Food was late and cold!! Not happy at all

don't often comment but honestly the worst pizza and chips I've ever had. no taste hardly any toppings and the chips tasted old. never again

Arrived nearly 2 hours after ordering, ordered a chipizza and upon opening the whole top layer was scorched, kebab was like molten rock. Very little cheese, and no sauce other than a tiny bit of garlic which I chose, ones I’ve had in the past were swimming in pizza sauce as well as the selected garlic sauce, but this one, bone dry. The chips were absolutely soaked in oil, they were practically glowing, if I tipped the tray a pool of oil collected in the corner. Wish I’d made cereal instead.

There was no tubs of garlic and chilli sauce with the kids were really upset

Ordered a meal deal with chicken strips loaded on chips, just got chips. Rang and was advised they didn’t do that offer. Double checked my order, and the number, was yourselves, so rang back, and after confirming what was wrong, I asked for a refund, was advised the boss had gone home so could I ring in the morning. I have requested the garlic sauce back (cost £1:50) as I was advised the strips were £2, and I’m not a one for requesting full money back when it was only a partial error. Overall good food, just a slight error with our delivery.

Half order missing, tried calling up no one answering the phone for an hour absolute waste of time and money Friday night ruined for the family

Burger bun was bigger than the burger, fish was all over the place when I opened the box and green chips, never again

Best fish and chips in whiteleas. always freshly prepared and cooked to order. Also do great pizza's and kebabs. Does a bit of everything really well.

Was very nice. Think this is the first time we’ve ordered from here and will order again in future. The large garlic is actually very large and good value. Pizzas were lovely. My daughter had the bbq pizza and said it was gorgeous

Just a normal local chippy nothing fancy but nothing wrong with it. Its changed hands a few times but at the moment its spot on. The food is always hot and the delivery service is pretty swift.

First time ordering from this place and first impressions was very bad Chips where under cooked and the delivery driver was rude to my dad said “here” when handing over the food and walked off Won’t be ordering from here again

I don’t understand how anyone eats here…I ordered 3 cod and chips with curry sauce. Chips were absolutely vile and the cod… threw the entire meal away, I’m not one to waste food, so if I ever waste food you know it was that bad. Quality needs fixing up here. The cod wasn’t even crunchy batter it was just soft and oily… chips tasted like they’ve been sitting there for days on end.

Really poor quality food tonight. Jumbo sausage missing. Last order, sauces missing. Took over an hour.

Customer Service by staff is nothing short of a disgrace this evening with the female attendant very abusive using the F word when I complained about Fish & Chips served which were black due to burnt fat. She blamed the manager for the burnt fat and said she only does as she is told! What I can't accept is the total lack of customer service with not even an apology and resorting to foul language.

The food was cold and there was sauces missing and by the time the sauces got brought back to the house the food was stone cold very disappointed

The pizza was disgusting didn’t taste right at all the garlic bread was hard as cardboard they didn’t give me my garlic source the chips where not to standards I would not recommend this take aways shop at all not happy with what I received

Items missing from order and when I phoned the shop, the assistant didn’t know what she could do to help. Told me to phone back the next day. Unacceptable.

Honestly the nicest pizza we've had in a long time! Not greasy and crust was not too thick and perfectly cooked. Highly recommended

Chips horrible, chicken tiny little pieces and over cooked asked for batter on Chips none came worst ever never again

The first time i have ordered from here and i would not order again. The chips were under cooked. The chicken strips we soggy and were more batter than chicken.

I would have given a better review if the order was correct unfortunately the kebab wrap that I ordered plain came covered in garlic sauce which was inedible due to an intolerance. I did try call restaurant at 8.47 but didn't answer as it was closing at 9 I assume.

Pros: Garlic Sauce - thick and flavourful Chicken burgers - good quality and value Chippizza - tasty alternative to a pizza (loaded chips) Atmosphere - It's all been decent quality so far, staff are friendly (other place can be quite rude, see gills at the book for example) and there's a positive atmosphere with staff in the shop Cons: Smash burger - patty is too thick and not crisp more like a normal burger but quality of ingredients is very good Fish bites kids meal - a couple of times later in the day it came with the tail end of a fish and it was a bit burnt

Gorgeous chicken kebab, apart from the gherkins (easily picked out). Chicken kebab was good portion size, chips portion size seemed smaller than usual, but they were lovely. Delivery was fast, but I had to order from Just Eat as their own website says they don't deliver to where I live.

Food was early burnt and cold scraps of kebab meat, chips were stale and the salad in the kebab was a few slices of tomato loads of lettuce and a bit onion. Very disappointed!

We tried the Doner Smash burgers was really nice & filling however the food was a little late and no garlic or chilli sauces :( so my partner had to go and get them. Delivery driver was really nice! However garlic bread was abit tough. I would order again but for collection as it took a little longer for delivery!

We have ordered from here several times with no issues but this is the worst I have had :( the fish was rock hard the sausage was barely cooked and mushy peas were forgotten!

Good delivery on time, and I enjoyed the fish and chips.

The burger tasted like it was going off and smelt funny. After two bites it went in the bin. It looked lovely and a good size but tasted off. Chips were nice.

Usually I love this pizza (donner supreme) but the garlic sauce recipe must have changed because it wasn’t nice at all.

Prompt delivery and food was pipping hot. Great tasting pizzas and kebab. Highly recommended

Probably the best cod bites I’ve ever had, they’ve got perfect crunch and don’t hurt your mouth when you’re biting into them. The cheesy chips were pretty good too, although were a bit burnt on the edges, still tasted good though. They also followed through on my request for some batter on the side, much appreciated.

Waited over and hour and a half after ordering to getting our food. Pizza is inedible although hot it wasn’t very nice at all. Ordered a mixed wrap that I thought must’ve been meant for a child. All donner meat with only 1 or 2 tiny bits of chicken and I’m not exaggerating when I say there must’ve been about 7 chips. Garlic sauce was warm. The portion for spending £17 is ridiculous. First and last time ordering from here. Ordered after a friend recommend the chicken wraps, although I wouldn’t know the pleasure after receiving less than a chicken nuggets worth. Very disappointed.
