrives hot.

Rang up because things were missing from order. Guy on the phone couldn’t apologise enough and within 15 mins they were at the door with the missing items. Everything was absolutely stunning

Didn’t cancel my order as delivery wasn’t possible due to GNR and didn’t get refund. Order on app showing as delivered when obviously it wasn’t. Couldn’t cancel order on my end.

Still can't decide if the kebab meat is the frozen packet kebab meat, it defo isn't real, weird tasting. Garlic is nice, food was hot but the kebab is 50/50.

Love this place. The wrap was nice. Only thing is It falls apart. To much juice. Maybe pack it up inside to bulk it up to ensure the 100% wrap experience when eating. Overall very good though

Chips were under cooked !! The salad was was wilted underneath because it was put in the same bag as the hot food cherry tomato had black on the core of it .. .. and it was half the size it used to be. .. Coleslaw was probably a tablespoon in each of the containers and garlic was probably about just about 3/4 full.. husband liked the chicken so next time he can pay for it as I wouldn’t eat here again ..

Been ordering from here for years, tonight the food was horrendous. Firstly the paper bag had a hole in the bottom from the coleslaw leaking all over everything. Then the chicken strips and chicken burger were so dry, the fries and chicken almost tasted re-heated. It was inedible. Then we had a white chocolate chip cookie which turned out to pretty much be a flapjack…. And Was out of date!! Won’t be ordering again!!
