The best restaurants in Fellgate and Hedworth South Tyneside North East

Had the white chocolate cookies... unbelievable. How the chocolate stays melted at room temperature is beyond me, absolutely gorgeous!

We were travelling south on the A19 searched online for cafes and called in for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by the decor friendly service and variety of food on the menu. We will call again

Tea time come super Oil they cook the fish and chips in is disgusting Lots of choices but if they use the same oil as they cook fish and chips in that will spoil the meal totally

First time there....it was beautiful...with huge lovely choices....and a Lovely place to have great choice of food too and varied places to seat and eat....definitely try and go there again.

We absolutely love this takeaway. You ring to hear a cheerful helpful person , the meal is beautiful, always red hot, full of flavour. And drivers always cheerful too. Can not fault it .

Good Chinese takeaway never had a bad meal yet.gets very busy,so be prepared to wait a while for your food.top tip ask for no onions if getting a curry otherwise you will get a full onion in it 😆

Nice meal loads of choice and lovely staff

The Storybook had a great deal for carveries over the Summer and Sundays were packed. We always book and did so today interested to see how full it was now prices back to normal (still extremely reasonable when compared to local other pubs and restaurants.) it was still very busy. Disappointing lime and soda and I didn’t think the beef was as nice as normal. Staff were excellent as normal, helping us with our Christmas booking.

Canny little pub and great service, Lisa runs around doing everything she can to make the customers visit the best it can be! A credit to the pub! Keep up the great work

My wife & I were here for a christening buffet & cannot fault the food or the service provided. Together with friends & relatives the whole afternoon was electric. Three cheers for the Greyhound 👍👍👍

Tinos best fish and chips very lightly battered not soggy good size cod don't drive past you will be disappointed,also pizza well worth ago best dough ever had on a pizza 🍕

Miserable staff in here, dunno how they still have customers Always feels like your inconveniencing them buy going in and ordering Wouldn't care if the food was decent but its average at best and must better chippers in the area Not to mention the most expensive of them all Go elswhere 👍 you will thank yourself
