Six septa/octogenerians out for our 46th year of monthly dinners. Servie good, initial drinks good, poppadums good, starters good and main courses particularly good. In fact, a very good night.

So disappointed used to be my go to Indians,Drove to collect Oder got home totally messed with order, ordered chicken tikka masala and vegetable madras got home and realised they had messed up the order and gave us chicken madras and vegetalble bhuna. Easy mistake however wife is vegetarian and I have ibs so don’t do hot. Tried multiple time to call however closed at 10: 30 Dissapointed is an understatement as this used to be a quality Indians and at £25:00 to throw it in the bin. Let’s hope they read the reviews!!

We have been trying different venues for a couple of months but have returned to the New New Bengal. It is absolutely the best. Delicious food and generous servings. Will definitely be returning.

Amazing food and a great price. The food was delicious, and we're able to adapt dishes to make them vegetarian. The Pickle tray was the best set have ever had.

With me being Indian myself I was a bit on edge would the food be nice probably the best Indian takeaway I ever had in Newcastle simply the best highly recommended guys knocks the socks of off all off Gosforth and Newcastle thanks so much for amazing food

Been here few times and as always superb and as always ordered way too much so had tasty lunch today.beautifully clean..staff lovely amazing food. Pickles. Pompadoms..3 starters..3 mains..a side...2 chips...rice and 2 naan. 1 large cobra and bottle of wine for less than £90 ...fab service. Can't recommend enough.thank you

Terrible service for restaurant customers more attention was given to takeaway orders. Got charged for things we didn’t order so check your bill ,also they don’t itemise the drinks bill we were charged more then we ordered. Not good at communication there not good at speaking English staff not that happy with customers food wasn’t the best either. Waste of money !!!!

We came to New New Bengal at the start of 2023 as it looked like a nice independent business with good reviews. And we weren’t disappointed. All the staff were amazing and polite. The restaurant is clean and well decorated. But best of all the food. The poppadoms and dips were amazing. We each had a starter: samosas and chicken chaat which were both delicious. Then finally the main courses: we tried a couple of the curry’s, rice, naan and the lamb chops. All were sensational especially the lamb chops. My husband and i were warmly greeted on entering shown to our table ordered drinks and 10 mins later ordered food , friendly staff and excellent food good size portions would highly recommend to friends and family.

Went for a meal after the england match had not been here before. Restaurant was freezing and had to eat the meal with our coats on. Not a pleasent experience and a shame as the food was excellent.

This is the first time we have had a takeaway from here, I have only one word to say FABULUSSSS. My better half said it was the best curry she has ever had. We have had a lot from the Gosforth area, and this is the best well done 5stars.

We had a meal here on a quiet evening. The food was excellent as was the waiter serving us. However the guy behind the bar who greeted as we walked in, and the lady who came to take our card payment, looked like they couldn’t have cared less whether we were there or not. It won’t stop me from trying them again, because the food was really good, however if the service is the same I won’t be returning

Our first visit to this restaurant and can't believe it has taken me years to visit. What a lovely surprise - the place is great. Lovely food, safe Covid service and just a great night. We will definitely be back.

We ordered the chicken Korai. The first order tasted of charcoal so the restaurant kindly arranged to make a further dish. Sadly the second dish was identical. We were assured this was a spice in the curry and not burnt, yet the curry was filled with black pieces that tasted of char. Can safely say we will not be returning.

Todas reformadas después del incendio y de vuelta en el negocio. Es un poco como el café, pero contemporáneo. Muy ruidoso cuando está llena. La comida era adorable presentado pero no es muy justo. El plato mejor pickle ¡pero el poppadoms fuimos fresca como ellos habían ido empapadas. Langostino de vinaroz se perdieron en el plato. En £25 + una cabeza un poco caro para dos campos. El servicio era bueno y el personal muy cortés, pero más de una hora entre campos cuando hay mucha gente, pierde su chispa.

Tuvimos una muy agradable en el NNB728, el personal es muy amable y acogedor, y la comida era muy buena, bebidas y comida a un precio razonable.

it was like returning home by the welcome we received when we entered. The service, food and wine was fantastic. The menu has a good range of delicious dishes from the old favourites to the new signature dishes. We had the most marvellous night.

Fue bueno ver este restaurante en negocios con la misma gente a cargo. Como antes, la comida era muy buena y el servicio muy eficiente. Ha sido completamente renovado y es impresionante. La única crítica es que el nuevo diseño hace que sea bastante estrecho y un poco ruidoso.

He estado buscando un restaurante indio que ofrece un menú con platos interesantes y he encontrado. Hemos probado el nuevo New Bengal dos veces y en ambas ocasiones nos hemos quedado muy satisfechos con la comida. Hemos pedido desde el menú de especialidades de la casa y la comida ha sido genial, recomiendo el pollo Korai y el pollo Tikka Sagwaala. Las samosas y Pollo Cilantro son geniales. He pedido en línea para recoger y en la segunda ocasión, el restaurante estaba muy lleno y tuvimos que esperar un poco para la comida. Me dieron un bocadillo poco sabroso para hacerme ir y una botella de Cobra fue agregado a mi bolsa como me fui, con personal amable disculparse por la espera de nuevo. La comida estaba bien vale la pena el corto retraso. Este es nuestro nuevo restaurante indio favorito.

13:00h reservado para 5 para una comida de cumpleaños con amigos y familia. El restaurante estaba vacío cuando llegamos. Pedimos comida y bebidas con los aperitivos teniendo más de 40 minutos para llegar.

La decoración es un poco austera y el ambiente un poco escaso, pero la calidad de la comida, de lejos, compensaba por eso. Este lugar ha sido cerrado por un tiempo y parece que han tenido un bajo perfil reapertura, y nos t seguro de qué esperar. Mucho de lo mismo? Nos quedamos agradablemente sorprendidos; el menú tiene un buen equilibrio de platos tradicionales y contemporáneos. Nos dieron una entrante de peluche curry arroz inflado, una gran variedad de encurtidos con un muy tierna, popadoms cordero y un moderno pollo tandoori. Recomiendo totalmente el pollo. . Licitacion suculentos, gran nivel de especias, y se sirve en una tabla que era agradable. Volveremos a probar algunos platos más, y espero que el ambiente mejore como palabra se extiende. Esperamos que sigan así nueva nueva bengala!

Visitamos el viernes por la noche y estaba bien para ver el lugar con un buen ambiente. La decoración es ahora más modernizado y el sentir como entras es bastante abierto en comparación a cómo el restaurante solía ser. El personal era acogedor y amable y nos llevaron a nuestra mesa con la comida de la calle complementario esperándonos bengalí, muy bonito! Pedimos a munch y poppadoms vinieron con 6 diferentes encurtidos ñam ñam! Para nuestros platos principales pedimos un pollo rogan josh (estándar, lo sé) pero queríamos ver si era tan bueno como antes! Fue! Y un cordero baburse chop, que es un nuevo plato con sabores cítricos! ¡Guau! Absolutamente DELICIOSA deliciosa no era lo suficientemente queríamos más. Realmente me encanta este como un curry con trozos de cordero. Pedimos llevar por leyes que no pudieron hacer fue que llevaron antes de que pagamos la factura. Mi marido estaba contento con la selección de cervezas wylam un nuevo además del menú. Nos quedamos muy contentos con el servicio y la comida en general, haciendo una comida estupenda. Algunas cosas que recomiendo si la gerencia lee esto! Ja! Llegar arriba y estar abierto y luego algunos asientos suaves en la esquina al entrar en el restaurante a la derecha para llevar intenciones! Hacer feliz a todo el mundo! Estamos muy contentos de este lugar es volver ya que parece estar haciendo muy bien. La comida era de una calidad excelente y volveremos! Después de una larga espera, este restaurante ha inaugurado y está de vuelta con su gusto y especias de la cocina india. El personal es muy amable, especialmente Hassan que se tomaron el tiempo para preguntar lo que desea - fabuloso especias! Disfrutamos de la preciosa delicioso cocina india y recomiendo totalmente este restaurante a cualquiera, es un deber! Gracias y hasta pronto xx
