Avoid avoid avoid.....Unbelievable service and food terrible quality never again

Under it's new guise as Masterchef it's our new go-to takeaway.

Over 45 minutes late, after time given meal turned up freezing cold . Phone the shop up to complain no apology from them , to have someone on the other end of the phobe say does your phone do this appalling customer service

I have been going to blossom house for years it's changed hands the food now is rubbish never again will I order

If I could post a negative review I would. Ordered food at 6pm. 8pm arrived. Still no food. So I rang the restaurant and spoke to what seemed like a child on the other side of the line. She didn’t have a clue when my order would be with me as they only had 1 delivery driver on, she said it was still in the restaurant (and tried to reassure me by saying it was cooked). This didn’t reassure me, as my food would be slowly cooling down and getting soggy in the restaurant waiting for the driver. I said I’d just like to cancel my order as we had waited so long we didn’t want the food anymore - “NO YOU CANT DO THAT”- was the reply I got from the incompetent person on the phone. She refused to refund me my order. Fast forward another half an hour where the food that we didn’t even want had arrived, it was as soggy as a wet paper towel and absolutely LACED in salt. It’s all went in the bin. So I’d advise to stay away from this place and the rude customer service.

Food is spot on, not too sure about the hygiene rating as it's only 3***

Terrible. Food's OK but service is abysmal. After waiting an hour and 40 mins phoned to complain and got the usual it's on it's way. 25 mins later it turned up. This is the 2nd time it's happened. Plenty of better Chinese places around.

Ordered from here and endured a two hour wait for delivery. The food was disgusting. Barely warm chips which tasted of sugar, beef was like chewing wellington boots. Never again. If I could give a minus number I would.

This is the second time we have ordered from here OMG outstanding taste real meat real flavours and great portions excellent food to die for.

So, we decided after many years to change our normal Chinese take away, (local) because of too many upset stomachs and vomiting situations. We have had 3 takeaways so far from Blossom and WOW. Living in London/Manchester and trying tons of takeouts I can seriously say, so far, this is the best. Well done! Great menu and service. Thank you.

Everything was cold by the time I got home which is 5 minute drive if that apart from spring rolls and ribs, and tub of curry sauce. Noodles looked days old, everything was tasteless and a bet my bottom dollar there's a few cats gone missing around boldon as ribs were tiny but plenty

Best Asian food I've had, via takea ay, this year by far. I mistakenly placed my order before reading any other reviews, other than Just Eat, which I never do! So when I read some of the Google reviews, I was dreading receiving my food. The food arrived 15 minutes early, piping hot, lovely BBQ spare ribs, smaller bite size portions and rich sauce. I also had house special Kung Po, I requested no carrots in my notes, this was actioned. Loads of meat and big chunky king prawns. Im so sorry quite a few people had a bad experience, I'm only hoping New Blossom House took these comments on board, and thats why my experience has been so positive.

It would be good if the management enforced face masks ...... not the customers but the delivery drivers (3 of them) & maybe tell them about the foul language they use inside the takeaway Also never order food when first open as it seems as though it’s last nights warm-ups. Toilet duties all evening !!!

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! Chunky Everything in my Curry and the taste is Perfect. They accidently received 9 Pounds the other night and it said unauthorized at their end. So I give them a Bank Statement. They were full of Apologies and sent out a Free Curry and My Money Back. A Lovely Loyal Company who does the Best Chinese Curry I have ever Tasted!!! Fantastic

Very average and very expensive

Food is always excellent but I waited 1 hour 40 min for the food and the delivery driver forgot part of the order! We were offered a refund which we didn’t receive. We will never order from there again. Absolutely appalling.

Over priced tasteless slop! Chips burnt, soup was just orange oily water with mushrooms floating in it, bbq ribs chewy, chop suey and chow mein didn’t have much flavour. It did arrive hot though. Needless to say I won’t be buying anything else from there again.

I live across the road from a Chinese takeaway and i will drive 5 miles to get food from here. The service is amazing and the food is better.

Quality food and first class service as always

Simple collection phone order was not correct. Called and asked for them to deliver the missing item, which was agreed to. Missing item never appeared. Appalling customer service. Will not use again.

Tried this place for the first time tonight ( working in area ) the sweet and sour chicken was absolutely beautiful, will go again before I leave.

I go here often the food is always great and the service is 5 stars
