On the 27th of October at 18.40, I stood at the counter and waited to be served. There were two staff members who looked like they were busy, so I waited. After about 5 minutes, I made eye contact with the man and he did not acknowledge me or even explain why there was a delay. I left afterwards and went to Starbucks where the service was by far better. This was the Black Sheep Coffee at Jubilee Place Canary Wharf.

The staff at the black sheep coffee Canary branch are absolute lifesavers!! I was having THE WORST day, it was 4:50pm (10minutes before their closing) and I was desperately in need of a coffee fix after the day I’d had. Despite closing up, the staff didn’t turn me away, they welcomed me in, stopped the cleaning cycle of the machine and made me a much needed coffee. To top it off, they gave me a free chocolate croissant to cheer me up (I must have looked as bad as I felt) and I was forever grateful for their kindness I love the coffee anyway but this is by far my favourite branch!

I’ve visited this place to try their coffee and tumeric latte. They have really good coffee, and their tumeric latte was perfect! it’s a bit gingery but perfect 👌🏻

Used to be best coffee shop in Canary Wharf and been coming since it opened Now the staff are rude, and they seem to prioritise online orders. Waited 15 minutes this morning with 2 people on front of me in the queue while they filled their takeaway orders (not for the first time) When coffee arrived it was really awful and threw it away once o got to h HR r Ed office I have never left a review on any establishment before in my life but this deserves it

I went there around 9 am in the morning on a Tuesday, it was quite busy so I wouldn’t blame them but what really annoyed me was the blond lady served at least 10 customers who were after me and this made me wait at least 20 minutes for my iced oat latte. She forgot my order and almost given me dairy milk instead and I know this because she said that my drink was given to a customer which was only iced latte, and I am lactose intolerant. she had obviously forgot my order even tho there was an ipad to keep track with orders. Very disorganised place, such a shame because the coffee was good. I am so upset with this because normally I would wait 5 minutes for my order but I waited for such an abnormal amount of time for a simple coffee.

Super friendly and quick service and very tasty bagel made to order - and excellent coffee of course.
