Chicken burger was a bit dry and the avocado toast was pretty boring, service was good and the place was cozy

Yuzu Colada was delicious, however service very slow and a little unwelcoming. Took a while to be greeted and seemed fairly disorganised. Ordered 3 drinks and they took 15 minutes to come out and we were the only people seated when ordered. I could see the drinks made and sitting on the bar for over 5 minutes before they were brought out. And a table sat, ordered and received their drinks in the mean time. Nice little establishment, but wasn’t a great experience.

The place was ok, nice music and service was nice but very slow . Cocktails werent great. The taste was very strange. The floor was very sticky.

Nice food but quite expensive and the service was very slow and disorganised. Half of what we ordered never came.

First time here and had a great time - solid DJ and great cocktails.

A really disappointing experience. We came to London and visited the bar under the recommendation that it was a really lovely bar however the staff were unbelievably unprofessional. They ignored us whilst taking our order at the table, the wait staff pushed another colleague over a table and onto the floor. All the staff was clearly very drunk and could hardly notice the customers waiting to be served. For a beautiful aesthetic and nice drinks, it was such a disappointment that the staff were so oblivious of the uncomfortable environment that they were creating. The music was loud, the staff were ridiculous and the drinks were sub-par. The staff were the complete ruin of the venue, we really tried to enjoy it but felt totally ignored.

Trailer is STILL one of the best bars in London. Incredible service, exceptional bar staff and a great ATMOSPHERE! And now with a restaurant above the bar. Great menu and will be eating here again real soon.

We had waitress, whom taking orders (we waited 20 min) and bringing check some how impossible. Maybe bad memory. We think bad customservice. Had to get service by your self.

Had a wonderful night for just drinks. Was lovey weather so was outside in a great space. Alice served us and was exceptional & lovely. Made our night much much better.

The atmosphere was great, and they craft amazing cocktails. The staff is friendly and excellent customer service, especially Pete, who introduced us to his signature drink, "WESTSIDE." That drink was incredible—I'm not sure why it isn't on the menu. Be sure to ask for Pete and treat yourself to a Westside!

A massive Thanks to Yemi, very cool and profressional service. We had the burrata salad and the lamb fettucceni🤌🏻 cocktails were super good Just a downside, the chef is verrryyyyyy stingy on cheese for the pasta and it’s a shame to have to beg to get some.

Fantastic cocktail bar with amazing focus on rum. 5*!

Good little spot with lively ambience. Has s bar in the basement with a DJ. Non alcohic cocktails are available but our assistant specially made ours based on our specific likes of a flavour. The food was a good portion size and reasonably priced.

Rude and stuck up door staff. Unnecessary restrictions to essentially a deserted bar. Not a restaurant - not even a bar. Saturday night and jeff all atmosphere.

Had a lovely evening at trailer happiness, with some great cocktails and one of the best margaritas I’ve had in some time. Special shoutout to Lottie for her fantastic service and the fact that she chased me down the road after we left, to hand me a perfume I had left at the bar!! A place I would definitely return to.

Lottie is absolutely lovely and provided the best service at a bar I have ever had. In addition, Max is the best bartender and made the best margaritas I have ever had, he’s a machine, his speed is ridiculous.thank you to both these lovely people xx I’ll be back for sure

The chairs are placed far apart that even if I screamed like a banshee at the person sitting in front of me they could not hear me over the noise of the awful, mediocre music being played. The cocktails were on the cheaper side both in price and in the way that they tasted. When my watch warned me that the volume of the music was damaging to my health I paid and left. The waiter acted irritated at me because we couldnt communicate.

Trailer Happiness was the highlight of my trip to London with my rum enthusiast brother. The lovely gents behind the bar were so welcoming, kind and knowledgable about all things rum! Their rum cocktails were some of the best I have had to date. We had so much fun, we made 3 stops in during our week long trip. We can’t wait to visit again next time we pass through London. Watch out for the waiter that goes around the dancing floor as he charges you service charge even ordering by the bar. Service is really bad, they don’t know how to make proper cocktails, they need to really improve it.

Whether it’s a frigid Friday night or a rainy Sunday evening. Trailer Happiness is an escape from that and is a vibe top to bottom. I’d be remised though if I didn’t mention two of those reasons why Trailer is a complete vibe and they are Alex and Dragon. It’s always nice to meet genuine rum lovers anytime I travel. It’s even better though when those rum lovers are genuinely down to earth souls who make your experience one of a kind. I look forward to my next trip back to London and my first stop being Trailer Happiness.

Recommend Trailer to all my customers up the road if they want rum cocktails and a low lit basement tiki bar. Always a welcoming friendly service and of course delicious cocktails! Friday and Saturday are always pretty busy if that isn't your crowd but the music is a vibe!! Shout out to Alex and Dragon 🐲🫶🍻

Me and my husband walked into an empty restaurant trying to have dinner at 7pm on a Saturday evening and turned away as they were ‘fully booked’ and didn’t have enough food to accommodate any walk ins. Let me just be clear - the restaurant was completely empty and there was 15+ tables free. We walked passed over 2 hours later to get back to our car and the restaurant was still empty!! After reading these reviews, clearly the very rude and unprofessional manager has not changed and did not want us in the restaurant and turned us away. Laughable service - avoid and don’t even bother trying to give them your money

First time here, we had booked a table at the bar expecting an area away from the crowds. Tables and seats are really low and if the place is busy, then good luck! People almost step on you, the tables are that low. Cocktails are okay and cheap. Some are better than others. Service however, was all over the place! Seems they can manage if there are fewer people, but the service starts to decline the busier the place gets. The male bar staff also have a preference to serve women first in this situation, so just be aware of this. Ended up waiting at the bar a good 15-20 minutes to get drinks since the table service disappeared

Unassuming little tiki themed bar. Central London. Interesting drinks! nothing like a Guinness based tiki drink! Good music. Service could have been better.

Petit bar à cocktail sur Portobello road avec une bonne carte. On a pu profiter des quelques tables en terrasse très agréables les jours ensoleillés. Côté cocktails, je les trouve un peu légers et assez petits pour le prix (environ 13£) mais assez bon. Service impeccable. On a testé les bao buns à grignotter, c'est cher pour ce que c'est.

Such a fantastic vibe at this intimate tropical-themed bar, there's a flaming cocktail called the Winchester which uses Sipsmith V.J.O.P -- very junipery, over proof -- 57.7% i.e. navy strength! It flamed beautifully. Had a lovely chat with Lila who turned out to be quite the gin aficionado as well as a rum slinger. The menu is extensive, a beautifully curated ode to rum. Oh, and they make a mean zombie!

Just really not worth the money. Cocktails were lacking. Sharing punch was not great. As a carribean man, honestly it was a let down for a carribean inspired venue.

I’m trying to go to a Tiki bar in every new city and this is the one I picked for London. I’ll give it a 2 out of 10 for authenticity. They get two points for having authentic tiki drinks on the menu. I ordered a Zombie and it came with a cool bamboo looking paper stew and a lime on fire. Tasted good too. No special tiki mug. My expectations have been set high by the California tiki bars. Nice friendly staff.

Great rum bar with a subtle tiki vibe. Excellent craft cocktails, I had the Three Dots & a Yuzu which is a riff on a classic tiki drink (Three Dots & a Dash). There’s also an excellent selection of rums available. Will be on my list whenever I’m in London!

Fun Thursday nights - it doesn’t get to crowded on an evening night out which is great. Has the feel of a private members club. Drinks are also affordable and atmosphere is fun. Probs best to book in advance!

Basement venue, on the Portbello Rd, expensive drinks £14 for two bottles of larger(Banks) and glass of lemonade. That said, music was old skool, great vibe, good night.. Plently of parking near the venue on a Sunday night.

Amazing place! I have been in more then 30 pubs in greater London, but Trailer Happiness has the best drinks for far. Don’t think twice, just go!

Marvellous little subterranean bar,on the Portobello Road. Superb cocktails, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff- what more can you ask for. I had a few cocktails from their list,and they were competently made,and spot on as regards my taste requirements. A wonderful bar,great vibes,especially when they have a good few customers, marvellous staff,definitely worth a few visits. I,for one, will certainly be visiting again.

One of the best hidden gems in West London.

Came here for a reggae filled Bashment Brunch. Really enjoyed the food and there was a vegan option and gluten free option as well. The atmosphere was pure party! This event was well organised and fun. The staff were friendly and polite making us all feel very welcomed.
