Very good quality fresh delicious macaroons.

What a scam..they charge you £5 for a cardboard box to put the ladurée macaron without telling you. When we asked the manager for the free one (which is the same but not hard cardboard) they’ll tell you they don’t have them as they don’t sell pastries at that stand - What a money grab opportunity, please sort this out.

Always the best macarons and new flavour sometimes. Some new flavours wasn’t in stock today. Also a wide range of gift box available. Have a harrods 175 anniversary pistachio macaroon

Macarons were okay, not the best I've had especially considering the price. But staff were very friendly and welcoming!

If you have tried the macarons from Laduree in Paris you know that they are well different than those one sold in London. Maybe it's the fact that they are not fresh, but the overall taste it's just worst. Price is still high so in my opinion it's not worth it. Buy a plane ticket to Paris and try them here!

Came here for a quick visit, wanting to try the macaroons! Given how busy it was, we surprisingly didn’t have to wait too long! The lady who served us was great, and also patient while we took our time deciding what to get! The macaroons, of course, delicious!!

There is no other restaurant Ladurée, just a store for take away.

Doesn't exist anymore. God knows why Google says it's still there, but it's no longer a cafe, just a tiny cake counter in Harrods, surrounded by other counters. Just update and say it's no longer Ladurée..

Inlive this place and the macarons. Its mostly very crowded but its wort waiting.

All good, but the Ladurée Café was closed down when we visited in May 2022. Now it is just a regular Ladurée counter 😕

كانت الجلسات الخارجية ممتازة وقت الافطار زيارتي 2019 لها .. وللأسف بعد كرونا لما زرت لندن مره اخرى اغلقت واصبح بداخل هارودز فقط

Always love Ladurée macarons. One of the best. Aisha has looked after me super well. Her customer service is exceptional. She was truly amazing, i requested that she packed the macarons really well as it was going on a 12hours flight. She did an amazing job. Many thanks again.

Food was good and simple, comfort food style. Service was slow. Desserts were stunning: looked fantastic and tasted great.

The sitting area outside really nice and relaxing after long shopping hours, customer service is good as well but the food options are limited. Tried to order from there ice cream menu but the machine was broken every time I tried.

Ich war hier ein paar Mal zum Kaffee & Kuchen und zum Afternoon Tea. Klar, etwas teurer ist es dann, aber das kenne ich von Laduree und für die Location (es ist schließlich Harrods!) zahlt man dann halt auch. Bis jetzt wurden wir immer freundlich bedient und hatten eine gemütliche, schöne Zeit. So ein richtiges Cafe-Feeling kommt leider nicht auf, aber trotzdem ist es schön hier.

Although I like their food I went here on Sunday around 4:30 and I was told they don’t accept any tables because they closing soon which is 6pm! The place was not even busy and had some free tables I was very disappointed that they don’t take new tables at 4:30 ! Absolutely rediculous service is very abrupt didn’t like the lady who attended me she was stroppy with everyone

Had a lovely lunch. Prices were on the expensive side. Too bad we didn’t get to try their cakes.

The place is amazing looks like you are on another planet. The macaroons are to die for. And the decor is amazing the mocco was delicious and they have some amazing milkshakes. The place is not cheap you will be shocked at the bill but it is worth it the quality is amazing.well worth is will return again

It is difficult to resist a visit for tea and cake (and macarons). You can also order/buy your annual festive cakes here, such as Buche de Noel and Galette des Rois.

Terrible experience. The pastries are not La Durée level. Millefeuille had burnt flavor. Latte was not tasty. Never again.

Super busy so we got takeaway but the macaroons tasted delicious and the cakes are tasty. Would come here again and it looks stunning from the inside. Friendly staff

Beautiful decor. Nice selection of drinks and cakes. Very low seating, mind your head when getting up, very low hanging lamps. Expected more, hoping for a better experience next time.

Their cakes are amazing, they're definitely on the pricey side, but totally worth it. Our favourite was the vanilla flan it had a rich creamy vanilla taste with caramelised brown sugar around the edges. We'd definitely get this one again. We also tried the pistachio cake which was delicious and a Rose tea. The interior and atmosphere is lovely. We definitely recommend coming here for a special afternoon tea.

Very bad service! We were 2 queing for lunch and there was an empty table for 2 and the man in charge made us wait 20 mns before seating us. The Service was super slow !!!!

Breakfast in Laduree is my favorite, Benedict with salmon and spinach are the best

I bought a box of 24 macarons all vanilla flavour recently. However when I got home and opened my box I realised they had all crumbled and somehow out of place, I thought the box would protect them enough but didn’t. I’ve never experienced this before in the past but this time I’m sorry to say I’m very disappointed. My boyfriend suggested maybe the shells were too dry that’s why it went like that.

Nice upscale looking place for coffee and pastries. Think prices are reasonable for London and the stuff is good.

Staff are 5 star but rules ridiculous. Outside is closed coz of rain people waiting in long Q . But they closed the terrace at 6 .and people have to wait much longer.

I can't talk about the service as I didn't sit down for food here but the pastries looked delicious. The macarons were all well made, light and tasted excellent.

Beautiful setting outside, hectic and mayhem outside. Service was polite and super friendly however the food once ordered took longer than 40 minutes to arrive which really knocked our vibe as we were with kids. Our order was nothing crazy either...such a shame. I’m sure it will be a different experience next time. In the end food was great.

The macarons are amazing, but don't eat anything else at the outdoor restaurant here as it really is extraordinarily awful.

Staff are unknowledgeable, inattentive and seem like they'd rather be anywhere else. Makes one wonder if they are adequately paid and staffed there. If so, why such poor attitudes? Only gave three stars because the atmosphere is nice and food is good, although pricey.

Inside harrod’s (well more like attached to it) it is one of the best spots in the store to grab a sweet bite and a tea or coffee. Laduree quality.

A lovely location on a sunny day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is not your average cafe/brasserie, it was a lovely experience as if i was in Paris.

Food is good and nice staff, tried their eggs benedict was very classic. Would be nice if they could add other creations for breakfast.

Absolutely RUBBISH service and High prices for nothing. This place is supposed to represent high class French atmosphere but there's nothing French about it, and the service is zero class. We were waiting in the queue for long long time, even though there were few tables available. The staff were not intelligent and the prices are definitely not worth the service provided. I decided to leave with my wife without ordering anything.

Lovely Laduree. The pistachio macaron was the absolute best of the 4 we had. The Orange Blossom was surprisingly delicious with a taste similar to Fruit Loops. It tastes much nicer than I make it sound I promise! Unexpectedly, the salted caramel wasn't as good as we thought it would be, just sweet. The vanilla was good, no surprise there. The Othello tea was hot, smooth and satisfying. My daughter had the hot chocolate which in her words was pure melted delicious chocolate. The staff were pleasant as was the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, perfect location attached to Harrods. Go before 10am and order the champs elysees breakfast.

Came here for tea and was seated upstairs. The place was beautiful as we were given a corner to ourselves. Service excellent as the waiters were attentive and quick - they even offered some cake while we were waiting. Good selection of cakes and macaroons - all of which were delicious.
