Been twice in 2 weeks with family and made considerable orders both times. Last week, asked if they would sell me babaganoush separately (they had a full tub and it was late afternoon), the guy serving refused, saying that it only available with a particular dish (even though i bought a lot). This week, my wife went and bought falafels (a lot) to bring home, she asked to buy a container to bring them home in, he asked for £8 for a plastic container (ie the cost of a meal), even though she spent more than £8 on her purchase. Good food, zero logic and zero common sense in approach.

Busy place at lunch on a weekday, due to all of the offices in the Canary Wharf area. They quickly made our falafel wraps to our direction and we paid. Falafels were large and crisp, with the usual array of fillings. Good and filling for about 8 BPD. We took them to a nearby park area to eat.

Really bad. Customer service awful. Don't fix mistakes. Don't go. You'll be left unsatisfied. Very unimpressed and unhappy

You get a lot of food but the taste just isn't all that. I don't know if it's the sauce they put on the wrap / pitta but it ruined it for me.

Best falafel wrap I've had. Falafel was so crispy and warm and safe in the middle. I added aubergine and guacamole which added a lot to the flavour. Very filling also.

Tried to overcharge me three times. Be careful. Service was swift. Salad was too watery making the wrap very soggy. At the till they tried to overcharge me. I challenged them. They calculated it again. I challenged the total cost again. They calculated again. For a third time I pointed out that they had overcharged me. They got it right on the fourth attempt. It was a falafel wrap and a can of Coke. Not the most complex order. Was it an attempt to overcharge or a genuine mistake … three times? Don’t know. It soured my visit and impacted my trust if the people working here. If you do go here double check what they charge you.

Worst Falafels I've ever had! No flavours. Even worse, I said to the guy 'NO SAUCE' and he said to me 'It's better with the sauce' ignoring my comment and added a huge spoon of white sauce... While waiting for my falafel, I heard the two guys complaining about some Deliveroo customers. How unprofessional to do that in front of your customers... It was the first time I tried this Falafel place. Don't recommend. Waste of money. AVOID!

Ordered the Falafel which came with a variety of perfectly-dressed salad. Extremely tasty for my INDIAN taste-buds as I had requested for loads of extra chilli sauce. There is no sitting area so had my lunch @ one of the benches on the bank of the Thames under the nearby LONDON BRIDGE.

This place does AMAZING falafel salads. Grab one and take it to eat in the park or by the river. Ask for spicy if you want a kick to it.

Really tasty falafel salads. In summer it's particularly nice to grab one and head to the crossrail garden.

Eat from Garbanzos every week when working from Fleet Street. The salads are huge, varied, very fresh and the topping is plentiful. Around 3 breaded escalopes or multiple falafel. The salad is a mix of spice (spicy carrot and jalapeño) and plain (cucumber, cabbage etc.) with a huge dollop of hummus on the bottom. Option to add extras such as avocado and feta too. You also have the option of having this in a pitta instead, of even a salad with warm pitta on the side. Food comes well packaged making it easy to carry back to the office.

Easily the best grab and go lunch in Canary Wharf. The falafel salads are huge, delicious and the chili sauce is really good (genuinely spicy).

This little take-away packs a punch in flavour, offering delicious falafels in freshly prepared salad bowls or a pita bread wrap. I’ve always gone for the salad bowl, which serves up a tasty selection of freshly sliced cabbage, carrots and lettuce and a creamy hummus, prepared to your own requirements. The falafels are hot and fresh, served on top of the salad with a free option of spicy sauce. Be warned – it is very hot (but very tasty). I also opt for the extra cubes of feta cheese, which complements the falafels with a tasty, tangy trimming.

Absolutely fantastic all vegetarian Lebanese place at Reuters Plaza. I just love their falafel, pita bread with hummus and salad. The food is fresh, hot and served quick. To my knowledge there are very few places to grab a wholesome, filling and reasonably priced meal in all of Canary Wharf. Where else would you get a falafel for £2.50 or salad and falafel for £5.70? Go once and I guarantee you will take your custom there more than once.

¡Realmente me gusta el sabor del kebab y realmente me encanta en comparación con otro restaurante de kebab en Londres, este parece ser el mejor que he tenido hasta ahora! Muy barato en comparación con otros lugares en Londres

Advertised rates are not what you pay if you want to sit down - the salad in my sandwich was limp, the customer service was interesting - I asked for a receipt and got told ‘you should ask for one as soon as I open the till not later’ - it was as he shut the till. Then the coffee arrived and I wasn’t warm and the barrister did not like making another one - for this price I wouldn’t bother
