The food is pretty good and the atmosphere for a Friday night was relaxed and good to make it possible to have a conversation. The service although not bad was a bit slow and at times I thought someone could have checked on us, also was given the wrong bill when it wasn't that busy. Still I think it's a good place to go if you want to eat and hold a conversation without a lot of noise that CW normally has.
Super recommended! You all should try this amazing place: food is do delicious!! Thank you Vicky for taking care of us and for the great service ! We will definitely be back soon

Don’t stay here it’s a dive and the staff don’t care about you the rooms are awful and no one is willing to hear you out or help you stay clear even if it’s cheap we had no hot water!!!!
15 years ago I would've travelled far and wide to enjoy 1 of their salt beef on black rye sandwiches. Today is a far cry from those glory years. Gone is the focus on quality and delicious food. Welcome the age of cost cutting. Over the last so many years they have slowly but surely started cutting corners wherever they can. First it was the discontinuation of bread choices. Now it's a simple white or brown and a noticeable reduction in the size of the slices. But worst of all, going from a sandwich loaded with salt beef and a whole pickle on the side to what I had today, what can only be described as a sad excuse for a sandwich. A pitiful amount of salt beef and a few slithers of pickle. In fact, the layer of mustard spread onto the bread was thicker than
the meat filling. It was completely inedible, and I had to throw half of it out. All that for £10. What a joke. Avoid at all cost!! This place used to be great but they are now nothing more than a rip off. Go to Pret, go to Waitrose, go absolutely anywhere and you will get better value for money and tastier sandwich.
Comida increíble y un servicio fabuloso. Me atendió Jesna que era super atento y se aseguró de que todo estaba en el lugar.
Comer en la sucursal de Wigmore Street siempre es un placer.
Ordered wrap it was horrible, no salas or sauce, bland, greasy and tasteless. Theres a minimum of £15 (which is just ridiculous). Staff kept asking if we are finished when we only starting eating. Avoid this place!!
amazing service.all the staff were very nice in loved and made sure we were satisfied and taken care of the entire night.since we came for a birthday event , the staff were very involved and made sure everything went smoothly.the food was amazing and overall experience was fantastic
Visited this place on Saturday night and they were letting in groups of six not from same family’s. Groups of friends. The ladies toilet was disgusting sick in the sinks that had not been cleaned up so you couldn’t wash your hands as many people as you could get in the toilet. Management need to check on this establishment.
Service was OK but food not good, Chicken Ceasar salad very soggy, overwhelmed by too much and very thin acidic dressing , which resulted in very limp and squishy lettuce. Chicken stodgy with breadcrumbs, just not very nice. Felt quite uncomfortable after eating. One restaurant to avoid for me.
The staff aren’t very nice at all. They aren’t helpful and they don’t are about kids. Avoid - there are better options around and the food isn’t that great either.
