Domino's Pizza - Newcastle - Gosforth in Newcastle upon Tyne

Domino's tends to be very consistent across the UK, so this was about as good as it always is. Collection deals were great as always.

Stood waiting to place an order to be told "one minute" repeatedly. 4 people standing around, one persona actually making pizza. Person who was on the phone sounded like someone was not very happy with their order being late/missing Orders on the side pilling up, One driver seemed to saunter in, stand and chat and not even look. One guy went outside for a vape and came back in, blaming me and the other customers in the shop. Other 4 people could have taken my order. Wasn't ordering a football teams worth of orders, only wanted a pizza with a stuffed crust. Left after 10 mins of standing being ignored. Avoid. It's a shambles at best. Never had good service here. Only good thing is the wait area is clean enough.

My grandson ordered on line to pick up, we arrived at the takeaway at approx 6.35 I sat outside to wait and wait and wait. About 4 people went in after him and came out, drivers in and out. I eventually went to see what was the wait it was now 7.05.. 2 people making pizzas, 2 just chatting completely ignored me, eventually popped his head round I asked how much longer for his pizza to be told oh it’s been here ages. If they say him waiting could they not ask if they could help, NO too busy talking. Total disgrace, will not be returning.

Thanks to the Cheeseburger pizza option I am now a big fan. The App works really well and delivery is fast.

Always tasty pizza and chicken wings. Very friendly staff. Recently, I accidentally ordered collection at the wrong Domino's location but when I came to the Gosforth location expecting my order, they still helped me solve my problem very well!

Very quick service and the delivery driver was very friendly. From ordering to it arriving we got it in under 25 minutes at the hotel! Highly recommended.

Would not recommend ordered and took to the wrong place .when I rang they tried to make out it was my fault when the app clearly said the right address . Would not bring other food have requested refund have been told 3 to 4 working days we shall see

absolutely great dominos, never had a problem with either order or collection, food always tastes amazing especially the cookies. Has some amazing discount offers on the website for collection, would definitely advise that over ordering normally.

This Dominos is a breath or fresh air! The man who took our order on the telephone was so nice and helpful, he configured our order in the best possible way and was polite throughout. They called with a five minute delivery warning and the food arrived promptly and was piping hot, and even the driver was really polite and friendly. Amazing team work, well done south gosforth, 5 stars all round for each team member! We’ll be back!! 🍕

Worst dominos I've ever used!! 3 times they have screwed up the order and have taken over 2 and a half hours to deliver. Staff are not friendly or helpful in these scenarios, and when you complain to the company they completely ignore you. Won't be using this place ever again!!

Good tasty pizza but the buy one get one sale seems awkward to me.

Parking is a bit awkward but nevertheless cannot fault the quality of the pizza here. I would recommend this to residents over the Cowgate branch as staff there have been rude but we started going here and the atmosphere and quality of food was better.

Larger pizzas not cheap but smaller ones available for those on a budget or watching the waistline (and ideal for kids). All very tasty and certainly better than supermarket offerings - even those of up-market brands such as Pizza Express - but at prices many will consider put them firmly in the "treat" rather than "convenience" bracket. Limited off-road parking directly outside, though free spaces nearly always available in the evenings.

Ordered a deal meal paid £16.19 for a Medium Pizza, side order and drink. My side order was garlic bread that was luke warm at best and tasteless ... it had very little "topping of anything". The Pizza was a Deluxe with green chillies added (most were in the box not on the pizza. The pizza was not warm at all (despite delivery being quick - how does that work???) ... overall quality was poor. To be honest these pizzas are way over priced and the quality is poor - I won't be back

The service was pretty good. Pizza quality was fair a bit under cooked to be honest. Parking here is a nightmare as we got trapped between delivery vehicles and it was so tight.
