The William IV on High street is a local pub in Gateshead that offer a decent range of beers and was one of several pubs that we visited on a day out around Gateshead. A solid old style boozer that is housed in a traditional pub style building'the interior is again a traditional pub interior with lots of good seating options and an outside area at the back with extra seating options. I don't know why but I adore going to pubs like this as it brings me back to when I first started drinking many years ago and most of the pubs I visited where like this. This pub was very busy when we visited as where most pubs we went to in Gateshead and when here we had a couple of bitters from the John Smith's brewery which were well served and priced. This is another superb local boozer and is well worth visiting as the staff were friendly and they offer a well priced range of beers and is very easy to locate from High Street bus stop it's a minute's walk.(This is my first review of the William IV). Tuve una hermosa comida con mi familia recientemente. Ambiente encantador y comida impecable. El filete de filete de mi esposa fue cocinado a la perfección (medio raro) y los langostinos reales servidos en unos pocos platos eran enormes! ¡Volveremos pronto!

Después de buscar un curry decente en la zona durante más de 2 años, mi búsqueda finalmente ha terminado, el tandoori estándar es cualquier cosa menos estándar, la comida es increíble, deje de mirar a su alrededor para su ir a la casa de curry, lo ha encontrado! En todas partes de la zona es basura, estándar es delicioso, no digas más.

Worst customer service. , asked for salted caramel pistachio frappe but did not reciev it correctly instead of frappe it was just the cold milk and ice cubes , just binned directly , cashier was so fast and did not even ask large or to add cream worst place and I’ll never come back

Flat white coffee was okay. There are seatings in the back shared between neighboring restaurants. Thank you

Courier drove right past my road and sat in Sainsbury's car park for 5 minutes. Therefore order was cold on arrival

My husband and I have visited Fortuna numerous times together and never had a bad experience. We absolutely love the pizzas which are cooked traditionally in a wood-fired oven and the service is always great. I have also visited on other occasions with friends & family, knowing that we’re guaranteed a lovely night with fantastic food. Although my husband & I like to visit different places, this is our go-to restaurant on a regular basis when we’re in need of a great meal out.

Llamé el sábado y el lugar estaba ocupado, lo cual era bueno, pero ¿por qué demonios el personal es tan P; eed off por qué tan miserable, si no les gusta trabajar con el público dejan que no tienen ninguna habilidad de interacción, y siento decir que algunos de ellos se ven sucios como la ropa parece que necesitan un buen lavado, algunos de los pantalones vaqueros parecían rancios. Pero como creo que el cliente que paga debería estar contento de que los miserables miembros del personal realmente se convirtieran en trabajadores.
