Burger King in South Tyneside

Food was hot and very tasty. Delivery was spot on.

Again didn’t bring everything I ordered, missed chilli bites that cost £7

Order was missing 2 items 1 of which they scribbled outvon the reciept and didn't leave an explanation but delivery bloke was bang on time

Food was horrible, burger was burnt and sloppy, chips where cold and like cardboard and the drink wasn’t even stored in a fridge because it was warm will never order from here again

Food had been given to someone else and had to be remade, waited 1 hour total

chips cold, didn't leave pickles out of one burger as requested. burgers were just warm. not good . had to reheat meals as both too cold. not happy

What’s the point of asking to add or remove ingredients if they still get made as base… asked for no pickles no onions no bacon extra patty got soggy bacon and everything else I mentioned

the original time was changed, as it usually is. why set a time then change it, then ask if you were early, late or on time. food was barely warm and the fries? very disappointed and bk chips are the only fries I like from ff restaurants. have they changed the color of the milkshakes? order a strawberry milkshake, just not the classic " pink". the driver was as bland as well as the meal. as if he was made to walk here from whitemare pool.

drivers do not follow easy directions I send in the comments block.also the delivery driver is using an Iceland food bag ??? I think this is why the food was cold .

My food was 15 mins early. Left a note for the food to be dropped off at my workplace gatehouse. Food was not left anywhere and was marked as delivered and left at main entrance. Last time I’m ever using just eat.

The order is always wrong or missing item

Got the 'Doritos Chilli Heatwave King Box' which is described on both JE and BK websites as including Doritos Chilli Heatwave Chicken Fries but they were missing from both of our two meals.

Made an order and delivery time kept changing which I get it’s new year, order eventually came items missing and food wrong, staff obviously don’t read customisations.

Order never arrived. Although it was marked as arrived!! Then had to drive to McDonald and get the kids their dinner after waiting nearly 2 hours. As I was at work!!

Wrong milkshake was delivered, the fries were cold and considerably less chips on each box.

Had to use the toilet urgently, was told i need to buy something, waited at the till for 20 mins and noone came to the counter. Rude staff, unempathetic.

Had to order the meal twice as order was wrong first time my son has OCD and if the order is not correct it affects him emotionally so unfortunately I’m £15 out of pocket

Just eat app stated 15-30 mins delivery. Ordered food at 12.36pm. Order sat being prepared for over an hour. Delivery time kept changed from 1.15-1.30 to 2.15-2.30. Finally turned up at 2.18pm, over 90 mins after delivery. Chips were Luke warm to say the least. Disappointing

food was barely warm and no sauce with nuggets was in the bag. Milkshakes were lovely tho.

Ordered arrived over an hour after placing the order. All items were stone cold. One of the whoppers was missing and the Chicken Royale did not have cheese on as paid for. The 3 dips I paid for were also missing. Very very poor

so now whitemare pool b.k's standards have slumped below that of Tyne docks b.k? and that's saying something. cmon, guys atleast Tyne docks has always been disappointing. a 'large' squashed portion of fries, cold at that. granted the burgers are going to be a little tepid because of the drowning of sauces and limp salad but it's like it's been sat on their doorstep. I bet santa could deliver our food hot enough to eat and it takes him a year from the north Pole, poor chap.

the food was the worst I've had - I think it was the leftovers, it was cold, like rubber and the burger had hardly any filling. Totally disappointed

I asked for no cheese on burger as partner is allergic and it come with cheese, also no drinks with out meals

Chips are solid. Like week old chips microwaved. Absolutely vile.

Wrong milkshake delivered. Burger missing bacon onion rings and sauce. Chips had too much salt on. This has never happened before. Someone at the store needs to make sure all ok before packing,

it took over half an hour to do a 10 minute journey and the food was Stone Cold when it arrived

atleast this order turned up ordered a McDonald's earlier delivered to wrong house emailed a complaint asked for a refund, guess what no reply

Waited for my order for 2 hours came freezing

Starving, went in and could only order through the ridiculous touch boards. Never mind a local business will get my money instead. Went out hungry. Come on people let's not stand for this, I want to deal with a human being, otherwise I may as well order on Uber!!!

Driver had an attitude problem. Rang twice to say he was on way. He came to front door saying he wa waiting round my locked back gate. Ordered multiple times in the past and every driver has knocked at front door! Still dont know why he rang! Lol

You pay extra for cheesey loaded fries with bacon it says smoothered in cheese theres a tiny drop with a couple of bacon crumbs on top

Fries were undercooked and all congealed together tasted like old oil.Chilli cheese bites were soggy and oily and the lettuce on the Burger and Chicken Royal had browny bits around the edges.Clearly not concerned with sending out Quality Food.Very Disappointing for what you pay for the food!!
