The toilets were not very clean and the Chai Latte Small too sweet.

Patio and indoor sitting area. Friendly and hospitable staff. I like their Raspberry Almond Pie. They make light yummy sandwiches as well.

Staff has arrigant attitute. Service is one of the worst ever. I always like costa coffees beans but the staff quality getting worse in the store.

A great place for a snack and to wait out a downpour. The staff are lovely, even in the face of vile people. Some entitled harridan refused to remove her filthy hound from a chair, when politely asked by the staff. The next thing the battle-axe was at the counter threatening violence, litigation, loss of jobs, etc. to all and sundry. Just one hag a day can ruin it. The staff remained professional. If they have to tolerate that kind of behaviour, they should be paid far more.

Coffee OK, service fairly quick but it was quiet. Cafe not too clean and toilet especially could be a lot cleaner, water and toilet paper all over the floor.

Terrible service and unhelpful staff rude staff! I entered two-three minutes before closing time and asked to use the bathroom. I was declined and told they are closed although it was not yet 8pm, and there were still two separate customers sitting down eating. I asked for a second time and was told the bathroom has already been cleaned and closed, ALTHOUGH they were still trading. The member of staff, (mature lady with missing teeth), then went on to tell me she does not get paid for being there later. Unprofessional, unkind and very much lacking a human approach. The evening staff on 01.05 need to do better!

Café found by chance, looking for a cheaper alternative to hotel breakfast. Good choice of drinks based on tea, coffee and milk and traditional British brioches and sweets in general. Courteous and fast service. Very easy atmosphere. Prices high compared to Italian ones but on average for London.

Quite a small store which means there's limited (and often fully occupied) seating but it's clean and the team are fast and efficient at getting food and drinks prepared.

I ordered a “small” cappuccino. I could take a bath inside this 🤣. Coffee is ok but you just need to know what you are ordering especially if you are Italian or Euro trash like me: Otherwise no complaints about taste and service is ok.

Miserable attitude from so-called barista. Was unable to answer simple questions. And apparently, coconut milk is the same as almond milk. Muffin was stale.

Small but comfy, busy but efficient, and a little bit dark. More suitable for a quick coffee break/grub than a full on dining. I didn't order any food so I can't speak to its quality. The staff was nice, friendly, and attentive, as well as quick at servicing customers. Which is perfect considering that it's located on a relatively busy intersection. The place is not really big enough for more than 1-2 strollers. The place does have a high chair but I am not sure if they have more than one (was perfect for me though). There are also not that many tables to sit at so groups larger than 5 might find it difficult to fit in. This place does deserve praise for the spacious accessibility toilet that has a good and reliable baby changing station. The bathroom also seemed like it was being kept clean.

It was open early in the morning, which was convenient for having breakfast. The atmosphere of the store is also pleasant.

I called in early yesterday 6.25am . The sign was out and the door unlocked. I went in and the gentleman (not a student) stated 'no coffee. ' I said I was told you open at 630. He said yes but it was too early, (mind you this was 6.25am). I said ok may I wait over here for 5 mins until you are ready. No you will have to wait outside, was the response I got. I'm 64 years old and it was cold outside! Thank you for that I hope someone else doesn't treat your grandmother like that. So I went back next door to the place I'm staying with and the made me a cuppa and couldn't believe the rudeness of the management!

Cozy little cafe opposite the station. We enjoyed a couple of hot crispy cheese sandwiches with good strong coffee there. So nice they have Christmas editions of their usual coffee and snacks. Cannot recommend more.

No problems with Costa. Just want to expose the matrix once and for all. 90 % of things nowadays is based on making sure the person is conditioned to comply with the system, whether that be the food you eat or the work environment you are in.

The cake was dry, made my coffee wrong, and the place is BURNING in the summer time. At least have a fan blowing to have some air flow.

The shop is kind of small to stay in, not really a lot of tables. My friends and I decided to take our coffee to go. We went here every single day of our trip for our breakfast. Their chocolat and carmel iced coffee are super sweet and kinda taste like pastries. Also, I tried the cinnamon roll that I highly recommend.

Went to grab a salted caramel frappe at this Costa on the way to Central London. Service was fair enough, decent location, quick in & out. The whipped cream was flat on the frappe, but no biggie! 😬

Welcoming and tasty coffee. Some sockets if you want to work a bit. Outside bit if you want to enjoy good weather while it lasts.

Considering it was busy he still gave time and indeed efficient explained all the perks .Today I earned 2 beans rewards for just using my own Costa cup. I was really pleased . Popped in this morning before meeting in next door. Coffee was really nice but really mellow espresso... Anyhow ordered a pastry - cinnamon roll, and person with me ordered pain au raisin. I presume they were at least 5 or 7 days old as they were sooooo dry .... actually very unpleasant. :(

The service can be improved, I understand that as for value for money you shouldn't expect much but as food alway up to expectation i suggest you ensure all you employee have better knowledge to have a better dining experiences. although will defo be back again and again. Apareció en Busaba por primera vez este año. Como siempre, la comida era deliciosa y había mucha disponibilidad de mesas. Sería estupendo ver que la dirección no insistiera en que el personal utilizara mascarillas. Hace que sea difícil escuchar lo que están diciendo y no es la vista más acogedora. Y estoy seguro de que no es particularmente agradable para el personal. Dicho esto, el personal en sí era absolutamente encantador.¡Ojalá Busaba reconsidere la máscara!

Busaba fue tomada hace un par de años dejando caer el Eathai y al menos en la sucursal de Chelsea reemplazando los asientos y banquetas principalmente comunales con pequeñas mesas y sillas de bajo nivel un poco raídas. La ráfaga de incienso que nos había saludado anteriormente estaba ausente a nuestra llegada. Al igual que los orientalistas se inclinaron ante el personal que anteriormente había sido asiático y ahora era casi todos europeos. Sin embargo, la comida en un menú reducido después del cierre estaba bien, desde el satay y el arroz que disfrutaban mis hijas hasta el pollo al curry verde que eligió mi esposa; especialmente la pierna de pato sobre patatas trituradas en salsa marrón que elegí. Tampoco tengo quejas sobre un lado de calamar adecuadamente gomoso. Es bueno tener una botella grande de cerveza Chang.

only 1 staff on a weekday lunch time but she was excellentvery commendable and efficienthaving travelled and eaten authentic Thai and being able to cook good Thai, I would say that the food was just average on taste and flavour. have tasted many other better Thai in London for cheaper pricesnot sure but perhaps the concoction of flavours is designed to cater to the caucasian palatejust my personal opinion.50 pounds for 2 people for an average lunch, hmm... i would reconsider my options in future. the cheaper express lunches all mixed up in a bowl are availabe, but my best bet is it is not going to be better, worse if any.

The best part in Busaba is that the food and professionalism keeps constant which is very much appreciated.

On July 2016 we did warn you, Busaba. We said we would give you one more chance. Service that day had been appalling and food was a long way away from your better times. This time around we walked in with our minds as open as can be, and this is what we found. An upscale Busaba rendition, with private tables (as opposed to the unique communal tables of the past), but now with upscale prices too, treading into the treacherous space of your typical £40 a head London restaurant. And you failed there. Your food (at least on the day) was not only not up to the new standard, but also miles from the quality of Busaba’s yesteryears. A red seafood curry is now a broth with a couple of decorative shrimps that tasted far worse than an M&S version (sorry M&S for the comp). Not even my beloved fried calamari were on track, mushy and overcooked this time.Bye bye Busaba. You were one of the little jewels of the London food scene. It is sad to see you go.

We hadn’t planned a meal at Busaba, but I’m glad we dropped in. The restaurant was welcoming and the food was lovely. Great depth of flavour. And the prices were good for Chelsea. Impressed.

Again- great food and fantastic service! I’ve been coming to this site already many times, never been disappointed. It’s a lovely gem hidden in a Kings Road and it’s definitely worth recommendations.

Una buona opzione per cucina Thai a Londra. Il menu e’ vario ed interessante, l’ambiente curato e dai richiami esotici. Il classic pad thai è uno dei miei piatti preferiti, ma la scelta e’ piuttosto ampia. Per districarsi tra piatti che potrebbero non risultare familiari a tutti, il menù contiene: 1)gli ingredienti di ogni piatto 2)simboli esplicativi che indicano se il piatto è vegetariano, piccante, allergeni, ecc. Ci sono diverse sedi di questa catena sparse un pò per tutta Londra, da Chelsea a Soho.

We visited this restaurant for lunch. When ordering a dish, the waiter warned that the dish is very spicy and brought me it less. Food was delicious and service very good.

Had a lovely early dinner, our waitress made the experience really enjoyable! Vegan options were great too! Don't rememeber the waitress' name (she had an American accent and dark hair), but she was lovely!

We were shown to a lovely table and receive the very best attention throughout the meal, without it feeling intrusive.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food. Not cheap though. An "optional" tip of 12.5% is automatically added to the bill, and the staff will enter the total amount including this tip into the payment terminal, without asking. So how optional is this?

En primer lugar no me gusta cuando el 12. El cargo por servicio del 5% se incluye en mi factura y siempre me da vergüenza solicitar que me eliminen. Si el servicio es bueno, normalmente redondeo mi factura y dejo alguna propina en efectivo o con tarjeta. Creo que depende de los propietarios aumentar los salarios del personal y no pasarlo a los consumidores, después de que todos los restaurantes obtienen buenas ganancias, especialmente las cadenas o las muy caras.
