Polpo Chelsea in Kensington and Chelsea

Been eating at various Polpo restaurants since they opened in Soho, shame others closed apart from this Chelsea one. Food still delicious but prices still going up. £16 for 3 scallops, (although better than £10 for one which have had elsewhere!). Pizzette is actually not that small so quite filling. Cod baccala v tasty but get extra bread.

Food delicious. Mix up with food service timings? My friend wouldn't start eating her, delicious, meatball dish because my pizzette was 15 mins coming. They are cooked in two minutes! But a wonderful waitress was on the ball and looked after us beautifully.

What a delightful lunch we had yesterday the food was amazing the ambience was buzzy but not too noisy! We sat indoors at the recommendation of our wonderful waiter, his name was Toni?? I couldn’t quite hear, but his service was exceptional and certainly added to the experience x 10 out of 10 Alyson and my two lovely daughters

Excellent lunch of King Prawns with chilli and a peach spinach and Gorgonzola salad. Oh and focaccia to soak up the garlic sauce on the prawns. Yum yum

We sat outside, as it was a dry and beautiful afternoon Same upbeat atmosphere, friendly staff, options for veggies, we had a great selection Arancina, zucchini fries, octopus & fava beans, fritto misto, pork meatballs, veggie balls, truffle and potato crochette, pizette margherita and pizette artichoke, it was a banquete - and delicious too! We had again a wonderful time there❤️🩷🧡💛

Great service from Harsh who kept an eye out for a heated table and moved us once one became available . Food good as always but not loving the latest menu. Too much fish and not enough choice of healthy vegetable options. Prices have definitely have increased but that is the case everywhere.

Viva Italiano! We had 1 hour to dine. Our food was prepared and served in plenty of time to enjoy … Potato crostini, salmon crostini, beef shin rigatoni, egg spinach pizza and zucchini fries. I forgot aperols and champagne for all! Highly recommend!

Polpo Restaurant in Sloane Square is a spot worth trying with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly throughout, adding to the overall pleasant experience, with our waiter being Lorenzo.

Everything was so perfect! The service was excellent, especially from Lorenzo who made an impression. He was willing to help us find a place for a drink. P.S. One of our girl friends was impressed a little more than the others from Lorenzo. Kind regards if Lorenzo can contact for more info

Amazing italian food in a lovely place. We eat tipical "puntarelle romane", that I seggest, and Lorenzo was extremely kind with us!

Rustic and welcoming but at the same time well-kept little place located in an adorable little square in Sloane Square. Impeccable service, varied and interesting culinary offerings and dishes with an authentic flavour!! Even our girls loved it :) an Italian restaurant with Italian flavors, we were happy to have found it!

Outstanding service and food! Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. Most of the food was spot on, but the seabream was a bit tricky to eat with all the little bones. Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommend for a relaxed meal.

Chirag is a fantastic bartender, server and pal to chat with! Cured Salmon crostini was a great snack.

Never disappoints on service, food is immaculate and never leaves you feeling heavy or nauseous. You can overeat and still feel light as a feather. One of the best places to eat in London. Don’t miss the croquettes or extra thin crispy Zucchini!

Unfortunately, the table service doesn't match the rest of the restaurant. Spoiled my evening because the young little lady with Extantions seemed to be in a bad mood and didn't want to do the job. The performance doesn't match the price. I won't go there again. ☹️

Wonderful cicheti food restaurant. The service was very attentive (thank you Chirag for the surprise birthday cake!). I appreciated they spontaneously suggested testing a couple of wines as I was hesitating. They were also very attentive to my daughter’s allergy requirements. Oh and the food was top notch. Great time dining at Polpo, great value for the quality of the food - would recommend!

No focaccia available - zucchini fries were cold strips of basically batter - crostino was ok but literally one small piece of french bread with pate - slow service - weird toilets that opened out into the restaurant so hand drying was basically blown into the room. Would not venture back despite outside seating area looking inviting. Very disappointing experience.

The food felt tired...nothing outstanding amongst the 9 dishes we ordered and many were cold (courgette fries) and overcooked(bavette). Staff were fine and the dining room has a good feel.

We ordered a selection of pizzettas, snacks, and the octopus—the pizzettas stood out as especially tasty. While the food was flavorful, some dishes leaned a bit on the salty side. The service was attentive and friendly throughout, adding to the overall pleasant experience. A nice place for a casual meal with good company in a lovely setting.

Lovely restaurant. The lasagne and tiramisu were delicious and the staff very welcoming. Reasonable pricing too.

Service was bad. We had to wait 30 minutes for drinks to come. Waited 50 minutes for the food. Kept asking for the bill. Nahhh, don’t recommend
