Was really impressed with the burger and service. Fast and good quality. I'm keto and they had lettuce wrapped burger. Super happy. I love that we can add as many toppings for no extra charge. The burger is expensive but quality.

A normal fast food restaurant with higher quality than normal but the prices are really high.

We ate there during our trip to London because it is very close to the Natural History Museum. It is a small place, in a basement, something you have to take into account if you are claustrophobic. Despite being packed when we were there (noon) the place was very clean, there was always a person cleaning, as well as in the bathrooms. It didn't take us long to order or to be served, which may be expected, but sometimes "fast food" doesn't work out, especially if it's in places with a lot of people.

Clean enough but the tables are weirdly cramped.

The place is always crowded because of its proximity to the metro and museums (V&A and Science Museum) but the welcome is always great. Fast and efficient!

I’ve never had such an incredible experience at 5 Guys. The workers Maria, Caleb and the others working on the night on Monday the 21st of October are some of the kindest people I have ever spoken to with the best service I may have ever received. Will defo visit again.

I tried ordering a chicken burger but they refused to give us one because they are vegetarian. They didn’t want to touch the meat.

It cannot be said that you eat badly, good quality products but you know you pay for quality, so know that you will spend more than classic fast food.

Returned for another sandwich: super convenient as next to south Ken tube stop. Had the standard sandwich this time which was nice, better value for money than my previous at £6.50. It was a take away order again. Previous review: Located outside the pedestrianised street at South Kensington tube station. Lovely displace of all types of Spanish meats. Interior is Usually void of customers. The pata negra sandwich is amazing. The meat is truly special and comes with a price tag of £13.50. It’s the size of a normal sandwich. Brown seeded bread , not buttered. Amazing taste but you pay the price for it!

Limited veg options. Tried the cheese veggie sandwich which was decent given the price. Visited on weekday in evening and had ample seats downstairs to choose from.

First experience at Five Guys and I was positively surprised. The snack is great! Burger, large quantity of fries, refillable soda and... peanuts, which is the franchise's signature feature. The service was also very good. The atmosphere is pleasant, and this store is in excellent condition. I recommend.

Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo bocadillo, il ragazzo che ce lo ha preparato parlava benissimo italiano e spagnolo! Clima amichevole ed ottimi panini! Consigliato anche per acquistare salumi, ve ne erano una grande quantità!

My burger laid 12 minutes in front of my eyes, with bacon (… cold) on it because the meat wasn‘t ready. I got the last fries which stand also 12 minutes under the heating. Table outside was dirty. For 22£ … unfortunately not the best 5 Guys experience today :(

To tell the truth: it's not worth it. Very messy and the environment is half dirty.

Staff were too busy making food for their colleagues so they messed up my order , after a long wait time as the patties they put on to cook were given to their colleague for his lunch so they then proceeded to cook the orders , my order had the incorrect sauce , the cheese was melted and was over all cold would not comeback to this location

As a parent of a Celiac it is tough to get service that meets the requirements. Today we were served by two exceptional servers that fully understood and helped. Boris made what is usually a nightmare of eating out, easy and enjoyable. Thank you!

I was disappointed with the hamburger, little better than the one at a MacDonalds and much more expensive, very dry meat. The potatoes are good.

Would have been five stars but the chips needed to be hotter. Friendly staff and the cheese burger and hamburger were great. Nice to have a larger but a glass of wine would have made it perfect. Big portion of chips and a regular to share for two people works well. Downstairs but lift available (out of order today) and some outside seating.

Rich burgers, if you order fries prepare yourself for extra portions, all you can drink-self service. Nice&clean, friendly staff.

An ok place but mighty expensive for 2 adults and a child. What you might expect in a busy part of London. Watch out if you have a peanut allergy as there are free peanuts.

We can only recommend this place. The food was excellent and more than enough – we ordered two burgers and two small fries and we almost couldn't finish them. The place was also very clean.

Been here twice. On one occasion there was a terrible mess with what was ordered for us. Five guys is comparable to McDonalds and Burger King in terms of menu, price and preparation time. But Five Guys has much better burgers and short-risen potatoes for fries.

I didn't know how to order, but they kindly told me. You can order a hamburger and choose the ingredients you want in the hamburger from the menu. The portion is huge, so I recommend the small size for women. My husband ate it all, and my child and I had some left over because the two patties were too much for us. It says that we can eat peanuts for free and that soda drinks are unlimited.

Visit this location with my husband at around 11 and still got serve even though they were closed, I really appreciate that. The manager was so helpful, I asked her about the train line as I was’nt sure if the train would stop running and she helped with that as well. Very nice atmosphere and great workers

My children and I visit this restaurant and I must say this was one of my best service at a five guys everything was A1 well done to Randa and the team I will definitely be back

I understand why young people like to come here. The burgers are initially pure. Sauces must be ordered separately. The fries are extremely good for a fast food chain.

Got recommended this five guys from a friend and came from Brasil to here to try it out and gotta say, Really good food, very clean too everyone very friendly. It is quite pricey compared to other fast food chains but it’s so much better and worth the price in every bite. We ate and left no crumbs😋🤤will definitely come back again. Ps: the guy that served us ( Stefan ) was extremely nice.

Crowded, there weren't a lot of places to sit. Burgers were quite expensive, but decent. If you are ordering fries, you can order one regular for two people. The portion of fries is enormous. Huge upside was the drink refill. It was expensive, but there were a lot of choices of drinks. Decent place to eat, I would recommend it.

I had high exepctations, but dissapointed. First long wait though not very crowded. People complaining not getting their food, some getting it free of charge for long wait or forgetting. I was number 17, but came after number 30… Food was soggy, bot hamburger and fries. Maybe the fries are supposed to be soggy, but definately not the bread. The burger has potential and will give it another chance. Milkshake they managed to do well. 25 poinds for a small burger, froes, coke and a shake. Not quite worth the premium cost…Come on guys I know you can do better

once again I have to say that they´re not truethful because I payed for an extra drink that didnt order. Spoke to them and was told I would get a refund (via card, how I had payed) to this date the 4.45£ have never been refunded. This happenned on the 07 june 2024.
