La discreta y bajo los árboles vestidos de navidad fueron una experiencia tipo narnia un momento y debe hacer foto. Había mucha atención del personal pero nada memorable de nadie para hacer la experiencia especial. Sin embargo, era especial en uno de los hoteles más emblemáticos de Londres y nos encantó cada minuto.

The food here was spectacular, and so were the prices, but you get what you pay for, and if you can afford it, put on your finest clothes and enjoy the doormen, the impeccable service, and the wonderful food

ミシュラン3つ星のレストランということで期待して行きました。前菜、メイン、デザートのコースをいただきました。前菜の前に出てきた小皿がこじゃれていて3品とも見た目も味も繊細で美味しかった。前菜はホタテのグリルをチョイス。ソースをその場でかけてくれてこれまた美味。ロンドンもやればできるじゃん！メインはドーバーソール(ヒラメ)をチョイス。厚みのあるヒラメにエンドウ豆のソース。魚の味を活かしたさっぱりとした一品。デザートはキャラメルとチョコレートのムース。こちらもくどくなく程よい甘さとパリパリチョコレートがあっていて美味しかったです。シャンペンをグラスで頼みましたが1杯36ポンド！3人でサービス料混みで600ポンド。やっぱり日本と比べるとコスパは劣るけど、ロンドンの中では珍しく美味しい！と思えるお店でした！

già dall'ingresso si capisce di essere a un livello superiore. siamo arrivati a pranzo senza prenotazione (per fortuna avevano ancora 3 tavoli), siamo stati seguiti dalla a alla z da 2 camerieri (uno italiano molto cortese e simpatico). piatti particolari e con gusti particolari... devo dire molto buoni. 2 menù di 3 portate, acqua e servizio £ 98, non poco ma per la location e i vicini di tavolo (becks family)... ci sta ;-)

Fuimos a la GR en el Claridge's durante una escapada de fin de semana a Londres durante la Navidad. Reservamos con antelación y la experiencia no es decepcionante, pero tengo que decir que me gustó mucho el vino y el conocimiento sommelier y conversar un par de puntos por encima de la comida. He estado en otros 1 restaurantes con estrellas Michelin y parecía que estaban un poco detrás en algunos aspectos. El lugar es muy exclusivo y en el corazón de Mayfair, en Londres, donde nada parece ser en exceso.

Went a few years ago it was an amazing meal, wonderful experience. Never forgotten how good it was. Best service. Gutted it closed!

Every dish was amazing, the service the very best, the wine was excellent. it was expensive but it felt like it was the right price due to the quality of the food.

Can't fault the welcome, service, environment or the food, especially the cheese trolley (not a board at all, fantastic....)There's a drinks waiter, food waiter, bread waiter and some I've no idea what they do but they are dressed as waiters.Remember there's a major dress code, so don't turn up in jeans like a couple of other diners did. They do offer some clothes if there's a problem but they don't look like something I would suggest.Reason for a 4, the price. Blimey it's pricey. BUT I am willing to return and pay the price. Great evening just remember to have space on your credit card. -:)

My wife took me to Gordon Ramsey at Claridges for my birthday. I can only say that this restaurant transcends dining and gives you an experience you will remember and cherish for years to come!

Couldn't fault this place at all!! fantastic all round from as soon as walk in felt welcome!! As working in the trade this place was making me act like a kid in a toy store. Every dish was well presented and taste was amazing best!! Defo one to tuck of the bucket list

Dette var noe av det særeste og dårligste vi har blitt servert. Med en regning på 1200 pund og fler voksene menn som spytter ut maten og syntes at ikke alle syv rettene burde vært preget av trøffel og ansjos. Gå et annet sted, her flytes det på navnet. Dumt å bli baktrøfflet når man er keen på god mat.

We came for lunch, but left really satisfied. Professional staff and serving. It took us 3 hours to complete our courses. But time went fast. This is a place where things are quiet, and you can have long conversations. The peek into the kitchen was an interesting plus.

ゴードンラムジーのレストランがいくつかあり、ここもその一つです。すっかりゴードンラムジーにハマってしまい、クラーリッジでランチしてきました。高級ホテルのグランドフロアなので、ちょっと入りづらい感じもありましたが、ホテルの横から入ると、クロークがあり、トイレがあり、レストランに辿り着きました。料理は言うまでもなく、全て美味しかったうえに、サービスも行き届いていました。プラスアルファの料理、サービスがうれしかったです。おちょこみたいなのに入った料理はどれも感動的なおいしさでした。食後のコーヒーと一緒にでてきたトリュフチョコレートも最高においしかったです。

I went here a few years ago and we were not disappointed. As with any a la carte restaurant you are always going to pay a premium, and especially in Mayfair.I came expecting to pay money, but I also came expecting to enjoy the experience. It was great from start to finish. We had four courses, and it was all fantastic.The staff were fantastic and the place is just amazing. If I have one tiny tiny fault with the place, it was just a little too dark while we were eating. However it was over 5 years ago, and it may not be the same now. I was really impressed with the glass splash back plates in the men's toilets. Ha ha, so gents don't worry about splashing your best shoes.

Il vero lusso.....è una location,come il Maze,bella, elegante, accogliente ....il tutto senza eccessi; è un vero lusso anche il personale. ...professionale, garbato, efficiente senza invadenza;e che dire del cibo?!...una delizia, ogni piatto un capolavoro, ma senza esibizionismi (le Madeleine più buone mai mangiate ).In ultimo un rapporto qualità /prezzo per il menù degustazione sorprendentemente contenuto. Ho poi avuto il privilegio di una visita in cucina e due chiacchiere con cuoco e personale di sala che ha reso per me indimenticabile la serata.

Fui duas vezes almoçar lá. Na primeira ocorreu tudo bem, na segunda foi uma decepção. Achei um cabelo no pão que eles servem de entrada. O garçom simplesmente recolheu o pão e ficou por isso mesmo. Num restaurante desse padrão, esperava um pedido de desculpas, no mínimo. A comida é boa, mas cara para o que é. Vá pelo nome do restaurante, mas saiba que existem outros muito melhores em Londres.

Sempre indicando o melhor para o seu pedido e deixando você a vontade mesmo sendo um restaurante chique com pessoas de alto porte.Ah, sem contar que você pode ir e acaba dando de cara com o próprio Gordon, que foi o meu caso.Super indico para encontro de casais e famílias que vão comemorar alguma data especial. Lembrando que tem que reservar com uma certa antecedência pois o restaurante possui poucas mesas.

I had a round table business lunch in the FERA restaurant - the food was amazing. For starters we had an 'Amuse Bouche' followed by a starter of mackerel & spring onions. The main was also delicious - a roasted chicken breast in a frothy coulis. The service was impeccable and at one point we had 4 waiters around our table, serving everyone at the same time. I would recommend the private dining area which has a sliding door and keeps out the noise of the rest of the diners.

The food was excellent, my roast beef was amazing, just how I like it. The service was amazing; they have hot freshly made bread and it was lovely, poor waiter who served us had to come to our table quite a few times, I couldn't stop eating it. Added to the service they do the little happy birthday on a plate which I got and was just amazing. Overall very pricey but you pay for what you get, brilliant meal.

Gordon Ramsey and Claridges what more could a girl wish for!This restaurant is stunning, the tables looked outstanding & I have to say the food was exceptional. The waiters gave a top class service as you would expect but were also very friendly & made us feel at ease, which is how you want to feel, happy & relaxed whilst eating the most delicious food. Check out the ceiling lights!

So expensive, everyone is arrogant. The waiters started serving red while we were still drinking white and working on the first fish dish. Then they started crunching meat dishes even before we finished the fish.Food is nice but for that amount of money, we expected more exquisite service.We felt as though we were in a manufacturing factory. We could sense the restaurant was trying to keep the table occupation as short as possible for one party.We will never ever go back here.

Ate "in the kitchen". We were really in an air conditioned open fronted booth overlooking the pass. Pure theatre to accompany the tasting menu.

Very standard for a 3 star Michelin. My hotel helped me to book for the table around 22:00. As this was the first time I was in this restaurant, I followed the suggestion and have the set menu of 7 courses, all signature courses were included. The preparation was ok but nothing extraordinary. There was good selection of wine though. I ordered 4 different wine to accompany the meal. The manager in charge was a french gentlemen who was from Dijon. He didn't stop to talk in French language to other clients about how he met Mr. Ramsey in Dijon for the first time and how Mr. Ramsey invited him to work here. As he spoke quite loudly in a relatively small restaurant and as I understood french, it was bit annoying. The price was reasonable for a 3-star michelin. but the quality for me is not as good as some 3 or even 2 michelin star in France.

I forgot that I had not reviewed this, my wife booked as a surprise for my birthday, dinner at the chefs table during a weekend stay at Claridges. All I can say is WOW!, what an experience, the food was exquisite, each chef explaining what the dish was and the sommelier bringing a steady stream of wines to compliment each experience. We even had a go at cooking a dish! I would say there was so much food, and lots of tasters in between, even the dessert had an accompaniment Really recommend this as a treat, but we spent over 1k on a meal so definitely cannot be classified as value. Though a memory that will stay with me for life. Thank you to my wife.

Tsja als we dan toch in London zijn dan gaan we ook lunchen bij Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s. De ambiance is alleraardigst met Rolls-Royces, Jaguars en meer van dat spul voor de deur.De ontvangst is correct maar erg formeel. Net als bij In Den Doofpot in Leiden (zie eerdere review) lijkt het alsof hier niet gelachen mag worden. en dat is jammer want het eten is ook hier meer dan uitstekend.Gekozen voor een drie gangen set lunch menu. En voor 30 pond is dat absoluut value for money. In vergelijking met Maze (wat 250 meter verderop zit) is het eten ook waanzinnig, maar is Maze wat gedurfder. Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s kookt degelijk en goed, maar niet heel spannend. En dat vond ik aan Maze juist zo leuk.Eindconclusie : Uitstekend gegeten, perfecte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, maar een beetje degelijk en formeel. Maar dat zal wel aan de allure van Claridge’s liggen denk ik.

Fantastic food at claridges, atmosphere was amazing, drinks were really expensive but it is London!! The deserts were really good and the main courses, it was a while ago we visited here but I would return as it was really nice.

I went with my husband to try the set menu, after all is a "Ramsey restaurant".The food is well presented and reassemble a modern way of a daily meal. The wine selected for us, was matching perfectly with the food. The service was professional and pleasant to speak with. It was a great night

I had the pleasure of attending a function here for a chef awards.. The food was outstanding and the service was faultless.

The food was delicious and wine recommended to us by the waiter. The service was at a high level which is of great importance to me. It was overall a pleasant dinner with my wife. It is in a superb location and well worth the visit. I generally think there is a lot of hype behind top chefs and their restaurants but I have to say I was impressed with the visit. I will be visiting again with my family. Highly recommend it!

Good place to dine before the theater night for romantic couple and dating place. Service was without complaint and food quality is there with good presentation.

Hovedretten var flæskesteg, hvor underligt det nu lyder. En ikke alm flæskesteg. Tjenerne synes at det var sjovt at vi var fra dk når de nu serverede som de gjorde, derfor fik vi en guidede tur i køkkenet. Det var virkelig en oplevelse. Tusind tak for en fantastisk oplevelse. Intet at sætte en finger på.

Late writing this review but better late than never.Was here with my wife around new years eve.The luxury of Claridges and the decor of the restaurant made it a night to remember although after 3 bottles of wine between us and liqueurs cant remember a massive amount.The meal was superb.. and the service exemplary.But.... put a few pennies aside - think our bill for 2 was around £400 - think that was mostly the wine though.

Been there with couple of friends for 8 course brunch:)Don't get surprise of the size of your meal .Portions are not big but well put together that you won't leave hungry. Taste of pumpkin and pistachio soup will stay with me forever. After Brunch went to the bar area. Great atmosphere, fantastic staff and delicious cocktails....Might me little bit more expensive that average restaurants but well worth the visit to get little bit of heaven :)

My husband and I visited here for a set dinner menu option in November 2012 after my husband has proposed earlier in the weekend.The setting, the ambiance, the service, everything was magical! For both my husband and I this has been the best restaurant experience we have ever had. The food was amazing. My husbands meal was a set menu of 6/7 courses and cost £75 and as I am vegetarian, my version was £55. Although for one meal this may sound expensive, it felt like excellent value for money and we would happily pay the same price again.The food was delicious. I chose from the cheese board which should really be called the cheese table as the staff wheeled a huge trolley over to me with their wonderful selection. The staff knew everything about the cheese and it was a real sight! A true 5* experience.We look back with very fond memories of this wonderful experience. If the restaurant was still running, we would certainly have returned.

This is an old fashioned place with old fashioned hospitality the food is good as is the service was quite busy when we went and the service did not suffer at all probably would not go again but enjoyed the experience .

From walking in the door to leaving, we were treated like celebs - the food was amazing, not only tasting delicious but looking like a small work of art on the plate tooWe tried many different dishes and spent enough to buy a small house, I'm sure lol Its too expensive for a weekly treat but if you can just do it once - you will never forget the experience :)

my wife and i visited expecting a really nice evening and very good food. the staff were very friendly and good at there job the decor of the restaurant was good and we were seated in a corner table overlooking the rest of the restaurant which was lovely. but we were not overly excited with the food for the cost of the meal would not return.

I can not imagine any one not being impressed with Claridges,just entering you feel transported to a time when all London hotels and restaurants treated customers this way.The 3 course set menu was good value and the cocktails a real treat,everyone should go to Claridges at least once even if its just for coffee and cakes.

For the price, this was the worst meal I've ever had. Very ordinary food. I would not recommend, nor return, and certainly a contender for one of GR's programmes on how not to cook.

Cannot fault the service and the food was nice. However, it lacked anything remarkable to justify the price and there are far better restaurants priced in the same bracket.

I had the priviledge to enjoy lunch at Gordon Ramsey's and without a doubt the best foodie experience ever. Now I know I say that a lot but considering that this is my newest review, take my word for it. Opted for the supreme?tasting menu at GBP135pp, which was simply amazing. Started with amous bouche, followed by 3 starters, one main meal and then a palate cleanser and 3 desserts. 3hrs of true culinary delight. Although it was a tasting menu portion sizes were good. The service is excellent, one cannot fault anything. Not a big restaurant, about 14 tables which explains why it is fully booked months in advance. If you plan to enjoy dinner or lunch book well in advance to avoid disappointment. I also like the fact that the service charges were included, this solves a sticky situation because I am never sure what to tip when it comes to such an upperclass experience with such good service. I would most certainly revisit this restaurant.

We were with 6 and we all took the 185pound menu, having been at several high-end restaurants this really was not what I expected, I know several places in London were I eat as good as here but at a third of the price.I have to say the service was impeccable and the food was good but not 185pound good....I already doubted the so called "connoisseurs" guides, this confirmed my doubts, being back in My country I read that for the second time this year a restaurant demanded that Michelin would take his star away the same for the ratings in gault Millau....so I am not the only one who feels cheated by this so called "connoisseurs"....I don't mind to spent money on really good food the proof is that we went here, but I do mind to feel disappointed due to the food.

First visit, and just in time before it closed down for refurbishment marking the end of Gordon at Claridges. The surroundings were magical, so beautiful. They had suffered a power cut that day and there were some delays in serving the food, but it was expertly handled and we just took in the atmosphere and decadence of the restaurant. The food was outstandingly good, with immense flavours, presentation and skill, faultless! The highlight of the day was speaking to the Maître'd as we were finishing and confessing our love for food, when he invited us for a tour of the Claridges kitchen whilst the chefs were cooking, and showing us the chefs table and explaining the various sections. What a lovely touch, it made our day!

If you want to see pomp and circumstance, you should really go here, (or the Albert Hall on the last night of the Proms). The staff know their job, but since every one is posing or hoping to see a celeb the service is not much better than average, and the food whilst pretty would defo not feed a hungry Northerner, and frankly you get just as good at Jury's Inn for less than half the price. Still it's an institution, bit like a compulsory visit to Buck Palace, except you rarely get to see the Queen.

Sono stato in questo ristorante in occasione di un viaggio di lavoro. Conoscevo grazie alla TV lo chef anche se di fatto non credo che fosse presente nel ristorante. Già a partire dal servizio sono rimasto molto deluso, bicchieri di birra che colavano e le gocce finivano sulle giacche dei commensali. Il vino servito (nonostante fosse Italiano) non era degno dei migliori ristoranti soprattutto di uno con tale fama. Il cameriere lo ha servito bagnando mezza tovaglia senza chiedere neanche scusa. I piatti in alcuni casi molto risicati come dosi non mi hanno stupito nel gusto che anzi risultava privo di quel di più che mi aspettavo. Non lo consiglio considerando anche che è fuori mano. Lo chef dopo aver messo a posto ristoranti di mezzo mondo dovrà presto correre al riparo per questo SUO ristorante.

This was a treat for my wife and I on our 1st anniversary. What a treat. Wife enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, the friendly & very polite staff. Nothing was too hard for them. Each dish was a tasty as the last. The service made everybody feel equal and welcome. Highly recommended as a treat or gift for others. Worth the money. Fine dining at it best.

Having heard so much about Gordon Ramsey at Claridges, we decided to try the Lunch Tasting Menu. Overall we were disappointed. The four course meal did not merit £50.00 price. The choices on the menu would certainly not appeal to many diners. They certainly did not appeal to me, but I must say that the food we chose was perfectly cooked and presented. We had ordinary lunch at Claridges on another occasion. We enjoyed it more, and the price was far less, including a glass of wine.

Had our 1st year wedding anniversary meal here. THE BEST meal I have ever had! Pure class. Excellent! We had the Beef Wellington - beautiful! Staff amazing. Just pure class. Go!

went there last April or may? I forgot. I believe I was having the tasting menu. 20 of us in a dining room.a mouth of the soup was delicious, but just a mouth. they served us the salad. ya.. the salad. it's some vegetables intertwined with KFC coleslaw.. that's what I remember. and that's the impression left in my mind.we were already quite drunk as we have finished aroud 6 bottles of wine when they served the Wellington. it's perfectly cooked and delicious.

Notre diner a eu lieu dans un des salons privés. Un menu pour 25 personnes. Le contenu du menu était parfait pour accéder à tous les gouts variés des participant. Un diner excellent. En revanche le service était très long (il y avait un mariage ce jour là). Ce qui était dommage car le diner en lui même était excellent.

Overall experience was fantastic, specially being over a business dinner! From the moment we arrive, Maitre'd was professional and mannered. Service was conducted as it expected with the given expectation. Wine selection was not the greatest, but the Sommelier was highly knowledgeable. Food was fantastic (you can see what we had for dinner from the review tittle)!! Although towards the end of the night, it took us about 10 minutes to look for our waiter to ask for the bill, instead the Sommelier was the more attentive one. Highly Recommended!!

All over great experience. The Beef Wellington was superb, the matching wine was great, and a flawless experience. You pay for it, but service and really good food comes at a cost, which I will willingly pay - providing it is delivered, and I can say that it was!.

If you ever want a first class beef. You should go to Gordon Ramsey at Claridges and order a Beef Wellington. Only served for two. So bring a good friend.

We have visits Claridge's on two occasions now, the First time for My 21st birthday and then again last year for my wife’s Birthday, with her parents. We are all big fans of the Hotel's Art Deco features.We had an excellent dinner on both occasions at Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's, world class food and service for a very reasonable price. We can't wait to visit again.

It was a treat arranged by our son. Lunch with Champagine. We were greeted and escorted to the resturent with courtisy. The table was booked at 1330 hrs initially. We rang to ask if we could arrive at 1300 because we finished our shopping early. There was no fuss about it at all. Ambiance of the resturent is good if one like the old traditional English decor.We were seated with courtesy. They enquired what the occasion was. We informed that it was our first visit. The menue was explained to us. The order was taken and the dishes started to arrive in perfect order and without any fuss. The staff put us both totally at ease. Could not falter the service or the food. Only fault I could comment on is the chair I sat on. The seating have become a little tired and could well do with new apholstary. Apart from that the visit was faultless. Will visit again at some other occasion. We preferred this resturent and the ambiance than the Ritz where we had another good experience on my 60th birthday few years back. One should not expect the place to be cheap.
