I recently visited Megan’s Kensington High street for my sister’s birthday, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional, thanks to our waitress Mk. From the moment we arrived, her warm and friendly attitude set the tone for the evening. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect to make my sister’s celebration extra special.

We had a great evening dining at Megan's on the High Street in Kensington, London today. Whilst the food was amazing as always, the ambience on point, Natalia and Christelle gave our family exceptional service and even sang for my Birthday. We would return to London just to visit this Megan's and see them again. 🤗

Megan's is a superb restaurant in the area. The cocktail selection is impressive, and the charcuterie tray is absolutely delicious. The chicken and kofte shish are standout dishes, cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly, and the decor adds a lovely touch to the dining experience. Highly recommended!

Kitchen was very decent. Fast service. The waiters came by several times to ask if everything was okay. High chair available for children. Very nice decor and setting. The tables at the back were more “cocoon”.

One of my go-to breakfast spots in London! The staff were lovely and my server MK was great throughout! :)

A beautiful place with hearty food! Visited Megan’s last Saturday for my birthday brunch and we absolutely loved it. As someone who enjoys good Mediterranean food, they did not disappoint. The Shakshouka and the kebabs were delightful. The manager, Shivam was very thoughtful and attentive throughout and also made sure to ask for food allergies. Wonderful service. Can’t wait to visit again :)

As soon as we came in, staff were very friendly. MK, a lovely, warm and approachable server was absolutely perfect. She accommodated our needs and showed care and conscientiousness. Thank you for our lovely experience MK. Of course, you should receive the highest stars and recognition 😍🙏🏼

From the outside Megan's looks so inviting. It has a warm atmosphere and decent service. Though I shouldn't have to ask for sugar for my coffee and a mango smoothie was offered but it came with banana and orange I live locally in Kensington and tried it for the first time. I definitely prefer and recommend Balans across the road, especially for their breakfasts. The baked beans, sausage and bacon was overdone. I asked for more bacon to replace the other and it was the same hard, overdone, seemingly prepared in the microwave bacon, taking 2 mins to bring out . Very disappointed!!! My daughter barely finished her pancakes and usually she would finish it. They add on service charge automatically which is cheeky; I expect to get served in a restaurant and not charged for it. Service was not exceptional to pay for, although the waitress was very sweet and pleasant. When I explained to her that we didn't like the food, she explained to the manager who checked in with us too quickly when starting to eat and then kept us waiting for 10-15mins, while he did his administration on the computer. He didn't even apologise for our dissatisfaction or for charging us for the bacon that was inedible but he 'gave a little extra in refund' without explanation or apology. We won't be eating there again. Balans all the way!!! I've never had a complaint with them

friend of mine was refused service for “an aggressive dog” not once was the dog aggressive. If you don’t like big dogs or are scared of them, maybe don’t work at a dog friendly place!

Came here for some drinks on a summer evening. Disha was very polite, attentive and efficient - a perfect host! The night cap (certain cocktails for just 5£) is great!

Came for brunch, had the Sausage Grill and Eggs Benedict, with Americano and Chai Latte. All were delicious, and even impressed my Chinese partner who doesn’t usually think much of Western food! The Greek sausage was particularly good. Staff were all very friendly too.

Megan’s is amazing! Delicious and fresh food that is very allergy conscious! The manager takes your order if you have an allergy showing just how serious they take it. The food, juices, cocktails, everything is top notch.

I have been visiting Megan’s High Street Kensington for years, I am local and I am regular. Tonight it was the most disappointing experience ever. I never had this bad service before here. Me and my friend we ordered a drink each and it tasted like water. It was full of ice and it was like we are drinking water with ice. We said it to the waiter and the new manager, and asked politely to replace our drinks with hot chocolate instead since it’s not acceptable paying for £7 each for a drink which was water with ice and had no taste! He didn’t accept to remove it from our bill. He charged us for both these water drinks and the 2 hot chocolates we ordered and the sparkling water. I am a manager myself in a restaurant and we always take care of our customers and removing from the bill what they are not happy with, when is justified. I am so disappointed I had to pay these 2 drinks which was ice with water ! The worst experience ever ! I am a regular here for years ! I am not coming back! Very bad manager, lucking basic understanding of what customer service is ! Unacceptable ! Worst experience ever to be ignored while I asked these drinks to be removed from the bill cause these drinks was ice with water ! Avoid ! Avoid ! Disappointing ! Replace this manager asap ! Worst customer service ever ! I haven’t left a bad review in years !!!! Awful experience !

How dare your staff refuse a service dog within your premise when you’re a dog friendly establishment? How your staff treated the customer and attitude towards her service dog was disrespectful and a disgrace. I definitely won’t come in with my own dog in case your staff here thinks he’s a wolf!!

Staff are unprofessional and service is awful

Food incredible. The service however is appalling. Megan’s is a dog friendly establishment however I witnessed a young well mannered girl enter with her service dog. The dog was of a larger breed and she was refused service. Not only was she refused service but the man making the refusal was very rude while doing so. He made a stereotype of the dog and called it out for being a ‘banned breed’ after the recent ban of XL bully dogs. However this particular dog was not an XL bully and was a highly trained service dog whom happened to be a large breed. I am a dog groomer and can identify XL bully types. This lovely young lady’s dog was not an XL bully. Regardless that situation. The way the server handled the situation was appalling and made the already very anxious girl feel worse. This is absolutely disgusting that someone would speak to another person the way he did especially considering she was attended with a service animal (for a reason) sorry if my spelling and wording is wrong I wrote this quite angry and I wasn’t even the one who was targeted just very appalled by the whole thing.

Very nicely and lovingly furnished restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine. Had a very tasty kebab (5 hour braised rack of lamb). The service was attentive and friendly. Can only recommend this restaurant.

It was a cute quiet place for coffee. Only issue was the cups were dirty and the table wasn't wipe. The brownie was nice but would have been nicer warm.

The decor is absolutely beautiful and romantic. So far I've only tried coffee and it's good. A bit overpriced. Food I hear is not bad. The staff (been there at least 7 times) ...they keep changing it, is not super well-trained... not how you would expect in a place this fancy. Not bad, but sometimes they let you wait without coming or slow service... lack of smile sometimes... a bit disorganised and I remember paying 4.30 for a macchiato once... after waiting and asking twiced to be served and getting the sugar after the coffee was cold and having to find someone in order to pay. Sometimes better sometimes worse. It depends on the day and definitely on the waiter... it's a pity.

Got breakfast at Megan’s and everything was exceptional! The food was great and the servers and manager were very friendly and helpful. They take food allergies very seriously and will go through the menu with you to make sure you have a good experience. Def would recommend.
