Good Food, Ambience is very nice and the staff is polite and humble.

Come here if you want to see all your middle eastern friends and family from back home! Great food but it’s not my kind of place as I come to London to ESCAPE the Middle East not to find it here lol

El lugar es elegante y acogedor. El servicio estuvo bien. La comida no es fresca en absoluto, era muy aceitosa y los hígados de pollo sonrientes. Mi recomendación para tomar una taza de café o té allí, pero no un plato principal.

Cené aquí el sábado con mi esposo para almorzar. Resultó que solo había un plato de plato principal en el menú que podía tener y generó bastante alarma por parte del personal cuando anuncié que no tenía gluten y pregunté qué platos podía tomar. Al final tuve que comer lubina, que en realidad no era lo que quería y particularmente porque estaba muy cocida y solo venía con un poco de arroz seco y media docena de tomates cherry. Esperaba más por el precio bastante elevado de 28. Los entrantes de mezze eran encantadores, pero caros. En general, fue un almuerzo agradable en un lugar encantador. Creo que tuvimos suerte de que no estuviera demasiado ocupado cuando visitamos, por lo que el ambiente era relajado y muy agradable. El personal fue amable e hizo todo lo posible para ayudar con el dilema sin gluten, aunque tuve la fuerte impresión de que no es un requisito dietético, se molestan demasiado. Además, tenga en cuenta que hay una gama muy limitada de alcohol disponible en caso de que desee recibir una extensa lista de vinos. Solo hay un vino tinto y uno blanco y cerveza y nada más.

Fantastic atmosphere. Service is exceptional. I would highly recommend this restaurant in Harrods.

هذا المطعم لبناني وموقعه جميل في الدور الرابع من سوق التسوق الكبير مول هارولد ، اكل جميل وخدمة ممتازة وأجمل مكان تنسى همومك حيث ان زوجتك تصرف فلوسك في الدور الرابع دور شركات الأزياء النسائية وأوصي بشاي الكرك العالمي . This place I recommend it to you it’s in fourth floor in Harrods. This Flour the most expensive store. Where your wife will spend your money for this trays to forget that by visiting this Lebanese restaurant you will enjoy the food and I recommend for you THE CARAK) it’s Indiana tea.

It’s alright, not really fascinated after knowing how crowded. Creme brûlée was not nice at all as the top layer was not crispy and was moisty sugarry..

Have been coming to the Mezzah lounge for years for the best chappati and Karak tea . Went yesterday and told it was off the menu . Very Disappointed as this was so popular. Can anyone tell me why it was taken off the menu .

The Mezzah Lounge at Harrods in Knightsbridge is a Lebanese restaurant for dummies. Why? Because only a dummy would stand in queue to order Karak Chai for £5 and Cheese Parathas for £4 – each! Super overpriced! It’s definitely the place to go if you are from the Middle East and miss home. I think we (and an Indian couple) were the only non-Arabs there. Service is…ha ha ha, gotcha! there isn’t any. Don’t waste your time – consider other options.

On my last night in London, I decided to have dinner at Harrods. I felt it was a splurge since I was a solo traveler and I wasn't disappointed. I decided to get the Hummus Shawarma with roasted chicken which also came with fresh pita bread and a glass of house red wine. I have to say that was some amazing food and some of the best hummus I have ever had. As a person who has had gastric surgery, this appetizer was more than enough for me. My main server plus those handling tables around me were always courteous and asked me many times how things were. The atmosphere was high end (in my opinion) but relaxed. My table felt like I was sitting on a sofa and was in the center of everything. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes for a seat which I expected worse. I can honestly say I would come back here for lunch or dinner on my next trip to London as it was quality food.

Did not want to go to this place as it is an over priced tourist trap. However after thinking about it that we should try is place. Which is true the drinks and juice are crazy prices. It looked very very busy crowded and noisy. Some Seating looks very nice, but then depends what table you get some just look plain and like a school dinner table. The good thing about this dinner was the service. The server was very nice polite and knowledgable. Getting to bad paying in the end took a while but other than that the staff and service was pleasant. The bad was the food, and the tasteless!! We were told the food is freshly made, however our mixed grill was not piping hot like it should be and the quality of the meat was very bad, tasted very rubbery !awful food and drink. Looked at the dessert menue and nothing looked wow. I paid 4 times the price I would pay at a decent Lebanese or Turkish restaurant in London with good food!! I won’t be returning or recommending for sure, as I am very conscious about the food that I eat.

Very authentic middle-easten food, week presented and delicious. As you would expect, the staff are very knowledgeable and polite. No bookings so you have to pick your time but its worth the wait.

I thought this was Harrod's Mezzah Restaurant, but the title does not matter. Was there for lunch after discovering that Rotisserie Harrod's was closed (but not apparently noted on their web site). The food was superb, had a great grilled chicken entree. We had hummus and tabouli for the table, with bread, that was superb. Check this place out, it's an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of it all. Very relaxing, incredible food.

Mooi restaurant Oosters in Harrods. Toffe bediening van aanduiden van zitplaatsen tot het verlaten van de zaak. De Chicken Biryani is super en een echte aanrader. Vreemd hoe je zo rustig kan eten in zo een druk shoppingcenter... Ervaring !

It’s my go to place, every time I’m in Harrods I pick up my cigars from James j. Fox where they know me by my name, I come here to smoke my cigars, when I don’t want to have a drink and just smoke my cigar ‘not once have they told me I can’t’. The food is a treat, the desserts are to die for, the tea, cocktails and then the service is what brings me back here again and again.

¡No estoy seguro si mi experiencia esta tarde es normal! Pero esperamos un rato para tomar una copa mientras el personal se entretenía buscando ocupados pero en realidad no sirve a nadie. Finalmente conseguimos nuestras bebidas y pensamos que deberíamos pedir comida, ya que podríamos andar por ahí un rato. Nos trajeron la comida equivocada a nuestra mesa, no teníamos cubiertos ni platos. Mirando alrededor buscando alguna ayuda, todos hacían que pareciera que estaban ocupados. Decidí levantarme de mi mesa y preguntar a alguien y decirles que teníamos la comida equivocada. No estoy seguro de que volvería! Muy decepcionado

Il locale è situato dentro Harrod’s.

ハロッズの4Fに位置します。場所は、奥なので分かりづらいですが、観光客が比較的少ないレストランです。客層もイスラムの方や中東系の方々がほとんどです。メニューも中東料理が中心です。その点、日本人に観光客には入りづらいかも。値段もハロッズ価格となっており、敷居が高いです。テラスもあり、そこではタバコを吸ってる人を見かけました。テラスは気持ち良さそう。レストランの雰囲気も良く、ハロッズの格式を味わえるようなレストランです。味は、正直よくわかりません。笑 ただ、スタッフのサービスは良かったです。ハロッズの思い出づくりとしてはいいかも。^_^

Un po' scettici all'inizio (d'altronde eravamo da Harrods), poi però abbiamo abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene: piatti medio orientali, locale molto ampio e bella terrazza con vista panoramica. Prezzi in linea con la location.

We came here for lunch, while browsing Harrods. Despite the large restaurant space, the atmosphere was calm and restful, without disturbing noise. The staff was attentive and helpful. We enjoyed a good chicken soup with hot newly baked bread.

Siamo capitate per caso a pranzo in questo particolare ristorante, e ci siamo imbattute su una terrazza spettacolare ! Vista imperdibile in un giorno di sole! Sapori completamente nuovi e particolare ma tutto decisamente ottimo con una vasta scelta vegetariana : abbiamo mangiato delle patate rosolate con le spezie, una crema di melanzane, i falafel e il filetto di seabus. Tutto ottimo e porzioni abbondanti. Prezzi nella media considerando che si sta mangiando da Harrods!

Abgesehen vom sehr leckern Essen empfiehlt sich ein Besuch wegen der tollen Aussicht von der Außenterasse! Gegen Erwarten auch sehr moderate Preise!

If you’re in Harrods on a spending spree, or just browsing, this is definitely the best place to grab a comfortable seat and some good food. All your Lebanese favourites are available here, and there’s even a small terrace you can sit on to enjoy the sun. The room is huge, the spaces between tables very pram-friendly, and the service is good. The pricing is what you’d expect at Harrods, at £20-25 per main course, but the quality is there.

En Harrods, 4º piso al salón, restaurante Mezzah muy concurrido, esperó a menos de 30 minutos; los que estamos sentados en un lugar muy cómodo. Ambiente muy relajante. orden de arranque, hummus, que era bueno. (hojas de enab Warak vino personal - muy buena, muy buena, Twbbouleh fattoush - necesitamos más y mejor vestirse de tomates media. Los principales platos muy buena lubina a la parrilla, pollo biryani, mezclado y a la parrilla. Muy buen dulce de knuafa y pastel de chocolate y té con leche de Karak, que era muy bueno. En general recomendaría mucho, pero caro.

Alto livello. Se piace questo tipo di cucina il posto é consigliato.

I go to Mezzah a couple times a week in the summer. The service is mediocre and the staff get kind of rude but the chicken wings are worth it. Outdoor seating is good, not enough space. Location is good too. And no time limit.

O restaurante é bom, o atendimento simpático e o ambiente bem legal. Não sei se é porque está dentro da Harrods, mas o preço é muito salgado. Estávamos em três e pedimos cinco porções de wings. Sem bebida alcóolica gastamos 116 libras. É desproporcional para o que oferece, embora a comida é o atendimento sejam muito bons.

La comida es muy sabrosa, tenía una combinación de tapas frías y calientes para empezar, junto con una parrillada. Presentación agradable (montaje, ya que es una habitación preciosa) y algunos sabores muy buena. Hay una terraza exterior si su clima agradable. Por supuesto, sus Harrods, así que la comida no es barato!

En la planta superior de la Casa Harrod's el Salón Mezzah es un lugar muy sensación árabe para tomar un descanso de las compras y ofrece una amplia selección de comida libanesa. El hummus es una de las mejores que he probado y solo, con un color granate martini, bastaría. Pero los entrantes un muy satisfactorio.

El restaurante es muy bonito y tiene un ambiente muy lujoso. El servicio es excelente y amable y muy atento. Sin embargo, la comida me pareció normalita. Realmente no ambiente auténtico, no sé, además de que era un poco seca y le faltaba spice comparado con lo que estoy acostumbrado a comer. La manera en la que se servía era un poco "europea" con un poco triste ensalada. No me malinterpretéis, no es en absoluto mala comida y las bebidas son muy sabrosas también, yo no creo que es comparable a caseros comida árabe.

Had lunch here today. Very good food. The service is very nice as well. Fourth floor and always a table. Shish Touk is very good. So is the Lamb Kofta. Would definitely recommend for lunch.

Tuvimos una comida improvisada en el salón Mezzah durante un viaje de compras a Harrods. Pedimos una selección de entrantes fríos y calientes y bebidas. El tabbouleh, hummus y pan estaban deliciosos. El ajo y patatas chili estaban bien y el falafel era un poco seca. Las bebidas eran mejores que su comida. La factura fue como esperaba para almorzar en un restaurante en Harrods, pero no es un restaurante recomendaría o visitar de nuevo ya que hay mejores restaurantes de comida libanesa en Londres. Dicho esto, el servicio y el ambiente del restaurante fueron estupendos.

Loving the visit to Harrods, I stumbled into this middle eastern food lounge on the 4th floor. It was an uncomfortable experience. To make a long story short... Furniture was old (as in really worn out) tables with dried out white rings... Tired looking staff... It takes a while for a waiter to take an order even though not a busy time...etc. I gave it one star as the food was average. Honestly not a great addition to Harrods as a brand.

Loved the decor in here and decided to have dinner for that reason and the menu (sorry forgot to take photos). Did feel a little out of place, maybe not everyone's first choice...

This was not one of the good Labeneese restaurant in London. We tried lots of Labeneese food but not really like Mezzah Lounge. Only food that I would suggest Lentil soup. That was great, others average below.

ate here for early lunch on the terrace Saturday 17th Feb. The service was attentive and both Alexandra and Omar who attended to our party of 4 were excellent. The food arrived fairly promptly and was delicious. the wine recommended by Alexandra was perfect and chilled to just the right degree. The ambience on the terrace on a crisp February lunchtime was brilliant and I would recommend eating 'outside' like this whenever the weather is anywhere near fine.
