Staff brilliant bethany helped me I'm an wheelchair user and my powerchair nearly ran out of battery she showed me the power socket so I could charge my chair thank you so much

Perhaps for starters, they should rebrand the White Hot Chocolate to the Luke Warm Bland Milk - for an astonishing £10.20 you can purchase an overpriced crappy warm drink. The regular hot chocolate medium, costs 3.90 - just to have the white version is a whole 1.20 difference, seems a bit dodgy that’s the whites more expensive 🤨. Anyways, the taste is as if you’ve microwaved a litre of milk that’s aged for 2 weeks in the sun - then proceed to sprinkle small amounts of white chocolate powder - then because they’re so amazingly kind, 3 marshmallows that are stale and store bought, can definitely purchase them from Morrisons for 20x the amount. In summary, overpriced, shitty taste, scam of my money, I’d rather put that money in a gamble bet I know I’ll not win. Because Atleast I’ll feel like im not being railed by being forced a crappy drink down my throat that costed no where near the amount it should be. If a refund is possible, I’d jump at the chance, because I still feel violated. Thanks

Definitely no stars , waited to be served and when we moved up the queue the blond girl with a ponytail turned her back on us to have a chat. So we left. Very bad customer service

Good coffee and good service. Served by two friendly members of staff on 1st Nov, just before 10. Makes a big difference to be friendly!

The coffee is my favourite, but it's the current team that keeps us coming in. Great smiles, and consistently offering speedy professional service. Always remember what we have too. Thank you all. 🫶🫶🫶

I really love Costa coffee, prices competitive and atmosphere is very good.

Came here when it was super busy but the line went down really quickly, the woman at the till was absolutely lovely and really kind, the guy who did mine and my partners bubble tea at the cold drinks station was really quick definitely a reliable employee, loved it.

The staff are so warm & friendly, especially the manager, he was a breath of fresh air. Totally made my day. The muffins were delicious too!

The new lay out and decor are not pleasant to sit in anymore. It's more a kitchen atmosphere rather than cosy lounge as it used to be.

Closed. I have mobility issues and I walked all the way for it to be closed.

Staff amazing they call me to advise me some of the items were missing super polite arrange to swap the items for available one! The guy on the phone was so sweet asking me if i want something extra for the inconvenience! But thennn the driver arrived and he handed me a bag which clearly said 1/2 and no second bag, i asked to check his car because im 1000% sure my food was there but he refused.. maybe you need to reconsider your delivery service because im £15 out or pocket and i have a bag with

Bubble tea drinks with no bubbles.

My order was over 1 hour late. The food and drinks were not tasty as my frappe had melted and began to turn funny and smell from the heat of the coffee. The coffe was also freezing they were placed in the same bag. The courier would not listen to basic instructions and admitted to being “sat outside a shop for 20-30 minutes” in which he had my order in his bag the whole time. I am not happy with this order whatsoever

Located next to SuperDry, first floor of Eldons square. Friendly staff. Toilet maintained neatly, tissue papers available.

Food was stale and cold and this was the second time. There won't be a third.

I never got my food, have been waiting for it for 4 hours

Cappuccino tasted more like a latte with no syrup, not able to drink it, drinks spilled in transit which left cups half full
