Very nice service, quiet atmosphere,and very nice food, not to spice nor salty but very delicate and tasty.

We came here around 10pm just looking for something easy and quick to eat after a long day of tours. It was a 5 minute walk from our hotel. Nicolai was very welcoming and friendly even though it was so late in the evening and we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was great! We had the marinated olives, I had the special pizza and my husband had the calzone and everything was delicious! Definitely a warm and cozy restaurant with very nice staff and great food.

Great burger as always from Honest, got seated and served very quickly despite it being packed and a line forming outside (1pm on a Monday). Service was impersonal, however, and seems they just want to do it as quickly as possible, so not as good as other Honest Burgers. Atmosphere was basic, really crammed in and felt more like a school cafeteria.

The burgers are delicious. Potatoes cooked in peanut oil. Ambiance may be improved. Clean.

The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We started with the Parmigiana di Melanzane, which was rich and flavorful, and the Calamari Fritti, which was crispy and well-cooked. For mains, the Spaghetti Vongole stood out with its fresh clams and perfectly balanced sauce, while the Saltimbocca Romana was tender and full of flavor. The Pizza Tartufata, with its truffle cream and Parma ham, was indulgent and well-executed. Service was quick, and the portions were generous. While some dishes were a bit on the pricier side, the quality of ingredients and the cozy ambiance made it a great spot for a classic Italian meal.

Excellent. I got the tasting menu and the food was amazing. It all came at the correct time and didn’t leave us waiting any longer than we wanted to. Wow.

En nuestras visitas a Londres, nos alojamos en este barrio un par de veces al año, y seguimos volviendo - a este excelente restaurante de hamburguesas justo al lado de la estación de metro de South Kensington. El entorno es bastante básico, pero el personal es acogedor, el menú ofrece una variedad considerable de opciones, y hay una disposición admirable para complacer a las personas incómodas como yo que quieren una hamburguesa relativamente simple con solo algunas mejoras específicas. (Bueno, el vino es terrible, pero no venimos aquí por el vino, ¿verdad?) M, mi esposa, disfrutó mucho de una variación de Hamburguesa que implicaba Queso Azul, mientras que mis gustos más simples se satisfacían con una Hamburguesa simple + Tocino & Mostaza : nuestro agradecimiento al personal de "Honest Burgers" por otra visita agradable - esperamos volver de nuevo !

Compro Sauerkraut crudo desde hace años, una vez antes encontraba uno mohoso , el servicio de atención al cliente me dio un vale , ahora encontré 2 que no sabían igual estaban casi apagados . Ronald de servicio al cliente dijo que les enviara detalles del producto que hice para presentar una solicitud de reembolso y después de eso Ronald ignoró todos mis correos electrónicos estos productos cuestan £ 5 cada uno.

Lovely hotel in lovely area. Breakfast is delicious. Room was quiet even though facing a street so quiet area. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Pete very friendly and Ronnie.

Can’t get this lovely place to reply to me either by phone or email, I really wanted to reserve a table, what a shame.
