Advertised rates are not what you pay if you want to sit down - the salad in my sandwich was limp, the customer service was interesting - I asked for a receipt and got told ‘you should ask for one as soon as I open the till not later’ - it was as he shut the till. Then the coffee arrived and I wasn’t warm and the barrister did not like making another one - for this price I wouldn’t bother

Been twice in 2 weeks with family and made considerable orders both times. Last week, asked if they would sell me babaganoush separately (they had a full tub and it was late afternoon), the guy serving refused, saying that it only available with a particular dish (even though i bought a lot). This week, my wife went and bought falafels (a lot) to bring home, she asked to buy a container to bring them home in, he asked for £8 for a plastic container (ie the cost of a meal), even though she spent more than £8 on her purchase. Good food, zero logic and zero common sense in approach.

Although busy, I was served quickly and courteously. A tray was offered and my coffee was prepared at once. My table was clean and I enjoyed my lunch. I noticed that shelves were being continually restocked from the kitchen. I couldn't see any toilets, so I gave 4 stars.

I've just had a large cod and large chips. That is definitely a 10/10 as its hard to find a descent chippy in London. I would recommend everytime

Este día fui a la tienda a comprar alas frescas para £5. Pero todo lo que me dieron fue algo podrido anticuado de pollo. Probablemente desde la última noche algunas sobras que pollo no necesitamos y nos dio a nosotros. Llamé a la tienda y me dijeron que son muy concurridos. Fui a la tienda y no veía a nadie por allí, así que prácticamente mintieron. Yo no recomendaría a nadie ir en esta tienda para comprar alas y ten cuidado de cómo le dan las alas porque podría ser anticuado.

Questa situazione si è verificata ormai cinque volte e sembra quasi che lo faccia apposta. Mi dispiace dover scrivere questa recensione negativa perché il resto del personale è sempre stato gentile e professionale, e il cibo è di buona qualità. Spero che la gestione prenda provvedimenti per migliorare il comportamento di Nikol, in modo da poter tornare a godere delle nostre visite senza problemi. Ricorda che è importante essere specifici e chiari, ma anche rispettosi.
