Tim Hortons in South Tyneside

Good place.. I had the grilled cheese but it wasn't too good, it was a bit soggy and I'm not a huge fan of the lattice fries. The place itself has a nice atmosphere. Will try a breakfast next time.

I'm obsessed with this place - it's exactly what you want from a fat food venue!

Great staff. Delicious food. Loved it

Order took a while, part of it was given to someone else, till did not add up doughnut selections properly, no sauces added, provided as take out when ordered dine in and then there was no toilet paper in any of the (unlocked) toilets when my daughter needed to go.

Had a delicious breakfast at Tim Hortons. Great food in a lovely setting. Excellent customer service.

Place was friendly and service was fast. Quality of food was great, with the price being just right. Daily offers, and deals that they had made ordering easy and cheap. Would highly recommend to visit Tim Hortons: east Boldon. Definitely a 10/10 in my books.

I used the drive through at bolden and found it strange that know one was in the queue. I ordered the double cheese burger meal.The food was cold and was very disappointed with this.I emailed the restaurant and the response was quick.No refund or exchange for a hot burger.I won't be using them again.

The slowest Tim Hortons I've been to, have been to Timmies all over the world including Afghanistan and they were considerably quicker whilst serving troops in a war zone.

I had excellent customer service from Suraj who is taking care of everything .There is a relaxing atmosphere and its value for money. Well done Suraj !

Really good coffee, had breakfast, sausage and egg stack. Freshly made, so had to wait.

A year ago I said "Veggie breakfast sandwich and a latte were tasty and a bargain price!" But since then I've had numerous instances of bad service and won't be going back. Today they closed the drive thru (for no obvious reason) as I pulled up to order. They placed a sign behind my car so I couldn't reverse out and then I had to sit while the 2 cars ahead of me were served their orders at a glacial pace. Pathetic!

Food and service is amazing and staff are lovely like all ways I would recommend the double nacho chill cheese burger the and the iced French vanilla latte

Absolutely fantastic service at Tim’s this morning. All of the staff were extremely helpful and ensured that I had got what I had wanted and more today.

Better value for money and a lot taster than your usual fast food.

My first visit after passing by many times. Staff very helpful. Atmosphere only lacking because it’s after breakfast rush! Bacon muffin lovely and coffee great. I will be back.

This place is really nice ..i loved the food here especially the chocolate brownie shake and veggie beakfastt...the hashbrown was crispy yet soft on the inside ...loved itt

Nice to relax on a Sunday morning with a cup of dark roast coffee. Ben is always very attentive and friendly front of house and Shahed always give a lovely greeting.

Go once a week for breakfast and have had the chicken burgers a few times(and I do prefer them to KFC as the chicken seems better) are always happy with the food n service provided, so much better than McDonald's and burger king and at a great price

I had my usual order, bacon roll meal with drink. Food was spot on and hot and service was great (as usual). Would highly recommend for the breakfast deals and general great experience. Loads of choice and good quality.

Lovely breakfast this morning (03/12/23) at Tim's boldon tyne & wear. Bought a delicious hot chocolate & got breakfast bun & hash brown for £1. Freshly made & friendly staff. 10/10

What can I say? Superior to McDonalds in every way. Quality if food is fantastic, and the range of options to choose from are plenty.

I wanted to go somewhere different for my coffee and chose Tim Hortons. So glad I did as the coffee was perfect! I got served by Kyle and he was lovely. Would definitely come again!!

Poorly assembled burger that was swimming in grease, no flavour to the chilli cheese & the 2 nachos topping . I like my food served hot but the burger & fries were barely lukewarm which I find hard to accomplish as the food prep area is only a few steps from the counter. Very very poor

I come here regular. Atmosphere is great it's usually quiet enough to take a phonecall or have a peaceful cuppa. Breakfasts are the best. Coffee is amazing. Prices are great and there's WiFi.

Amazing staff and delicious food. The coffee is brilliant and exactly what is required in the cold winter months. Lovely and welcoming atmosphere, comfortable seats and spotlessly clean. Incredible value for money (breakfast is under £4), if you're local or driving by pay this restaurant a visit, you will not be disappointed. I go 5 minutes out of my way most mornings for exactly these reasons.

The resemblance to the advertisement is uncanny can't comment on the food only had some small donuts the where forgettable

Great place to have breakfast and a chat - I can recommend the bacon sandwich. The staff are great - we left our loyalty card on the table inside the restaurant and a member of staff ran after us (to our car) to return it!

Quality has dropped and service is abysmal

Came on Saturday morning, had nowhere near enough staff, took 45 mins to get food, skipped our order, only got food when we went to counter and asked where it was. Food was completely cold by the time we got served. Disgraceful service

Ordered coffee and food. Donuts we're good, but the coffee was burnt to the point where it was undrinkable. Fries were also cold and overcooked.

Absolute joke… second time this has happened now put in a large order for myself and colleagues and there is items missing that I have paid for. You need to train your staff on the basics… idiots.

Yeah most of the staff the guys don't know where they at , it's almost like they are just there chilling and not working . Not accepting cash , quite shocking . The chicken burger is pretty good though

Slow service. Don’t eat inside the place is disgusting. Went this afternoon and it looks like the floor hasn’t been swept all week. Toilets dirty too.

The food was okish, not amazing, but ok for a maccyds type place. The burger patties weren't the best. They reminded me of the cheap ones you get in the freezer shop. £32 for 3 meals. The iced latte was nice. I don't think I'd dash back, but the place was clean, and the staff were polite.

STAY AWAY!!! Poor in every possible way. Staff are terrible and can't even get a simple order right. Food under cooked, and when you finally get your order, they have managed to mess it up. I had to go back to the counter 3-4 times. Place needs new management and staff that know what they are doing. Never going back.

Breakfast for 2.45. Top quality rock-bottom prices. Fast and efficient staff Fresh and delicious produce. Vegan options .... Not amazing now

Food was nice, little pricey for what we got, didn't mind waiting for food but were desperate for a drink and didn't realise we helped our self for pop until rude guy behind counter pointed with his head when our order arrived

Nothing wrong per se with the venue and similar to its uk equivalents, but so much different to Canada. Appears a drive thru in the main so very few people in; all ordering on touch screen but prices are 2-3 times more expensive than Canada so that was a bit of a shock. Admittedly looks to be targeting different market though as wider selection of both savoury and baked products (donuts especially looked good!!).

Food lukewarm, bins overflowing and the toilets stinking to high heavens and filthy. The place wasn’t even busy so no excuse for it being like this.

Thought it was Canadian but more like a kabab shop food won't be back sorry
