Tried their new smash burgers and it was unreal! Would highly recommend.

I got food poisoning off the chicken tikka masala pizza, made me bed bound most of the day, woke me up at 4am and I threw up 5 hours later.

Erghh, this place is absolute scum. Rotten salad, tough chewy meat and the rudest people I've ever spoken to. Call anybody else!!

Unfortunately the food was cold although delivered after 45 mins. Burger bun was mush and chips cold. Chicken tikka was the only redeeming feature albeit the salad was poor. At £22 I expected the food to a least be hot/warm. Threw half the burger away due to its condition. Can't recommend the food and I sadly will have to give these a miss in future.....

Great takeaway with a massive menu. Went here after a recommendation from a colleague. I went in with work and got 3x chicken & donner kebabs on naan bread. Absolutely massive. We shared 3 between six of us and were all absolutely stuffed. The chicken was really moist, very tasty. Peshwari naan is a must, the added sweetness made it for me.

Took an hour. Although I live 2 minutes away from shop. Food was freezing and I found a hair in the chilli sauce and another hair baked into my garlic bread. Last chance has gone for these. Never again 👎

Shocking live 3 min away and the meal was freezing. don't order the 7 course meal unless you want to pay extra for meat. Or chips. Poppadoms were in crumbs. Wedges were soggy Every cartian leeked all over. Never again will I order from them.

Took an hour and a half, turned up cold and congealed. I'd be embarrassed to serve this crap

The chicken tikka masala wrap might have been the tastiest thing I’ve ever had. Wow! Will be ordering again 🙌🏽

Really disappointed with the chicken tikka masala Parma tonight didn’t taste like how it normally does 😢 all wasted and gone in the bin gutted as it’s my favourite from this place too.

Pizza arrived lukewarm at best Curry had way too much garlic for our taste afraid it went in bin and the poppadom atiived soggy due to being packed with the curry probably last time using these

Delivered the wrong order, had to call the shop where they arranged the driver to come back to our him with the correct order!

Great menu selection, fast turnaround, nice food, good service and delivery times. I do get some issues using the app.

paid for stuffed crust none in pizza missing a garlic and pizzas were cold

Paid extra for deep pan but the base was the same as regular. Paid extra for extra cheese but there was no difference.

Chips were dry and cold couldnt eat them.Rest was ok.last time i got this it was lovely bit disappointed.

Placed order to be picked up at 8.10pm. Received message to say order was ready to pick up at 8.10pm. Went to shop order not ready. Was told it would be 5mins. Waited 20mins until order was ready. Not impressed with service 😕

Food is beautiful! Getting a message it was ready for collection then waiting half an hour in the shop was very annoying!

Food took ages to come, it was stone cold, undercooked (pizza was dough) and it was soaking wet, the whole thing was soggy. I called and complained and was sent a replacement, when it arrived the cheese was spread all over the box. It was a little bit warmer but still absolutely soggy and disgusting. I even took a bite of what could only be bone, it was rock hard so I’ve not finished eating it. Wouldn’t order again.

I ordered a 14’’ garlic bread special with salad this arrived with very little amount of kebab meat and also a small portion of salad in the corner, you would expect the salad to cover the whole of top of the garlic bread special especially with this being shared by 4 of us, for the price this was very poor quality..disappointed.

delivery time the best it's ever been for a change! but not impressed at all with food shami kebab was well under cooked inside was still quite pink! and a tub of garlic sauce was in fact smelly and all creamy and more like cauliflower cheese vile! not worth calling to fix this issue as takes upto 2 hours for food usually anyway!

Food over 40 minutes late. items missing. all food cold. spoke to the manager who told me that "there are worse things going on in this world than your cold food". Then he called me back to say "there's worse things than your food" AVOID IF POSSIBLE

I asked for no salad, but chicken wrap arrived with a load in. 2nd time it's happened when ordering from here. Happens again and it will be the last time.

Pretty much my whole order was wrong I ordered a masala pizza it didn’t state anywhere on the website that the pizza would turn up with chicken it just said masala sauce the desert I ordered was also completely wrong the food was Luke warm won’t be ordering from here again overpriced rubbish

ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños and it came with onions and green peppers on despite me not ordering onions and green peppers. i tried calling about 5 times and no one answered the phone at all

Delivered more like a cold biscuit than a pizza. Must have been in boot of car for half an hour. First time I have to say though.

bit of a rip off with the price of the food and drinks. also with price of the drink tht online it was £3.50 for a 2 litre but we got a bottle tht was 1.75 litre with a price on the bottle tht was £2.59

Food was lovely and still hot but delivery took forever.

Unfortunately the food was soggy I paid extra for large wraps a this is not what was delivered there was around 8 chips in one of the wraps an 3 pieces of chicken. I can’t imagine they would only put 1or 2 bits of chicken in the standard one. The salad was appalling and again very sparse Very disappointing I wouldn’t usually complain but this was bad I have submitted a online complaint but with no reply yet

Smash burgers are amazing and probably the best garlic sauce you can get in the area by a mile.

Genuinely don’t want to leave this review as Balti Masters is great 90% of the time but todays order was just plain awful, ordered the Smash burger (original) and the burger was pink in the middle… not even warm to the touch and I can’t believe it would have past a temp check… disappointing.

donner and chicken kebab both far to spicy kids couldn't eat it and i tasted it and i couldn't eat it either

We heard a good recommendation from a friend, I was sadly disappointed! I could tell this was food from the previous night. The roasty's were anemic, no colour. Cold meat! Nan soggy. I guess if I phoned to complain, I would probably be offered a discount....but tbh, I wouldn't go again. A very disappointed first and last time customer.

Really unhappy about my Order burger was awful full of grease. Chips all cold and soaking wet from the container they were stored in. Won’t be returning.

Why put manky peppers and onions on bolognaise pizza if I choose bolognaise I expect bolognaise not peppers and onions added that needs sorted like now

best take away in north east 10/10 best pizzas best garlic sauce never been disappointed and had tons of orders from here, last time got a 16" pizza and had slid to the side had to send it away got a new pizza and they paid for it!!! ( had orderd by phone and was paying cash) amazing take away top quality good staff 💪

Pizzas are usually good but prices are too high and tonight’s was very soggy. Adding a £1 for deep pan? That’s excessive, then, tried to order garlic bread with cheeses but you have no option but to add cheeses for another pound! Seriously…sort the menu options out! It was nice but not worth the price. Too many add ones. As nice as it is usually, we will not be ordering often due to extra charges.

Couldn't fault curry, rice was dry, roasties seemed over cooked and black inside, naan bread was cold and tough and poppadoms soft/chewy. Speedy service, was here within 30 minutes. Somehow, Hebburn has gone right down hill with takeaways, no matter what you order. We've had some bad takeaways over the last 6 months and I'm afraid this order has been added to the list.

Curry came in superfast time. Unfortunately it just wasn't tasty. Always saved half in the past but could have ate the lot. Hate the fact that the large rice was always the standard rice. Shrinkflation at its best.

ordered a taxi special at 7:53pm. I got a notification that the driver was on his way at 9:12pm. Bearing in mind I live a 2 min drive away, the order still hadn't arrived by 10pm. I used the app to contact the restraunt and they said it would be another 25 mins. it arrived 15 mins later.. I think they forgot about my order

The best burger and cheesy chips I've had since moving to the UK! Finally a place that makes them taste like Texas!! Also the chicken curry is mint! My husband orders from yall often and I can see why now!

Food stone cold, took nearly 2 hours. Wouldn’t recommend used to be lovely.
