Expensive... You get so little for what you pay.... But burger was amazing... Probably Best Burger I ever eat!

Never had such a delicious hamburger, hot dog and fries!

Randa and Pranav were incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were looked after, and their warm attitude really made our day. Great service and a lovely atmosphere

Was in the mood for an American tasting hamburger after a week of eating British food. Normally we avoid the 5 guys locations in the states as their over priced . We were pleasantly surprised their priced at a completive price for the London area, much cheaper than the states. The Cajun fries were delicious, and the hamburger was made just right. While we will still avoid the states locations, we will hit 5 guys in London a.time or 2 more. Not much for service , nor any atmosphere, we atenoutside also.

Five Guys is not as easy to access in Canada as London but happy to see that they have standardized awesome tasting burgers, fries and milkshakes along with great service. Looking forward to my next amazing experience at Five Guys again, cheers

First of all, it is one of the halal Five Guys in London. The portions are huge. Even if you want a normal hamburger, it comes with 2 patties. You can get unlimited drinks and peanuts. They have drinks like vanilla cola, lemonade schweppes, which I have never had. You are guaranteed to be full with more than enough. The prices are a bit higher than the Turkish hamburger market, but it is a small amount. The cleaning staff was always active. The only drawback was that it was very crowded and noisy.

We had such a great time at this branch. From the moment we arrived, one of the staff kindly helped my wife with the pram by the lift and gave us a warm welcome. The atmosphere was really friendly — one of the chefs was waving and playing with our baby, which made us feel so comfortable and at home. The cashier was very helpful too. I was about to order 3 portions of fries with our 3 burgers, but he honestly advised us to just get 1 large fries, saying it would be more than enough — and he was right! The place was clean, busy, and had a good vibe. When we were leaving, we accidentally left one of our drinks behind. When we came back to ask, a staff member apologized and immediately gave us a fresh one without any fuss. It’s rare to get such great customer service these days, but this Five Guys really impressed us. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a while ago, my boyfriend and I were craving some fries at night. I think there was a bit of miscommunication at the start as I was given the normal fries when I thought I ordered the seasoned fries. I told them about the misunderstanding. They happily made me a portion of seasoned fries and let us keep the normal ones even when I said that I can give back the original one. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with how they dealt with the situation - great customer service.

Lunch time, after a morning at the science museum and before going to the natural history museum. A well-deserved break at Five Guys, order taking and basement room. Quite noisy place due to the background sound of the speakers scattered throughout the restaurant. Fast service and always peanuts and unlimited drinks dispenser. Perfect ! Good time, perfect for recharging the batteries before another visit. We'll be back!

Larger snack bar, snack with real meat much better than McDonald's or Burger King...

Really expensive place for a decent hamburger. Two meals were around 60€. The milkshake was really good though and the portions are huge. Don't take the large fries - they are MASSIVE. :D We had a really lovely service though!

It's a fast food restaurant but the fries are much better than a McDonald's and the like. In addition, even if you take the very small model, the bag is full

My fries were too salty but a nice young man was very helpful and friendly and changed them for new ones which were perfect. Great food and customer service, give that helpful guy a raise!

I visited the restaurant with some friends, not my choice but thought I would give it a go, I only had a drink, it was empty but not very clean, toilets were very dirty and needed a code to go in.

It's part of a chain, delivering fast food at good prices considering the location. Clean bright and for me too noisy. But that's supposed to help turnover so is understandable. Access will be difficult for some as the main area is in the basement, there is a lift and outside seating on the sunny side of the street.

The burgers are delicious. Potatoes cooked in peanut oil. Ambiance may be improved. Clean.

The staff is friendly and the burgers are amazing but the fries were soggy to the point of barely being cooked and all the sodas we tried tasted off. At this price level I expect better.

This is the best place to eat burger and fries with milkshake. I was just passing by and came here to have some chips only but after having such a good welcome by the manager and QC on the shifts changed my mind and I bought milkshake as well. It was such a quality fries I have ever had and an amazing milkshake. I would really recommend everyone to go there to spend quality time while eating something. It's really worth the money you spend.

Very crowded and no places to sit

I have been to this Five Guys twice now and it is always 5 stars from ordering to eating. The location is great. The photos I took are of empty foil because who is going to take pictures of food getting cold? Anyway I am 40 and the artwork on the pin board is way superior to mine lol but a contribution non the less. LOL

I have been to this branch many times Randa and Amar make it feel like a local independent. Not a multi site chain. You have two great colleagues there!!!!

Review in Portuguese, as it was the only place I visited in London where I was served in my native language. I was happy and felt welcomed. Incredible snack, wonderful potatoes.

Super friendly staff, fast service

Overall not bad, I didn't appreciate the sandwich packaging, which when closed with foil stuck to all the cheese and moistened the bread. Also, the bacon was a little burnt. The chips go up a notch, they are devastating, the best I've ever eaten. They are also very abundant and generous with the portion, it's worth stopping by even just for those.

Too bad for nothing! Expensive and for quality....same as Mc Donald's....we paid 43 pounds for 4 Burgers and 1 fries. Mercy

We visited this premises on 7th February at 3:30 pm. The black lady on the shop floor, who was cleaning the tables and floors, was quite rude and had an unpleasant attitude. It felt as though she was working there as a form of punishment. I asked her to repeat where the toilet was and if she could kindly sanitise the tables where we were seated. Having worked in hospitality for over 15 years, I would never have permitted my employees to behave in such a manner.

The best team! So accommodating to us!! Made our evening so much better- delicious food!!! Pranav and the lovely lady were so nice!!!

NOT SAFE TO GO THERE, I GOT ROBBED BY TWO GUYS IN THE RESTAURANT. THEY WOULD ACT LIKE THEY NEED FOOD. NEVER TRUST ANYONE. STAY SAFEEEE!! THE WORKERS ARE SUSPICIOUS. They called our order number but it wasn't there and then the thief approached us to grab the phone from the table. And i saw one of the workers talking to one of them. THE WHOLE RESTAURANT IS SUSPICIOUS. BAD SECURITY.

An alright place to grab a quick bite to eat. Not sure why I was charged a 20% tax on my total bill, but I was satisfied with my meal

Nice staff, fresh food, plenty of seats and crayons and cards for kids to draw. It might look expensive but the quality is quite high so the value equals the price.

Not even the 11 M was as hard as the bacon on the hamburger, almost €20 for a hamburger with a drink on top, as I said, the hard and dry bacon! The place is dirty and a little claustrophobic, the only acceptable thing was the potatoes!

A fast food restaurant, very good hamburgers and fries. Refillable drink as many times as you want, and self-service nuts. I don't give it five stars because there is only one ordering machine, they should install some more to speed it up.

The hamburger is really delicious and you can choose from countless flavors of soft drinks, but the fries are a bit overcooked and - maybe because of the location - the pricing is not a little overpriced. Family of 4 / 4 menus = £85-90. The place itself is easily accessible and clean due to continuous cleaning.

They truly made my day! As an international student, this was my first birthday away from my family. While waiting for my burger, holding a small birthday cake, a staff member asked what the occasion was. When I told them it was my birthday, they all burst out with a loud “Happy Birthday!” and even gave me a free drink. Their kindness and genuine wishes brought me close to tears. Unforgettable birthday for my life!

The place is a bit small, given that it is below street level. Sandwiches small to medium but still good. The refill service is more fun than anything else. It allows you to try many flavors of drinks that you would never find in Italy. Medium-high prices (on average for London anyway). For sandwich, potatoes, drinks with refill service they start around €20.

Il personale è gentile e simpatico.

Was really impressed with the burger and service. Fast and good quality. I'm keto and they had lettuce wrapped burger. Super happy. I love that we can add as many toppings for no extra charge. The burger is expensive but quality.

A normal fast food restaurant with higher quality than normal but the prices are really high.

We ate there during our trip to London because it is very close to the Natural History Museum. It is a small place, in a basement, something you have to take into account if you are claustrophobic. Despite being packed when we were there (noon) the place was very clean, there was always a person cleaning, as well as in the bathrooms. It didn't take us long to order or to be served, which may be expected, but sometimes "fast food" doesn't work out, especially if it's in places with a lot of people.

Clean enough but the tables are weirdly cramped.

The place is always crowded because of its proximity to the metro and museums (V&A and Science Museum) but the welcome is always great. Fast and efficient!

I’ve never had such an incredible experience at 5 Guys. The workers Maria, Caleb and the others working on the night on Monday the 21st of October are some of the kindest people I have ever spoken to with the best service I may have ever received. Will defo visit again.
