We flew in to London from Barcelona late on a Sunday night. We were desperately trying to find a place to have a cocktail and a bite to eat. We walked to three different pubs near our hotel and they all turned us away. We were about to give up when we saw the lights twinkling in front of Giovanni on Yeomans Road. Throwing caution to the wind we went in. We were welcomed with open arms, even though the restaurant was obviously winding up for the evening. We had great martinis, appetizers, and a wonderful time. The crab salad, carpaccio and the soup were off the hook. Definitely try the orange crème brûlée, very subtle orange flavor. Our waiter Andres made it a special night.
Christina and John are always friendly and helpful. It's always great to come and enjoy the time with colleagues. It's great to see them always welcoming us warmly and friendly. It's great to see them around, making the evening great.
Booked a table for 6 people on OpenTable, inc. for 10pm on Tuesday 21st Nov. Turned up with my party only to be confronted with a closed restaurant and no immediate explanation.

Unfortunately, the table service doesn't match the rest of the restaurant. It ruined my evening, as the young, short lady with extensions seemed to be in a bad mood and not interested in her job. The service doesn't match the price. I won't be going back. ☹️
Absolutamente deshonesto.
[review according to Italian tastes] One of the largest bars. From the entrance, narrow and long, you can see little but at the back there is a large, elegantly furnished area where you can drink and relax. The food is as good as the coffee (well made, even without sugar). The staff is quick, although decidedly unsmiling. I recommend it, among all the similar places near Earl's Court station
Popped in for a quick bit of lunch myself only, waited forever, most expensive fryup I've ever had £36 and caught food poisoning, been in bed for 2 days. Avoid.

I came in to get the family weekly treat.
Four scones, cream and jam with four hot drinks. Served by a new female member, who was fine but after I left the tray of food on the table. I saw we were missing one cream. I turned back to ask for more and a male worker loudly and rudely told me to go to the back of the line. I said no I haven’t finished being served. He said no I am serving going to serve someone else first. I left sat back on the table with my family who were shocked. Then called up to pay 60p for the cream he then prepared. I don’t mind paying for their mistake in missing the cream but to shouted at in a pack store is unacceptable especially in-front of my children. Nobody wore a name badge sadly. Today at 09:30.
