First visit tonight, lovely gentleman serving and prepping. Very welcoming and friendly. My chicken kebab was delicious with lovely freshly prepped salad. I'll be back 👌🏽

the pizza took longer than usual to come,come and as it was a Sunday, it was surprising. ordered with extra garlic and green chillies. didn't taste and any garlic whatsoever and got the odd kick of green chilli, but very little. this is our usual order and is always very tasty, but not this time. considering the price with the extras, which weren't there, it was very poor. disappointing

Usually amazing but pretty poor today. Kebab was tasteless and the chips were dry and like they were last nights reheated. Definitely unusual for Piccolo.

The kebab wraps, chips and garlic bread are usually lovely so I'd thought I'd try a burger. What a mistake, the bun was rock solid and the patties were gritty most the meal went in the bin

Really nice food. Portion sizes could be bigger. Especially with the chicken tikka wrap we ordered. Luckily we ordered a cheesy garlic bread too which was delicious. Very nice food needed more of it considering the prices. Can’t complain too much.

Food was hot on arrival and very tasty. Chips were generous portions, crispy and lightly seasoned. Pizzas were great, not too greasy with plenty of toppings. Arrived bang on time and the delivery man was friendly. Would recommend and order again !

ordered from here a few times and it's been nice but last night I ordered a Bolognese Parmo the Parmo was absolutely awful and bland and the portion size was ridiculously small especially for the price with a couple of fries in the box. won't be ordering from here again

Almost 2 hours late my order was ! Ordered it at 6:30pm didn’t come till 8:15pm ! Disgraceful service won’t be ordering again. Go elsewhere we they value there customers the food was freezing also ! Not good enough

The man, the myth, the legend. He has returned! After 2 years of missing out on Piccolo's, he is back. We are so happy he is back, the pizza was perfect. Just like the good old times, the beautiful tomato base danced on pallet, the crisp yet soft stuffed crust melted in your mouth, and the cheese and toppings. The cheese and toppings are perfection, pizza is an art form and Piccolo has nailed it - a true testament to the wonderful host he is. Thank you for returning to our lives.

As always, prompt delivery and hot tasty food. Only gripe is they put the box of salad I had ordered underneath all of the hot food containers which isnt the best idea at all!

I got a cheesy chip wrap, a little disappointed that it was barely warm when it arrived, the cheese wasn't melted and the majority of the chips were rock solid! It went in the bin after a few mouth fulls! A shame because the chicken kebab from here is lush.

First time we have been as a family tonight, and the service was so friendly and kind, the food was cooked fresh and absolutely delicious. I had to ring when we got home to tell them how nice it was and that we will definitely be returning customers. Highly recommend

They missed an item off my order, however the pizza shop actually rang me up to apologize for the mistake and got the missing item to me. Now that's dedication to customer satisfaction. All the food was cooked perfectly and everyone enjoyed their food. Will order from here again.

Burn baby burn pizza was lush really enjoyed it. There was a delay due to the floods in shields all the metros were off so traffic was horrendous for people getting back from great north run. When I rang up the bloke was extremely nice and friendly he explained everything and apologised even though it wasn't their fault. Everything got sorted. Pizza was spot on cheers will order again 👍

I am pretty impressed with this takeaway. Only just recently opened. The place is extremely clean and tidy. Ordered 2 pizza's and a chicken kebab. My pizza was a kebab pizza with stuffed crust and OMG, the stuff crust cheese was really delicious! They used a different kind of cheese on the stuff crust and it was extremely tasty. Kebab and Onions were fresh and the Pizza dough was perfectly cooked. The other pizza was a pepperoni with Ham and Mushrooms. It also tasted fresh and delicious. The Chicken from the Kebab was absolutely great! The gentleman that served us was polite, genuine and was very clear with taking the order. He tripled checked everything and that the order was correct. Would I order from here again? Absolutely!

How can you make a pizza called burn baby burn so bland? First of all the positives, it came on time, was hot.. that's pretty much it. Your pizza sauce, pepperoni! has no flavour at all, add a little garlic, onion powder and oregano or something.. anything, it tastes like nothing.. like unbuttered toast. It was spicy but with no flavour. Your chilli sauce is a disgrace, lubricant is the only word I can think of, even a bit of salt, paprika would make it better. Dogshit when you are charging the price you do, add something, anything to flavour your food

Been going here forever. Got a chicken tikka wrap for a change and it was truly awful. Got a cheese burger for my mate. Worst burger ever. Fries always brilliant. The chilli sauce has changed and is just like the hot pepper sauce you get. Whats happened there? It’s a shame as the pizzas here are brilliant. Won’t be ordering anything other than the pizza and fries from here.

So where to start, ordered 2 stuffed crust 10" pizzas for £28 delivery which correct me if I'm wrong is absolutely extortionate! Ordered at half 7 and didn't receive until quarter to 10, now i understand places get busy on fridays and saturdays but 2hrs 15mins is unacceptable and it was only luke warm, if it wasn't for my partner who was so hungry after a 12hr shift I would of sent the delivery driver packing because by that point i was ready to go to bed. This was delivered 45mins after the latest 9pm it was promised, I think in future I'll stick to 2 asda stuffed crust pizza's for a fiver. This isn't the 1st time I've had issues with piccolo, standard of pizza drops when they are busy and I've been sent wrong items on multiple occasions. At least 3 times having ordered a cheesy chip wrap for a vegetarian it's turned up as a kebab wrap. Now the owner did apologise when i phoned but as a regular customer that just didn't cut it, not even a couple cans of pop or a discount on next order offered. If you can't meet the demand don't take the order, sheer greed!

Always ordered my pizza from Piccolos and always been perfect. The owner is a lovely gentleman and always calls me Madam, which is lovely, and the staff are friendly. Definitely recommend!!
