Couldn't have a nicer meal. My husband really enjoyed his birthday meal, which yous went above and beyond for. I would leave 7 stars if I could.

Good quality food and communication.

I first ordered about 7.15 and it said delivery would be between 7.50 and 8.10 but it didn't arrive till 8.45 and the app said delivered at first. this caused a lot of stress and so I would like a full refund or at least a partial refund

Still hasn't arrived 2 hours on from ordering, now over an hour past maximum delivery time

I called the shop and they were very apologetic for the lateness as It was Friday evening and they were very busy. the food was great 👍🏼

The food was 1 hour late. The Singapore chow mein was tasteless. Salt and pepper chicken was nice. For £27 I was expecting better.

Tasty food. Pad Thai a little acidic and not many noodles. Still tasty though and just about hot enough, although 7 minutes beyond the estimated delivery window. Good size portions and not too spicy.

We ate Honey Chilli chicken, Cantonese shredded beef and crispy seaweed. Both were really saucy and tasted great. The person handing out the food was also sound too.

Nice food but the delivery was shocking took 2 hours to come on a Thursday night.

Booked a takeaway which was due to arrive at 8:05pm. I appreciate places get busy on a Friday night however we didn’t expect it to take an hour longer than advertised. Rang twice to be told ‘sorry, we didn’t update the times on the app.’ Had to ring again 30 mins later to track the food only to be told it would be a further 15 mins. Offered a complimentary main course, keep it. We won’t be back

Honey chilli vegan chicken is incredible.

chilling salt & pepper chicken was lush crispy well cooked chicken, noddles were nice unlike other restaurants who use a certain oil that I just personally can get away with. food was hot and well presented in seprate boxes as requested. great service for delivery, I will definitely eat hear again, this is my 1st meal from hear due to the one I use to use the chicken wasn't the best and cold, and other places it was the noodles cooking methods but all my meal was nice 😋 thank you

Food was late but very tasty, fresh and friendly staff.

We had several dishes from the menu, all with sides. Great recommendations from Delijah the shop manager. They also do vegan and gluten free options which was great for my son. Delivery was quicker than advertised on just eat so that was great. Also the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. We were advised to order from their website directly in future as there are considerable savings to be made. We will be making this place our regular spot for Chinese food!

Amazing food and bang on half 8 which was the earliest estimated delivery time. Was so impressed, will be eating again for sure. Haven’t had a takeaway that good in a long time.

the portions are tiny compared to everywhere else, all the meat was rock hard and inedible, the prawns tasted like a room with dampness, again inedible, the gravy was a few scoops of gravy granules added to water, (£3.75), absolutely horrible, the whole meal went in the bin, total of £20.48p, for one small meal and still had to cook

Chicken quality was poor. Cut thinly and was dry and overcooked. Very few onions, garden peas included (pet hate) I can’t understand why ‘Chinese’ would include peas or any English veg in a curry. And the sauce was average/bland. No effort put into this dish whatsoever. A ready made packet sauce, fire the wok up and lob it together. Should’ve made my own. Hugely disappointing. Won’t be ordering again.

First time here as usual Chinese had a 75 minute delivery time. Food was really lovely. The Asian greens were such a good addition! Looking forward to trying new dishes. New go-to!

Beautiful, clean Chinese food. I’ve never had a quicker delivery and it’s was so tasty. Salt and pepper chips were lovely and the curry sauce was so yummy! A little on the pricey side but will defo be back for a treat

Almost always find the food excellent. We are vegans and I really like the chilli and garlic vegan chicken. The staff are very nice.

Delivery driver was polite and the food arrived hot. The honey chilli dish isn't spicy, even after requesting it to be 'extra spicy'. In the instructions I asked for my number to be called, and to not knock on the door, which was ignored.

Such an awful experience. Probably the worst Chinese I have ever ordered. To start with the chips were hard and stale, the food arrived Luke warm. My boyfriend’s sweet and sour and my salt and pepper chicken had the toughest chicken ever the whole meal was it was inedible. I can’t believe I even paid for that. I want my money back.

Ordered the beef in black bean, crispy shredded beef, two soups and some boiled rice. Good sized portions, there was so much meat in the hot and sour soup and it tasted lovely. The other two dishes were very nice, and the rice was cooked well. We will definitely order again, as the quality was good. The price is slightly higher, but you do get a lot of food for the money, so it evens itself out over cheaper places. A £10 dish here is about £7-8 elsewhere, hardly enough to complain about like oth

Food is really nice but ordered the duck with mushroom and it was nearly all mushrooms. Would just suggest having more meat in the dishes. Other than that I really like the food quality

Honestly the best Chinese in Newcastle we get it all the time. They don’t have a bad dish everything is amazing. Generous portions, quick delivery. Plus you can call them for delivery and it’s a lot cheaper. Can’t recommend enough.

Genuinely my favourite Chinese takeaway in Gosforth. Their vegetarian/vegan offering simply cannot be matched - I don't know anywhere else that I can still enjoy a "Chicken" and Mushroom with fried rice, and to me it taste identical. Really really grateful that this place opened; I can foresee me being a regular for a long time to come. Thoroughly recommend!

Ordered this as a treat after reading the reviews. The mixed meat chilli garlic was abit questionable as it had some things in I wouldn’t associate with a Chinese, it was also overloaded with veg and no much meat at all. This tainted the rest of the meal for us where we couldn’t eat it.

Wasn't properly packaged and half of one dish has spilled everywhere and was a complete mess.

This was one of the nicest Chinese takeouts I’ve ever had. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the vegan chicken Cantonese. Beautiful food. I highly recommend

Excellent meal. Gyoza was perfectly prepared. Hot & Sour Soup was just that! Nice and spicy. Not for those that can't take the heat!!! Highly recommend.

Very expensive for the quality. I don’t mind paying for good food so I ordered special chow mein and salt n chilli spare ribs.. absolutely nothing special at all. Ribs were burnt and very dry. Chow mein the same. Very dry and not particularly tasteful. Won’t be ordering again I’m afraid . Overpriced

Food was really lovely apart from the rice seemed a little undercooked. And it did take over an hour to be delivered. I’m really fussy about Chinese food and don’t usually order a takeaway as they’ve always been rubbish. However I’d definitely order from here again, it’s my favourite😁

Great food - very tasty. I would definitely recommend ringing the takeaway directly rather than use Just Eat as they did not have a driver and so I had to collect (not takeaway's fault though). It's also much cheaper ringing direct. I recommend the chicken curry and ribs in pekking sauce! Delish.

Love this place. Genuine old skool small business trying to provide a quality product. Caring for the product and service they provide. They do it very well. Welcoming staff. Accommodating to changes and the customers needs with no fuss. Reasonable prices. Good sized portions. Fresh, high quality food cooked perfect. That's been my experience everytime I've been. 5 stars isn't enough.

The food at Wokify Express is amazing, far more authentic than most Asian takeaways in the UK. However if you order extra prawn crackers be warned they will simply refund you and you still end up with one bag, which is disappointing.

Got a take out at lunch today and it was epic! Thai green curry, chilli & salt chips and egg fried rice. Highly recommended!

Order from every week. but was really disappointed tonight with the salt a pepper chilli ribs. mostly Grissel and fat very little meat on them. ended up in the bin they were that bad

Poor spare ribs . Watery sauce and too salty even for my taste. The chicken was incinerated and quite bland I’m really disappointed, as this used to be a good takeaway. Sadly, I won’t try it again..

Stopped in twice to get dinner whilst in Newcastle for the weekend, Great vegan options, the vegan chicken was one of the best I've had and good portions. Friendly & helpful staff.
