Brilliant prices, very very clean shop, lovely people, brilliant food

Ordered a chicken Parmo, it arrived on time and looked very nice. I cut into the parmo and found it was pink , i cut it up and looked at it in different places to which a lot of it was pink. So I contacted the takeaway to which their reply was that it’s cooked at the right temperature and that was that nothing else so I spent £13 on some chips and some salad. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I understand mistakes can happen but their response to the matter was terrible. They must think pink chicken is ok just glad I could see the chicken and for it not to be on a wrap or anything

The pizzas were very bland the base was dry and the toppings very sparse. They did ring me as I ordered online and some items where not available so communication was good. Would not order again.

Nearly a 30 minute wait for chips and crazy, store wasn't busy and people coming in after me were getting their food before me. And after the long wait, it was tiny! Not worth the money or wait at all.

First time we have used Tino's but enjoyed the pizzas will use again

Excellent service, food arrived early and was piping hot, the delivery girl was excellent very friendly and food was lovely, well worth a try guys

Warning!: Spicy kebab left my mouth with 5 very painful ulcers on the sides and top of my tongue I don’t know what the hell is in it, but all week I’ve been struggling to eat anything because of it and I usually love spicy food but steer clear of that spicy kebab I’m in agony

Disgusting customer service, placed an order online which they accepted and took payment for then called me 15 minutes later to say they didn’t actually have what I ordered, so I said ok just give me a refund then, man on the phone didn’t have a clue what I was saying, so I asked to speak to manager he said she will call you back, half an hour later still no call back so I called them, again got the same man on the phone so I asked to speak to the manager, he put the phone down for 7 minutes until a woman eventually come on the phone then I proceeded to explain to her, she then told me that I would get the refund when I got it and that I had woke up in a bad mood this morning, this is 5pm may I add. Disgraceful service, would never give them a penny of my money

Very poor, tasteless fish no clue what kind, batter undercooked mush, chips were all just bits, and cold. disappointed.

Third time in visiting this newly opened establishment over the past week or so, and I must say top notch scran has been served up every time 👌🏻 The few times I have been i can’t fault nothing… starting with the full English breakfasts which are great value for money, served up fresh on the spot and piping hot, the coffee is very nice to, to which I was pleasantly surprised. From the evening menu I ordered a garlic bread with cheese & bolognaise pizzas… the bolognaise was full of flavour and the topping wasn’t sliding off the base like other places, then the garlic & chilli is spot on to; I like the fact they do a hot and cold chilli sauce as well. Then last but not least, I tried a chicken tikka kebab; I decided to sit in for this so had it served up on a plate… nice touch 👍🏻 The tikka was cooked with onion, green pepper, and chilli… (optional) tikka was tender and succulent and very flavoursome and all served with a mountain of fresh salad 2 chilli sauces and garlic. All in all great scran and done out to a very high standard so it 5 stars from me.

Cheese pattie suppose to be best in town all potatoes think forgotten to put cheese in to much batter on it

They were busy but it was tea time I suppose and they had Deliveroo stuff to sort. Food was excellent and at a cracking price

Never again will I step foot in this shop! Kebbab is like card board! Not what you would get from anywhere I have been before. Not one to write reviews but that food was the worst I have ever had! Asked for a extra bag of chips he was straight on it for the money, get home and he's missed stuff out! Your reputation is going down down down!

We ordered from here for the first time last night and all I can say is amazing! The pizza was so nice and not greasy unlike many other establishments I’ve tried. The kabab wrap was huge and the salad inside was crunchy and fresh. Will definitely order again.

Your review Not a fan of the naan bab. Was dry and overly salty. The burger was awful definitely the cheapest frozen rubbish you can buy. Pizza I got was the Bolognese and that was not good at all. Dry as a hockey puck and Had a sour aftertaste. Service was ok wasn’t the best. Wouldn’t recommend. Glen Day

This is YOUR review: Chips and tikka wrap was (meh) OK. but the kebab Chipizza was really salty and dry. Questionable garlic sauce as it tasted sour. Will not be in a hurry to order again. Xx Carly W

Ordered twice now, been absolutely lush both times

I m a mariner working in sea onboard ships i got a shore leave in south shields i have had search on google fir best food i got tino 's cafe in first i got address i went for that cafe n seriously the staff n and food was very tasty hygeine i m vry hpy to hv food in tinos cafe i hv ordered mixed naan baab its totally amazing when i opened my box 12 inch box everywhere i m seeing hv something very gud taste of food fresh thatswhy i m giving 5 star to this cafe as an one day shore leaver of merchant navy ship engineer glad ful tinos cafe love it money value now going for sailing to japan but in life again if i cm to south shield port definitly my orders go for food to tinos cafe calf close lane 👍

My food was cold and garlic bread was hard

Both myself and my mam had the full English breakfast,was the best by far with great customer service,friendly staff and and made to feel very welcome!! I seriously can’t recommend this cafe enough a definite 5 star from me will be back again soon 😊

Pizza was nice but why are my chips green?

The pizza was absolutely delectable, the garlic sauce was garlicing like it should, the chicken nuggets looked appetising but they were a bit bland. And the star of the show was the chips. Ordered two large chips and all i can say is wow. why are they green. They look like they glow in the dark. They tasted astonishing, but the colour scheme threw me off slightly, i fed them to my dog. Other than that, the food was pretty good.

Unfortunately the garlic bread was dry and forgot to give us the garlic

This is my new takeaway for food, service, quality and value for money is exceptional. Couldn’t give anything less than 5 stars. It may be new but give it a go. BEST Ive had x
