First meal in London in nearly 26 years. The burger was fantastic. Nice place, was very relaxed and a nice break from the busy streets and Hyde Park across the street

Lovely little cafe... clean and smart without being snooty, calm ambience with real music at sensible volume, last but not least very nice food (I had kofte kebab wrap), decent coffee, not expensive. It's called Cafe Diana for a reason... you'll find out if you visit. Absolute top cafe, a credit to owner & staff.

Incredibly fast service, delicious food (we had eggs and chips as well as kebabs). The server was so patient with us (silly Americans visiting England for the first time) and the whole place is covered in photos of Princess Diana. Absolutely adorable. Would eat here again!

Please explain how Egg on Toast is priced at a whopping £5.50!!! That is quite ridiculous don't you think!!!

Cafe Diana is my favorite restaurant in London. I found it over 15 years ago on study abroad and come back to it every time I’m in London. Can’t recommend the Chicken Tikka Kebob plate highly enough!

Breakfast was good, coffee was very good:) the place has specific atmosphere (guess what is the main motif) However, vegetarian option is a meat one without meat, it is not a perfect solution:)

A waiter there is very rude!! They don’t know how to receive ppl… he is egyptian and talked in a way that was very vulgur. I would advise the owner to watch his employees as they are representatives of the place.

Don't go! Or if you go just take a look at the walls, take some pics and leave. I paid 15£ for two juices. Before seating, I asked the waitrose if they had iced coffee, and she said yes. Another waiteose came to take the order and told me they didn't have iced coffee, we asked for a mango and orange juice, and they didn't have mango. Finally, we ordered two apple and orange juices and an avocado toast. 2 minutes later, another waitrose came saying they didn't have avocado. We just have those juices and leave paying 15 POUNDS!

The place is very interesting for its tribute to Diana. But the service was terrible, it took a long time for us to be served, we asked for salt and they forgot to bring it. Regarding the food, I ordered scrambled eggs and a type of juice from the menu that was carrot with fruit. The egg came in pure oil full of frying bubbles, and the juice tasted like poorly treated tap water. Unfortunately, I got really sick and ended up getting food poisoning, plus the bathroom was extremely dirty…

We wanted to sit out for a meal as we have been doing for years, but were told outside tables were reserved for smokers only! We did not want to smoke. Neither of us has ever smoked! Later we passed by again and it was evident that people were at outside tables eating rather than smoking. So our 15 year patronage of this place has sadly come to an end.

I don’t know if they position themselves as a Turkish place but I just want to say that it is not the best place for meaty dishes/service or atmosphere. The taste is just not there. The service could have been more welcoming and useful: this is not customers responsibility to deal with issues of your facilities (especially before using it). Now atmosphere: it felt like the staff doesn’t care and also like there usually is someone (like an owner or a manager) who interacts with people better and makes this place alive but he/she wasn’t there when we came maybe, I don’t know. Something was missing, it was soulless if I may say. That’s the feeling I had. Overall, I wouldn’t come there again BUT I definitely recommend this place for the experience: this place is kind of unique and you cannot argue with that. Visit the place, feel the presence of Diana if you can, try some food (because it’s polite to order something if you are visiting and maybe you will like it much more than I did). Definitely recommend for visiting.

The most arrogant staff, with zero experience. First redone strong black Americans 3 times, still came wrong. Second time waited 20 mins , no one came to take the order.

Too bad coffee, unpleasant staff and worst of all... very very dirty, we couldn't even go into the bathroom as it was. Since it is an emblematic place for what it represents of Diana and we went expressly because one of our group is a fan of her, they could keep the restaurant clean and be a little nicer, at the end of the day you go there to live the experience of being surrounded by her photos and knowing that she was going there for breakfast… I don't recommend it at all and it's also quite expensive.

Unfortunately, this “tourist hotspot” doesn’t have anything more to offer than a yellowed ambience. Food, drinks, service is poor and prices are high. Going in to take photos and going out again is enough, then you won't be so disappointed.

Walking through the streets of Kensington, its easy to feel like theres somebody missing. She's on all the signs, statues and memorials everywhere, yes I'm speaking about the queen of our hearts: Lady Diana Spencer. Luckily, there's somewhere that keeps her memory alive, and my adoration of her can match the adoration of the café that holds her namesake. I had a fantastic full breakfast here. Had all the works and the staff had the same star quality and dedication as the lady herself. Theres a cheeky wee shisha spot outside if you feel like it, reflecting the Princess of Wales' rebellious streak. I'll always make a point to visit when I'm in London, a proper reminder of the beauty of the past, and a beacon of light to make what she believed in come true. RIP 1961 - 1997 Always in our hearts, living on in this splendid little café. 5 stars!

I went to eat on my first or second day during my stay in London and the place is incredible, it's great to eat in front of so many paintings of Lady D. I ordered fish and chips and it was good, but it wasn't anything extraordinary. The owner was somewhat noisy and had his friends or family coming and going constantly. The attention of the two girls who were there was very good.

My father told me about this place, he said this place is a MUST. Well, he was right. The taste of food is beyond amazing, the atmosphere is nice and cozy. The owner Abdul is such a gentleman, and very welcoming. I will definitely visit cafe Diana everytime I visit London. Literally, the best in London.

What a beautiful restaurant and so lovingly decorated. Photos of Princess Diana on the walls everywhere. Great pictures. The restaurant itself is clean and well maintained. The furniture was very clean and tasteful. It played quiet music without being disturbing. The service was absolutely friendly and helpful. The toilets were very clean.

Went there came from Liverpool was looking forward to go there for nice food. Staff wasn't welcoming and only offered us to sit by the door we asked if we can sit at the main dining room they said they are full after 5 minutes a lot of people left but no one ask if we want to move to main dining room. Toilet was blocked and dirty. Food ok not the best

Great place and sweet memories of Princess Diana

Great full English and a place with lots of history! Didn’t know this when we walked in but Princess Diana was a regular for years — lots of signed pictures and newspaper clippings about it. It’s kind of a tribute to her, which was very sweet, and they have great food.

A stone's throw from Hyde Park, nestled in the streets of Notting Hill, this little café immerses us in an atmosphere filled with nostalgia. So when it comes to cooking, it’s clearly not the strong point. It's still okay considering the price. It's still worth the detour, even if only for a tea or coffee in a setting dedicated to Lady Diana.

Excellent place with history to have something typical for breakfast in London. Recommendable.

We had coffee with some acquaintances, they treated us very well and we were even all learning English and we were from different countries and they treated us very well!! The coffee we had was good and well roasted.

Not happy with the service. The lady waiter was rude and unhelpful with making any changes to our orders. The food is underwhelming, and you really don’t get much of a full English breakfast for 11£.

Very nice coffee, shame to charge us €10 more and after reading the bill act as if they no longer understood what we were saying.. He gives us back the difference in his own way with 5€ less. Be careful with your additions they are very dishonest. I don't recommend it at all. Too bad we can't give 0 stars

The Iraqi OWNER REALLY NEEDS TO GET HIS STAFF TO STOP POISONING THEIR PATENTS. He knows this could close him down…. That and Getting a bad press. Are they using rat poison or cleaner fluid. I’d really like to know….. Think the owner might be getting a new manager smh. The shisha guy threw us off an outside table earlier in the week bcos ‘HE’ wanted to sit there. I said you have to display ‘Reserved’ signs if people have booked IT 🤷🏼‍♀️ UPDATE. April 2024 - Hospitality of Asian waitress very spurious, I need to speak to the owner about her putting a toxic substance in my coffee….. to poison me/ to kill me?? This is a very good place to visit if you want freshly prepared Mediterranean food. They press fresh juices which are acceptable. Their English breakfast is tasty and substantial. Their chicken tikka wraps are to die for….. Go check them out.

It's a nice cosy place. Perfect for who adore Diana like me :) waiter and waitresses are very nice. Food is good and is lovely to see all that pictures.

Perfect! Good and sweet service. Very attentive. Very tasty and good breakfast. I made a reservation and everything was ready. Even got an Apple Crumble with warm custard. Sweet and thank you for everything! Highly recommended.

Four of us went to Cafe Diana on Saturday 6th April. We had seen videos on instagram about it and as one of our party is a fan of Diana we thought it’d be a fun place to go for breakfast. The waiter thought it smart/ impressive to memorise the order instead of writing it down. When he repeated it back to us it was incorrect but we corrected him and hoped for the best. Food took over thirty minutes to arrive even though barely half the tables were full. The food is basic so it made no sense that it would take so long. When it did finally arrive it was incorrect. One person was missing a lentil soup, another person was missing a sausage, and another had the incorrect fillings in their toasted sandwich. The base of the baked potatoes also tasted like cleaning chemicals, as if the fridge they’d been sitting in hadn’t been washed down properly. At this stage we had been waiting so long and were so hungry and unimpressed that we just ate what was provided and left. (We made sure we weren’t charged for these missing items). The bathroom was disgusting, so I dread to think what the kitchen area might look like. There was also no music/ radio playing which meant it was severely lacking in atmosphere. Avoid at all costs. Really put a dampener on the start of our Saturday in London.

It is great spot to have English breakfast. It is newly refurbished. Recommend to take here brake if you want to relax and chill. Bathroom needs to be refurbished too. More english music would be also nice.Added 12.5% extra service charge.

Nice, clean and reasonably priced cafe in a prominent location. The food is OK. The real highlight, however, is the interior design with payment tables dedicated to Diana and, above all, photos and personal dedications.

The place is quite good and the food is good, the prices are a bit high depending on what you order. Other things are not bad priced like the sandwiches. The problem is that they tip you 12.5% ​​without asking you, which they don't tell you and it is quite annoying when the bill arrives. If it weren't for that it would be 4 stars.

The English breakfast is very good, I recommend it, it is enough to share between two people. Fast and attentive service. The atmosphere of the cafe is cozy and certainly unique. Everything in the photo cost us £25 to split between two people. The cafeteria is a little far away but if it catches you on your way or you are a big fan of Diana I recommend that you visit it

A cafe I go to occasionally to eat English breakfast and drink builders tea. Loads of stunning photographs of the beautiful late Princess Diana up on all the walls are worth seeing!

Average at best. I ordered the bacon toasted sandwich on ciabatta, it came served on brown bread. I sent it back as I asked for it without tomatoes, the waitress asked me if I still wanted it. When it came back, they’d clearly just tried to take it off but it was still on there. The waitress was rude and unfriendly with short blunt responses. The pictures of Diana were lovely and the articles were interesting to read but I wouldn’t return here in a hurry.

The waiter managed to memorise 4 dishes, they were served quickly, simple, but great quality food. Interesting place if you curious of Lady Diana's life, decent display to look at!

The toilet was an insult to costumers‘s dignity. The service was rough and with a lack of profesionality. I ordered chicken curry and it has been served cold. Diana’s photos saved the place from all its downsides.

Bacon sandwich was nice however the lady tried to over charge us 50p for ciabatta when in fact we had brown bread.

Large man who brought food could not even be bothered to open bottle of beer, let alone pour it into glass. Fish and chips were fried in burnt oil and tasted horrible. Fish was soggy, batter burnt. Scrambled eggs were like rubber.

I just got in London for an appointment and I was looking to drink a coffee. I found this shop, ordered my cappuccino and the gentleman at the counter was very nice offering me a small taste from the food which was displayed, making me to buy a salad. I don’t know the name, was a chicken salad but I can just say was really yummy. Really recommend. P.S. All halal as well.

The service was slow and not good guest experience. The fish and chips was frozen deep fried. The scrabled eggs was over cooked and made from liquid bottled eggs, the bread is the cheapest one from tesco.

A parte il locale carino, per il resto veramente una delusione! LADRI LADRI LADRI. Abbiamo ordinato due semplici succhi di frutta all'arancia, e perché il cameriere ha sbagliato (dice lui) la comanda, quindi un problema che riguarda il servizio, ci è stato servito a nostra insaputa due centrifughe di arancia. Arrivati al conto abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni in merito visto che il prezzo era il doppio rispetto a quanto dovevamo pagare, ci hanno giustificato che è stato un problema del servizio del servizio, ma che ormai avevamo bevuto e quindi dovevamo pagarlo. Oltre questa esperienza, servendoci english breakfast i fagioli sapevano di ketchup il pomodoro era moscio, la salsiccia faceva completamente schifo e i toast erano completamente secchi. Altro? Cassiera e cameriere iper arroganti
