Pret a Manger in Tower Hamlets

Love that people who work there are always smiling 😊 and food is fine too

says open but it’s closed on Sunday afternoon

I liked the food and the coffee but it t was strange for me to find out that they charge more if you want to eat or drink what you order inside the store ...

Never enough staff and poor queueing system so queue is always out the door.

Why can’t they fix the opening times? I’ve submitted the right ones several times, it’s clear from photos submitted that others have tried too. Why still report this as open at weekend when it clearly isn’t?

Tiny Pret (not at Westferry circus. It's the one near Waitrose, below street level, between the Boots and the large HSBC branch). No seating. Clean and friendly, patient service when I rang to find them and when I was there today.

Completely wrong address, it's using three branches in one address.. E14 5NN is 20 canada square, unit 10 is in canada place E14 5AH and westferry circus is E14 4HD.. No wonder they have issue's with deliveries.

Listen, its Pret...menu is the same, you are going to get what you can buy at other Prets across London. It is small but this is a business area so only a few seats and service is quick.

Red Thai veg soup - No flavour at all, may as well have been red coloured water. Disappointed.

Great shop, and excellent service. The staff are so attentive and will happily spend time for a quick chit chat, really faultless customer service. The food is as expected from a pret, it doesn't have the widest selection as it is quite a small shop.

Staff spat in my coffee I visited around 340pm on Thursday 3rd November 2022. There were around 7 customers ahead of me. After I've ordered and whiles waiting for my strong oat latte. Another group of customers behind me ordered and already had their drinks. Naturally I felt annoyed, so I pointed out to the cashier that I'm still waiting for my coffee. He apologised and asked me what I ordered. So I told him, and he told the male barista my drink order. He turned round and looked at me, and he said something to the female barista that was next to him. She turned round and looked at me. Now I started to have a feeling that they will probably do something to my drink. So I went outside of the shop and looked inside through the glass where they were making my coffee. To my horror, I saw the female barista took my cup which was a reusable one, to her lips for a few seconds and spat in my cup. She poured the milk in, and turned round and gaved it to me. We both looked at each other, and I didn't know if I should confront her, as there were other customers in the shop. So I just kept quite and poured my coffee straight in the bin outside. Knowing that I can't get another coffee within 30 minutes becuase of the subscription rules, I ended up getting another one at a different branch just to avoid the staffs there at a later time.

Annoyingly few vegan options these days....

Customer service excellent, however if you buy any hot sandwiches in the morning they are full of chemicals- cleaning products, specially sausages eggs and bacon taste like washing up liquid. I had to throw it out 2 times this week.

For 4 people the food was amazing, fresh coffee and amazing customer service

No smoothies. None of them in canary what’d have them

Big croissant fan and I was astonished by how tasty pret’s croissant was it left me to make a review.

Fast service, staff is kind and efficient.

I used to buy at pret a manger. Last week, I asked for a hot chocolate. The person who served me, was very rude. She did not talk to me at all. I tried the hot chocolate and it was only milk. I went to the shop and told her that it did not taste well. She was rude again. She gave me another one and the taste was exactly the same. She did not apologise and she did not talk to me. Her name is Sol. I won't buy at Pret a Manger anymore. They are unprofessional and rude.
