I ordered fish and chips in a box but only get the fish with scraps as I asked fornthr scraps

Food was good portion size and tasted good but was cold.

I use Codfellas regularly. Always good quality but tonight my fish and chips were top notch. Nice sweet fish, crispy batter and good chips. Really good.

Food is lovely - but it was very cold when I got it. Can’t complain on the flavour or quality but having to heat your own takeaway up when it arrives because it’s cold isn’t the best. Still 5/5 as it happens and again the food was still lovely

I live down the street from this chippy I ordered a kebab and I was absolutely ill afterwards and it’s never been like this before but I’ve spoke to some people that go there and they said the same thing,the woman that works on the till is so moody and rude it’s absolutely disgusting when I’m spending money in HER chippy

Pizza wraps waste of money, nothing pizza about them! Tortilla with MINIMAL “pizza” filling. Disappointed as heard good things but first and last order from us. Order was ready for collection on time though so 5* for that.

Ordered at 21:20 to be collected at 21:45. Arrived at 21:40 and was told that it would be ready in 10 minutes. We got our food at 22:10 with the reason being we are very busy. I was waiting since 21:40 and 4 customers (2 pairs) came in. 2 came in only for a can of come and 2 were collection that immediately collected. I could see the parmos on the side waiting to be cooked just sat there.

Absolutely disgusting will not order again everything was cold the kebab meat was all crispy and stale my dog even turned nose up at it ! Also my order was late arriving.

Food and service good let down by pitta bread over heated

This takeaway has gone downhill. Fried burgers were poor. I wouldn't recommend this takeaway at present time. Delivery was 20 minutes late the driver is a nice pleasant old fella.

The chips were horrible and the bun was soggy.the chips tasted like they had been re heated

Chips were pale and mushy. Chicken burger was dry . Both burgers could have done with a bit salad on them. Meal cold

I really don’t say this lightly, I order in way more than I should and think of myself as somewhat of a chippy connoisseur, but this was the best chippy I’ve ever had, I now swear my allegiance and loyalty to codfellas. The chicken tikka pizza was next level, the chips beautifully fried in a different kind of oil, the flavour on them bad boys where immense, the kebab meat, where most get it wrong, codfellas knocked it out of the park, gutted it’s taken me this long to try this place!

New to the area. First time ordering tonight. Very impressed.

Didn't realise this shop was so far away, so I expected food to be late, but fortunately it was on time and the food was hot. Nice food, good delivery time and well priced, means a 10 from me.

The batter on the sausage was soft instead of crispy and although there were plenty of chips, they were pale.

This food order went straight in the outside bin. I'll never order again from this takeaway. I've only rated it 1 because won't let you rate 0

Had some food from here yesterday and was absolutely ill last night. The kebab was so dry and crusty so only ate what was salvageable and some chips. Later on last night I vomiting for hours. I have since found out a few people I know had food from here last week and were ill after eating too. Can’t be coincidence. Won’t be using again.

Excellent food once again. Fresh, flaky fish with excellent batter. My granddaughter enjoyed her battered sausage as well.

I use Codfellas fairly regularly for fish and chips. They are normally superb. However tonight the fish flesh was dry and batter hard. I suspect the fish had been recooked. Not happy as I consider myself a regular customer.

Glad I gave them a try. Food was lovely. And delivery came before time. Bonus.

Pizza great chips nice chilli amazing

Absolutely vile . I review 0 , cheese burger was awful and tasted under cooked . We had battered Items which were so over cooked and greasy , first order and won’t order again . We put all in the bin except the chips peas and curry. .the Smokey looked like it had been reheated also ,

Chips were not to standard, the chips were black inside asif the potatoes were old and going off. Usually a good chipshop.

Not the one to complain. But tonight’s food was not the nicest I’ve had from there lately, chips under cooked and the cheesy chips and garlic were swimming in grease. Pizza undercooked in some places. It’s ashame as it’s normally spot on.

Have used Codfellas several times and have never been disappointed. I particularly enjoy their fish and chips, nice white fish and crispy batter.

Rang restaurant 10 mins after it was due (latest) and just got told driver had just left had a few deliveries then ours and hung up.

Paid £13 online as I ordered it from work and it was delivered to my address and my partner paid £7.50 which was asked by delivery driver. Not knowing that I had paid online.
