Been here twice. On one occasion there was a terrible mess with what was ordered for us. Five guys is comparable to McDonalds and Burger King in terms of menu, price and preparation time. But Five Guys has much better burgers and short-risen potatoes for fries.

I didn't know how to order, but they kindly told me. You can order a hamburger and choose the ingredients you want in the hamburger from the menu. The portion is huge, so I recommend the small size for women. My husband ate it all, and my child and I had some left over because the two patties were too much for us. It says that we can eat peanuts for free and that soda drinks are unlimited.

My children and I visit this restaurant and I must say this was one of my best service at a five guys everything was A1 well done to Randa and the team I will definitely be back

Visit this location with my husband at around 11 and still got serve even though they were closed, I really appreciate that. The manager was so helpful, I asked her about the train line as I was’nt sure if the train would stop running and she helped with that as well. Very nice atmosphere and great workers

The burger and fries are solid and this Denis guy who attended me was really nice, I enjoyed the experience.

One star because it solved my hunger problem. Everything else was bad. Unseasoned, tasteless patties and rowdy atmosphere

I understand why young people like to come here. The burgers are initially pure. Sauces must be ordered separately. The fries are extremely good for a fast food chain.

The burgers are consistently delicious, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Their customizable options mean you can create your perfect burger every time. Staff was nice and friendly. I d suggest if they can add food for vegetarian it would be superb. Because vegetarian are forced with one item which is not that taste enough.However it’s a happy atmosphere having from five guys.you don’t really get these types of experiences from other places.❤️❤️

Got recommended this five guys from a friend and came from Brasil to here to try it out and gotta say, Really good food, very clean too everyone very friendly. It is quite pricey compared to other fast food chains but it’s so much better and worth the price in every bite. We ate and left no crumbs😋🤤will definitely come back again. Ps: the guy that served us ( Stefan ) was extremely nice.

Crowded, there weren't a lot of places to sit. Burgers were quite expensive, but decent. If you are ordering fries, you can order one regular for two people. The portion of fries is enormous. Huge upside was the drink refill. It was expensive, but there were a lot of choices of drinks. Decent place to eat, I would recommend it.

I had high exepctations, but dissapointed. First long wait though not very crowded. People complaining not getting their food, some getting it free of charge for long wait or forgetting. I was number 17, but came after number 30… Food was soggy, bot hamburger and fries. Maybe the fries are supposed to be soggy, but definately not the bread. The burger has potential and will give it another chance. Milkshake they managed to do well. 25 poinds for a small burger, froes, coke and a shake. Not quite worth the premium cost…Come on guys I know you can do better

once again I have to say that they´re not truethful because I payed for an extra drink that didnt order. Spoke to them and was told I would get a refund (via card, how I had payed) to this date the 4.45£ have never been refunded. This happenned on the 07 june 2024.

The burger is excellent, but the price is as high as a juniper, the fries are oversalted like the Mediterranean ocean

This used to be so convenient and healthy option when you want to go for hamburger, but it became so expensive where you can simply pay little bit more and eat at Harrods. The atmosphere of South Kensington is always amazing and entertaining, but I won't come to 5 guys anymore as it's just too expensive choice now when compared with other good burger restaurants around

Main restaurant underground, no windows, very crowded. Limited vegetarian options. Vegetarian sandwich was slimy.

Top burgers top restaurant. I know what I am saying I was in many restaurants such as Alain Ducasse London 3 Michelin stars. A lot of great meat, free nuts, free water. Staff clean clean tables.

My partner and I absolutely enjoy eating at Five guys whenever we visit London. We truly loved our visit in your restaurant. The staff was lovely and the burgers were extremely delicious. We had a great time there ! Absolutely recommend this place

Lovely burgers and you can choose your own toppings. The fries were a bit salty but they are proper potato chips. Milkshake was amazing. Popular place to go so does get busy. Not that cheap but makes a nice change from McDonalds.

£20 for a tiny burger, fries and a milkshake is a bit excessive, don't you think? Plus the burgers have shrunk since we first started visiting five guys in 2021. Can't really fault the flavour, but it's gone before you know it. Also, I ordered a milkshake and by the time my burger and fries were ready, nobody had even started making it. I had to go back to the till and ask the girl. She then said "oh, I'll make it now." NOT THE KIND OF SERVICE YOU EXPECT WHEN YOU SPEND £20 ON A BURGER, FRIES AND A DRINK!

Definitely one of the best burger chains. Even here, in South Kensington, it is no different. It's a shame that the tables are underground, not very "ventilated" and a bit alienating without windows. However, phenomenal burger and fries as always.

Did the job after a few hours in a museum with the kids. Milkshakes a big hit. Negative = Tables needed clearing faster.

Can't beat a five guys burger. Team here were all v welcoming and cleanliness was high even at busy times. It's not a destination restaurant but a mighty fine burger joint!

A restaurant of a chain that doesn't exist here. Out of curiosity and hunger, we took advantage. Prices are higher than the competition, but the portions are larger and slightly different. Peanuts for tasting for free. Fast service. Cut potato fries have a different taste and appearance. There is an endless selection of options for refilling drinks. In addition to the ones we know, there are various flavors: Mr. Pepper and Powerade. Tasty sheaks

Located outside the pedestrianised street at South Kensington tube station. Lovely displace of all types of Spanish meats. Interior is Usually void of customers. The pata negra sandwich is amazing. The meat is truly special and comes with a price tag of £13.50. It’s the size of a normal sandwich. Brown seeded bread , not buttered. Amazing taste but you pay the price for it!

I have never had such a low quality burger. It was luke warm and looked very unappetising. You would be better going to Burger king or even Mc Donald's. The receipt asked for feedback and when I gave it I got a response basically saying they could see me waiting in the queue and I was waiting a reasonable time. Not sure when surveillance cameras were able to tell the temperature of food, must be a new Five guys invention. If you ask for an opinion at least take it on board rather than dismiss it as if you are the greatest fast food restaurant in the world.

It's a store near South Kensington Station, so it's great for stopping by a nearby museum.

We went for Bacon Cheeseburgers. They were full and tasty. A tip, go for ”All the way” option if you like, it is free. All were clean, the stuff were cheerful. There was also a free peanuts to grab. As always, we are satisfied with the food, service and visit. Thanks!

A five guys in the center. The problem is that you have to go down stairs to go to eat and if you want to use the service you have to go up 2 floors (no elevator). Very little adapted for people with reduced mobility or baby strollers

Dude could have told me not to waste £12 on two of the 3 large fries I ordered for 5 ppl. Ended up with a huge bag full of fries. Was spending £80 on five burgers and some drinks anyway did they really need that extra money from me? Lift was out had to carry baby's pram down the stairs. Place was packed. Ridiculous prices.

Food ok, nothing special and costs approximately twice as much as other fast food like McDonald's, for example. Not very clean environment and there was no ice, I drank hot soda.

This place is famous for having one of the top three burgers in America, so we had lunch before entering the museum! The burger tasted good even when I wasn't hungry! The potato chips were delicious too. The store was really busy and there were a lot of people, so I thought the service would be slow, but overall it was quick. It has been accomplished! Please take a seat first and place your order. If it's above, I recommend it. If you want to use Jangsil, ㅂ ㅣ ㅂ ㄴ ㄱ ㅜ ㅅ ㄱ ㅜ ㅎ ㄏ ㄴ ㄏ

Same as any other 5 Guys. Banging food, good choice of toppings and fast service. Atmosphere isn't buzzing, but this is indicative of any location.

Super busy at 6PM on a Saturday. Staff were working hard and fast. Regrettably £52 for 4 burgers and one fries made in 10minutes from payment to collection was of low quality and not worth the money. Mis-shapen. Cold. Miserable amounts of lettuce and sauces slapped on. You can tell they were thrown together. Have had great 5-guys elsewhere. The upstairs toilets were absolutely disgusting. A staff member came to clean the mess of all the toilets with a broom instead of mopping up. Super disgusting.

First ever give guys experience, the food was great love the fresh burgers and milkshakes also there was so many people there and yet the staff were efficient like an assembly line, there isn’t any atmosphere though it is just a grab and go restaurant.

CAREFULL!! There is people that come in to steal posing as beggars. My partners phone was stolen today and the staff knows about it, but still there is no protective action. No security on the door they even have a picture of the suspect, they could easily put someone at the door it would stop them from comin in. Be very careful
