Best staff ever. Miss you guys.

Two clerks helped me when the tramp recklessly pushed the door in and harassed me. They told me don't worry. My English is not very good，and I am very grateful, which makes me feel warm.

Never experienced being shouted at by a grown man /employee named Mattel (blonde tall man) at this store. I have been going to Caffè Nero for over 10 years, and won’t be going back after how I was treated by this staff member. I was on the phone and never heard Mattel ask me what drink I would like, when I then realised I said oops sorry I never heard you can I get a hot chocolate? He turned around and looked at me and ignored me going to the customer behind me, I said excuse me I’m trying to order he said I’m ignoring you like you did to me - what a childish behaviour when mine was by accident. I said to him excuse me no that is not acceptable to treat customers this way, he then came close to the till pointing at me shouting raising his hands saying he’s now going to turn his camera on because I’m being aggressive. The funny thing is he doesn’t realise I have the whole interaction recorded and he’d be ashamed to watch it back. I spoke to the female employee next to him she’s asking him to calm down and apologised to me and I said I’d like to make a complaint as it’s unacceptable for him to talk to people like that, and he said I wanted to cause a problem he doesn’t care. He then continued to reinforce himself shouting and I advised him I wasn’t talking to him but the other staff member as I’d like to make a complaint so he can receive some more training to which he laughed at. I had to ask four times to be told this staff member the males name as they were clearly afraid for him to deal with the repercussions of his awful behaviour and she didn’t want to get him in trouble (I understand why with a temper like his that easily flares up must be hard to work). Other customers outside the door actually asked me if I was okay, and Said I absolutely need to make a complaint and face me their numbers if needed for the report. Didn’t even get an apology from Mattel for being so rude - as someone whose worked at service jobs in my early days I couldn’t imagine speaking to someone like that full stop. Caffè Nero I’d like to know how you’ll be training this staff member moving forward - and if you’d like to watch the recording please contact me. Thanks

Friendly service but coffee was Luke warm and weaker this time

Wow! completely avoid this place, crazy male barista who acts like he's high can't make simple orders and mixed up two frappe's one oat and one regular. Incredibly rude and angry with a bad attitude when he got the order wrong. Completely killed the vibe and wasted my money it's not worth it guys avoid, completely avoid.

We popped in for coffee. I used the toilet and it was absolutely disgusting! Filthy, no toilet paper, no hand soap and rubbish all over the floor. It was very quiet so, I don’t understand why the staff hadn’t seen it or dealt with it? The toilet actually need to be totally refurbished but keeping places clean and hygienic is a basic standard for any establishment, more so for such a big company charging expensive rates. It’s shameful really. I never complain but this place is rancid!

4,25 for a coconut flat white.. and that's even not the best in the neighbourhood

Always been a good place but trialling cameras worn on the baristas like a go pro? What are you thinking? Please do not trial audio and video cameras on me. I do not appreciate that. You already have several cameras across the cafe, I don't need one in my face too.

Our hotel was two blocks away, and all our mornings started with a coffee from here. The coffee is good and the staff was great!

Service is sometimes very slow but it's good coffee for a chain.

I visited this brunch early morning today. I’ve been served by a young lady called SeeHam. She’s been polite, well presented and soft spoken one. She patiently listen to me then served me with a coffee I did ask her for. She delivered a brilliant customer service in a very professional manner. Over all her smiley face made my day. I’ll def be back. Thanks cafe Nero for having her in our brunch.

Its lovely but this caffe nero has ac switched on and its freezing, made me sick too. I hope they can just turn it off so we enjoy a cozy atmosphere. Not healthy for ac to beat down constantly. Had to go starbucks because of this and i dont even like starbuck.

Sweet café with really delicious cakes and comfortable seating. The toilet wasn't that clean and there was only one toilet.

Great place to hang out or have a meeting. Right on the high street. Easy to access. The coffee and hot chocolate are really good. They also have free wifi.

The staff are incredible when taking orders and making the coffees. The vibe is so cosy and warm, perfect for a winter day. My only issue is that people bring in their dogs. Other than that AMAZING! The coffee is better than the food! The apricot Danish wasn’t great! But five star for the coffee!!

Caffe Nero claims to have brought the Italian coffee tradition to the rest of the world. With their own blender, they dare to try different mixtures but with their own roasting. The result is a full-bodied, tasty and fantastic coffee. Today I'm testing their winter mix.

Reception leaving something to be desired, forgot the ingredients of the recipe and asked us to come and rectify it while 4 employees discussed at the counter... The porridge was good in the end though.

It is hard to get excited over a Café Nero place. On the other hand the service was good, the coffee was good and except for the annoying music, I have nothing bad to say.

Dear Sir or Madam I went to cafe Nero at Earlscourt road around 5pm as usual with my friend I asked for a cafe and cake the Indian guy who was serving us he was very very very rude to us I didn’t expect him to treat us like that as a regular customer for the last 10 years

Cuisine : bof, faites attention j’ai demandé un hot chocolate with skimmed milk Et à la place j’ai eu du lait de soja (disgusting) et en plus la boisson pas à la bonne taille BREF ! Service : un peu lent Ambiance : café cosy on s’y sent bien.

Absolutely wonderful place to stop on a rainy day! Met a very lovely lady whose daughter works in the caffe.. such a small lovely world! I loved it!

I popped in to get Millionaires hot chocolate that was nicely advertised on the front door. They billed the full price and told me that they don't have any cream at the moment only after I opened a lid and asked. I would not take this drink if I knew about it beforehand.

Always a nice coffee try the festive latte very nice AND Wait for it .......the usual friendly neighbourly come in off the streets and have my own whisky. Only one person is trying to work the entire place. Extra special place for over working the workers.

Very odd service, the server saw us walk in and stand at the counter and then proceeded to ignore us. Eventually, she asked us for our order, but turned her back on us before we had finished placing it. The drinks were not particularly hot and I had to ask for serviettes as we weren't given any with our pastries. Not somewhere I would visit again

Weird service. I order an americano to a girl, the other one after preparing it says "you've already paid right", to which i answered no because the other girl still hadn't said to do that. They starting kind of arguing while they were looking like they were teasing me. It was pretty uncomfortable. Coffee was alright I guess.

Waited till 6.10 for it to open (opens 6am). Then waited till 6.35 for hot croissants and then told oven not working. Perhaps staff get into work on time

Two members of staff were having a political conversation with a customer ahead of me. They were so busy talking to each other that the server forgot to take my payment so I reminded them. The seating area at the back is pretty good but it feels like it needs a good clean. The toilets say that they keep the door locked to ensure it is kept clean but there was no toilet tissue, the soap dispenser bag was sitting on the sink, the baby changing tray was down with a blue paper towel roll sitting on it which was wet in the center and there were bits of tissue everywhere. The floor was also not very clean. Not great but the coffee was good.

La nostra tappa fissa ogni mattina; un locale dall'atmosfera idilliaca, accogliente e molto pulito; la colazione è eccezionale, l'almond croissant non ha rivali, ma anche il chocolate muffin e la ciambella al cioccolato; cappuccino ed hot chocolate più buoni che abbia mai assaggiato. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Horrible service. Came in for lunch with a friend today, one of the ladies at the counter ( has glasses looks Indian) couldn't care less for customers. Wouldn't acknowledge our presence at the counter until almost a minute passed, and we couldn't tell the difference when she was talking to herself or talking to us. And her tone was rude. Obviously hates her job. There was no TP or soap in the bathroom either. Won't be coming back.

Caffetteria tranquilla e accogliente, buoni prodotti e eccellente caffè rispetto a ciò che si potrebbe trovare altrove nella bella Londra. La sede vicino Earl's Court ci ha ospitati ogni mattina ed è stato un ottimo modo per iniziare le nostre giornate londinesi. Watch out for thieves! Came in for a coffee on a Sunday afternoon and saw two guys hanging around eyeing people's possessions. In an hour I was there a watch and a phone had been stolen from other customers. Thankfully, my old tablet has a cracked screen (haha!), so the wannabee thieves left me alone.

Stopped by for a coffee and a piece of cake as a treat. It's nice to have the choice of making my flat white stronger or smoother. And it worked wonderfully with oat milk.

Slow service on a Saturday morning with several orders ahead of me in the queue being made incorrectly.

The staff steals electronic devices - and is not to be trusted. I inadvertently left my laptop behind & it was stolen with a lower quality one replacing it. I’ve been present when mobile phones have been stolen too. Beware.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received here, the staff are so rude an incompetent it really is appalling. I visited here with my child and the behaviour towards me was unacceptable. The staff member repeatedly said ‘we are running out of cream) I purchased 1 drink to sit in and later one to go. She made the two drinks wrong and when I stated I paid extra for coffee and alternative milk you should have seen the anger and attitude from the lady barista omg!! Then decided to fill half my glass full of ice as she had to redo it absolutely disgraceful. You need to have your staff retrained this is unacceptable service and I would avoid this place at all costs!! There are many more coffee shops in the area…

Almost good as Rome espresso, but double priced

Good food, great coffee... They make the best iced cappuccino. Rich and creamy foam topping. It's quite different from what I get in the States. Friendly service.

Conveniently situated on the High Street. Good choice of hot and cold drinks, cakes and sandwiches. Ideal for a quick brew or light lunch.

I always go to this Nero to grab some breakfast before heading to work and I didn't have any problem until this morning! I order a ham mozzarella panini and an iced flat white with caramel syrup. So the guy who was helping me took his time to post the things I ordered so I could pay, he was staring at the screen for so long so I guess he was new, so I informed him that I was a bit in a rush and he didn't even hear, he had to ask me twice. When I told him for the 3rd time, the lady who was working with him jumped into the conversation without any manners and shouting, told me to wait because he's a trainee and I told her that I was only informing him in a good way. I understand that the guy is a trainee but she doesn't have to speak like that specially with the customers. Anyway, the guy asked the lady to make the iced flat white with caramel syrup and I could see that the lady was rushing to make it, meanwhile, the guy just realised that the panini needs to be heated, so he put it in the oven but he forgot to press the start, when he realised, he looked at me and he started laughing. The lady finished doing my coffee and I saw her putting vanilla syrup on it, then she realised it was caramel and asked me which syrup it was and I told her it was caramel. Because I was in a rush I didn't ask her to change it. She didn't even say sorry if that was okay for me. A 5 mins order turned into a 15 mins.

Not the Italian one, but not too bad

One of the staff members raised her voice at me after accusing my daughter of saying the wrong order after she paid extra for pistachio and then proceeded to get my other daughters order wrong right infront of me further proving my point and then denied it right infront of me. She's beyond rude raising her voice especially since she was in the wrong and her colleague mindlessly defending her whilst being in the back having no clue what either of us were talking about and having no prior knowledge of the situation. Steer far from from this place for the love of God.

Posh Lunchables! Using my Three weekly offer, and added this time posh cheese meat and crackers. Lovely staff, good snack and love the atmosphere. I do a lot of my local meets up here , feels homely and bustly.

Tutto di buon livello, a parte il caffè che é particolarmente amaro e poco adatto al gusto di italiani. A Londra esiste una catena in franchising in tutta la città.

One to avoid. Sadly when we visited (about 12.30 on Jan 1st) the store seemed very understaffed and completely overwhelmed with the number of customers they had. Only 2 people working and the queue was out the door (and very slow to move). Food options were very limited (most pastries and cakes were completely sold out) and some drink options were also unavailable, staff were clearly stressed and struggling to cope (and subsequently not the friendliest and got very flustered by relatively small simple orders - the poor people in front of me had to explain 4 times that they wanted a caramel frappe and a caramel latte and in the end broke it down to "one hot, one cold, both caramel" in order for it to be understood, while i wanted an Americano and a flat white and was snapped at and told to only order one coffee at a time as she couldn't do 2 at once!) and the cafe looked like a bombsite, it was truly disgusting. Literally every surface had dirty plates, cups and rubbish to the extent that when I ordered, I was told they actually didn't have any plates left to serve our food on (we were offered a paper bag) and had also run out of clean spoons. The bin staff were using behind the counter was overflowing onto the floor. Flat white was awful and pretty much cold but it wasn't worth the effort to get it changed. 2 coffees and 2 mediocre toasties (only toasted on the top, the bottom was still soft bread) almost £15! Not my usual experience of Nero but today they were trying to do too much with too little and sadly failed on all fronts

Buen sitio para desayunar por la zona de Earls Court. El mayor problema son las colas que se forman para pedir, aunque suele haber mesa donde sentarte ya que la mayoría de la gente pide café para llevar.

We initially planned to go to an independent cafe but the venue was packed so we tried this cafe Nero next to the station instead. It was a quiet cafe compare to the bustling of Earl’s Court. It was easy to find a place to sit and we didn’t feel rush at all. I had peppermint tea and my friend got a cappuccino with pain au chocolat. Everything was at a satisfactory level. 👍

Quando vai a sederti per mangiare un boccone (tutti i panini o focacce sono incartati, ma freschi) hai voglia di accompagnarli con una birra locale, ma non la servono. Non ho capito perché, ma è così. Carina la saletta in fondo al locale che mette a disposizione il Wifi per chi ne ha bisogno.

Strategic location with a good layout inside but this one store seems to be forgotten by the company! The service is going from bad to worst, no experience staff and no training and always stretch out on weekend. Also the sofa served it’s time- have mercy and put it out if it’s misery

Service was a bit slow, and the coffee was not the best they have.

Busy, small branch of Caffe Nero right next to Earl's Court Tube station. Just popped in for a sandwich and cold drink for the both of us. As busy as a good coffee shop should be really! They were having a bit of a job getting tables cleared but caught up just before we left. We enjoyed a sit down and something to eat. A bit of chill out time on a busy day.

Worst Nero branch ever. Place is small and narrow. Toilet door looks like it’s locked with a key and everyone are pushing it.
