Great place for delicious pizza. Wait service was pleasant and friendly. Prices are reasonable as well. Although small, the noise was low. Cloth napkins!

Good food , good service at a reasonable price convenient location

De Amicis remains our favorite restaurant in London. We ate there several times during our recent visits. The food is reliably good. The lasagna and Tricolore salad are our favorites and the pizza is excellent, but everything we have ordered has been delicious. The staff is always friendly and attentive, with many familiar faces we remember from our first visit years ago. We look forward to returning year after year.

Clearly the food is made ‘from scratch’ by a someone who really knows what they are doing. Flavours and textures that are very hard to find.

We were very pleased to happen in and find an empty table. It was like finding a gem. We now visit at least once every time we are in town. It is small and fills soon after opening. They do take reservations and if you arrive an hour after opening you may need to wait. The food is beautiful and consistent. We have never been disappointed with the flavors or service. If you see a dessert you want, reserve it early as they do sell out. The small space is perfect for a relaxing meal.

The saddest Entrecôte I have ever eaten. 3 small pieces of potato, lien broccoli and bean sprouts. Couldn't even feed a child and I could have made this much better at home for half the price. This was sad and expensive.

Excellent quality of food. We have the special gnoccis of the day, the lasagna of the house, and the tiramisu. All was really good, you feel that every ingredient is made in here.

Unfortunately, my rating is due to the atmosphere, developed by the staff, and not by the quality of food. I felt very unwelcome in this restaurant. I don’t know if it was due to me being there with my partner.🤷🏻‍♂️ the mail waiter handed us off to the female waitress. There was not a friendliness or welcoming, feeling in this restaurant. This led to a very bad experience.

Good food, very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the entrance door doesn't close itself, so you're constantly left in the cold because the guests don't close the door or the door closer doesn't work properly. So we, other guests and the employees had to constantly close the door again. This could be easily fixed and should be done.

ANGLO-Italian restaurant. You can't call yourself an Italian restaurant if you don't bring bread to the table. If you ask for water, I don't think it's the best thing to bring it with unwanted ice and pour it into the glass. Still excellent food and nice atmosphere. I don't feel like defining it as Italian as I said above but Anglo-Italian. Rating 7.5

A really nice restaurant. Even though it was fully booked on Saturday evening, there were no waiting times. The dishes offered were homemade and of very good quality, very tasty. RS is a highly recommended place.

Excellent Italian restaurant with some more unusual items on the menu. We had a superb Stracciatella.... had not seen it on a menu for years. The entrecote steak with pepper sauce was generous and gorgeous, cooked rare just as we requested. Vegetables al dente included in the price. Service charge added - very happy to pay it: our waitress was very helpful and pleasant. We are already looking forward to returning here.

Exceptional traditional Italian dining! We were passing by on our way back to the hotel and decided to stop in. It’s easy to miss…so happy we didn’t! Simply excellent in every way - service, food, wine. Best meal we have had in London so far.

We were looking for an Italian restaurant for a birthday dinner while in vacation from the United States and happened app on De Amicis Restorante. Best thing that could have happened. Reasonably priced, great selections and everything was increadible. The birthday girl who I extremely picky almost collapsed on her first bite it was so good! Best meal we've had so far and probably the best we'll have on this trip (unless we go back, which we probably will).

The place is nice, small, and full. The pizza, risotto, and pasta are delicious. The food is delicious, but I asked for garlic bread, and it didn’t arrive. They charged me for it. When I spoke to them, they removed it and charged me, and they charged me for it also. I didn’t like the laka’a movement, but in general it’s nice 👍🏻

Good traditional neighbourhood italian. Liver very nice as was the bruschetta and the burrata.

La atención es excelente, amable y rápida. respecto a la comida es una experiencia muy casera…deja la sensación de estar en un lugar familiar. El plato que he pedido resultó muy bueno para mi, incluido el postre (han sabido cuidarme de una alergia reciente al gluten, sin perder lo exquisito de los sabores, especialmente en el postre). Incredible service! We arrived after a long day and Fatima was our waitress. She welcomed us from the beginning of the meal with a smile. She was attentive to all the tables requests and was ready to provide any recommendations requested. Food was amazing! And the atmosphere was quiet, clean and welcoming.

Wow, we like to eat out and this place in Notting Hill has put a smile on our faces. Lovely staff, family run and delicious food at reasonable prices. We had the lasagna and tricolour pizza with a side of tomato and onion salad. Really tasty food

We have been in the UK for 14 days. This was the best meal I’ve had here. I ordered the breaded chicken breast topped with asparagus. The meal came with green beans, broccoli, and potatoes. We had a bottle of wine and ordered an ice cream with chocolate dessert. The servers were attentive. Food seasoned perfectly and tasted delicious.

Amazing food in a quiet atmosphere. Quick to come. Great wine list. Tomato and onion salad is a must try. Also the Gnocchi alla Piedmontese is amazing

Lovely slightly old fashioned and traditional Italian restaurant

We really enjoyed eating here! We started with bruschetta. I don’t know how they got ripe and tasty tomatoes at this time of year. I had pasta with pesto, and my daughter had the pasta with a cream, mushroom, and truffle sauce. Everything seems to be freshly made. If I were in London longer, I would love to come back and try a different dish.

I came by the comments, I was disappointed. Nothing special. The calamari were soft and not crunchy, the lasagna and pasta were ok, but nothing special for an Italian restaurant. It was very cold, the door was always open and the service was super slow. It might have been bad luck.

A traditional (for the UK) Italian trattoria with the menu that you would expect but with some very interesting additions, some as daily specials. The food was extremely well-cooked. The service was exceptional; attentive, friendly and good-humoured.

We went for dinner a couple of days, since it was near the hotel and it was the "healthiest" and "lightest" thing we had nearby. The pizzas are very delicious, with their Italian crust par excellence and the salads too, both of a decent size, which is appreciated. The price is not expensive. The attention is good.

Cozy place with a good menu, we ate very well. We thought it was a bit expensive, even for London. Pizza and melanzane with a bottle of wine and a coffee.. €70!! 🥲 They charge you tip commission by the face, that should be optional, not taxed on the account

This is a nice cosy Italian restaurant that I liked very much. Tasty food and the service was very nice. I asked the hostess if they can make a special plate for me that wasn’t on the menu and they did. I thank them very much for the effort and kindness and I will be back here again.

It’s the nicest restaurant we’ve been to in London. The kind of food we like and a bit more upmarket to where we’ve been before. Delicious food, friendly service and an all round lovely experience.

De Amicis is the best trattoria I know in London. Superb food, especially the bruschetta, Cotoletta Milanese and Saltimbocca alla Romana. The staff are very professional and friendly. The loos are the cleanest I have seen in a UK restaurant, and testament to the good hygiene. The kitchen is also very clean, the pots and pans shining brightly! A fantastic ambience of a classic trattoria.

This is by far our favourite restaurant in West London. The food and service is just simply wonderful, cooked very well. The staff are friendly and the regulars talked to each other. Just great. We are regulars.

Lovely family type restaurant. Great food, atmosphere and service.

The three of us had an enjoyable evening and were happy with what we chose. The sea bass was delicious, attractively served with very tasty vegetables. The same goes for the breaded chicken. We were delighted with the dessert of caramelised oranges.

My go to Italian restaurant. We’ve been there many times now and it never disappoint. In the winter maybe there should be a curtain on the door as the draft can be quite cold.

Las pizzas muy normalitas, nada digno de un buen restaurante italiano. Pero las pastas! Por favor! En un mal día hago cualquier pasta mejor. Si un restaurante se precia a cobrar 18€ por unos spaghetti boloñesa….se deberia currar un poco los platos!! Nada que sea muy reseñable para la nota de google. Para colmo al traer la cuenta descubrimos un 12% de servicio, nada menos que un 12% que son 15€ por una cena en muy normal y que para colmo tardaron en apuntarnos. Vaya que no entiendo el 4.4…

Food was good. We’ve got a menu only after few minutes which was quite a long wait, to be honest. A couple next to us was waiting for a menu about 10 minutes. I think you should be more attentive to your guests.

We all enjoyed the food - the calamari and prawn starters were excellent. The pasta bolognese was delicious, as was the chicken with parmigiana. The pudding menu had everything you wanted so it was hard to choose, but I can recommend the apple pie and the profiteroles. The restaurant feels authentically Italian and the service was excellent.

Myself and my husband just had a weekend in London. We were staying a short walk from this restaurant and kept walking past saying how cute and authentic it looked, so last night about 9pm, we decided to go in. The staff were really nice and friendly and also accommodated my dairy allergy by taking cream out of a pasta dish, my husband had pepperoni pizza. Disapqpointingly, both dishes were so bland, no fresh herbs used, and no flavour really to them at all. Not what you expect from an authentic Italian restaurant. By about 10.30pm as we were finishing our wine, people were still eating, and the staff were walking through the restaurant with bags and boxes of rubbish,l to dispose of, we were sat by the door, it was cold and wet so not pleasant whilst they propped the door open to do this, this should be done when the restaurant is closed, this really wasn't great. Then the door opened again whilst they brought in the tables and chairs from outside and folded them up inside, making you feel like you were really being pushed out, it was all the most uncomfortable experience to be honest. Such a shame, they have a few things to work on In this restaurant, the quality of the food being a huge one in our opinion.

This is our favourite restaurant and we go often. The staff are friendly and attentive. The chef says hello to the regulars very friendly touch. This is matched by the food the restaurant served. The special board changes all the time so it does not form part of the usual menu, what an excellent idea.

My first and last time at this restaurant. It was getting late, under an hour before closing but the restaurant accommodated us. The first waitress offered good service. For the cost of each dish, the amount of meat was little with dry sections, tasted very much like it was microwaved. Though the sauce and seasoning were very good. A second waitress brought the bill with the card machine. We paid a bill that also included both a service charge and a tip, which added a very surprising 26% to the bill, hence a 2 star rating is fair.

The food was fantastic and the staff were great. It was a little touristy, but we ourselves were tourists so it's hard to complain

Today my Mother & I chose the fresh porcini risotto as recommended. It was truly, truly delicious! Vai a mangiare.....you won't be disappointed!

This restaurant is one of our favourites. It has NEVER fail or disappoint us. Our guests are full of praise when we take them there. The good is outstanding and the special board constantly changes apart from the normal menu which is brilliant already.
