Honest Burgers South Kensington in Kensington and Chelsea

First time in an Honest burger and pleasantly surprised. Really good quality burger, able to order medium/rare. Price includes fries and no "discretionary" service charge added to bill. Service was at right speed (not too fast or too slow). Staff nice and friendly. Only negative was that it was hard to get servers attention to get the bill.

I got the Pesto Burger (grild chicken) and onion rings for pickup. The onion rings were extremely greasy each bite felt like oil was dripping into my mouth. The Pesto Burger had decent flavor, but the structure was messy and fell apart easily. The chicken itself was alright, but the overall execution could be much better. Too much grease and poor assembly made it a disappointing meal. The only reason I'm going to give it the third star was because of the friendly staff and manager. And from what I saw in the restaurant it felt eating indoor is better than takeaway.

Thank you for the welcome, we were 4 adults, 4 children and we loved it, the burgers were very good, we were very well placed (come for 12 hours after there is a wait), coloring pages offered to children, I recommend!

An overrated hamburger restaurant. Nothing was good except the hamburger patties. The fries were very dry. I didn't eat the bottom of the hamburger bun, it was so dry. I read the comments in amazement at how popular it became and how it got 4.5 points.

I love Honest Burger, but this was the worst branch! We ordered 2 classic burger which was my favorite, but the fillings were severely burned and tasted bitter, and most of the fries were crushed! I've never experienced this at other branches. However, we were so hungry that we didn't say anything and ate our food. This quality is not acceptable for this restaurant.

Fantastic food. Everything on the menu was available as gluten free, even crumbed chicken items. More restaurants should follow their lead. Would highly recommend if you have food allergies.

The food is very good. The Plant Burger surprised me, but the meat options are also mega tasty. It's quite noisy inside, but that doesn't interfere with eating.

A solid burger back in January 2024. The rule here? Tap water only — no beer, because… well, it’s January.

Very tasty burgers and great fries. A huge plus for the gluten-free option, thanks to which I got here. A child with celiac disease ate everything with pleasure and there were no problems.

just perfect👌 if you are looking for an affordable banger you are in the right spot. i was in literal disbelief when i took the first bite out of my burger and the rosemary fries made it a perfectly well rounded meal. i think ive never tasted anything like this before! 10/10 would absolutely recommend

This only the place wi managed to get in with the kitchen open 10pm. To our surprise the food and service was very good. Organic food, local produce. I am not fun of burgers but it was a tasty one, with their own signature sause. There was vegan and vegetarian burgers available.

Be sure to arrive early, otherwise there may be a wait. Right next to the museums.

By far my favorite burger place

Overall good experience First of all don’t try the onion rings. Too oily. Apart from that the burgers are excellent. I like the fritter veggie burger especially. Would try again. In addition. I would give a 4 star if it were not for this marketing strategy that I noticed. They have a sign saying student 20 percent discount. However, discount only on Sunday to Thursday. But on Sundays to Thursday they don’t put the sign out. And on Friday and Saturday they would put the hug yellow sign out to get students to come only to be disappointed. Funny huh?

Fantastic staff and great food. Busy from open until close but they will always find a way to fit you in even if there is a 5 10 minute wait. All sides and dips are gluten free and never had an issue.

Excellent! Glad I stopped by and waited. Queued outside for maybe 15 mins with 8-10 people in front of me. I knew what I wanted and the host was on point at grabbing my order as I took a seat. Drink within a few mins, burger with 10. And it was a really good burger!! 😋🍔

I give two stars because the food is really very good but being charged a 10% tip without asking is a shame, when it is something that is not mandatory. I would not return for this simple detail, it is not advisable to have 5 pounds stolen from your face like that, the price is already high enough for this, it is prepared to deceive tourists

The patties are thin, so it's hard to get a meaty feel, but this franchise burger features a crispy bun. And the French fries are delicious. I also recommend the buffalo wings. Personally, I didn't notice much of a difference, but as it is the most popular brand among London's top three burger brands, there is a bit of a wait.

Great burger spot in London! We ordered 2 burgers and wings! Unfortunately the waiter brought us the wrong burger but I only realised once I bit into it so didn’t want to bother her to change it BUT it was delicious! The fries were warm and not hot. The burgers were fantastic!

Burgers were good and well priced. Varied chip experience, mine were nice, while my wife's were 80% chip, 20% scraps. Bacon gravy side dish was also nice. Serving staff efficient and polite. 10% service charge added.

Burgers and fries are tasty but you definitely get a smaller portion when you order takeaway. Take way was reasonable, around a 10 minute wait. I could wait inside. Service was fast. They were out of chicken wings when I visited, this was around 8:30pm.

Honestly I think this was the best burger I have ever had; to be honest I am not a burger lover but I can eat the double smash beef burger everyday. Plus the rosemary fries were really special. If you visiting nature museum don’t miss out this place; few minutes walk from there.

Just finished lunch here. Fairly good food but very inconsistent service. We sat and ordered promptly. Half of our group finished their food and drinks before the other half received drinks. Watched several tables be sat and served while waiting for even drinks. No apology offered, just bad service. Plenty of comparable eateries nearby that are more customer attentive.

Honest Burger offers decent food that’s just okay—nothing standout, but it gets the job done. The interior feels dated and worn, which detracts from the experience. Seating is a letdown, lacking comfort and making it hard to fully enjoy the meal. Overall, it’s fine if you’re in a pinch, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

Fantastic lunch with my daughters. 3 different burgers with 3 possible side choices: my veggie burger was delicious, accompanied by new sauces, for me, who would never have chosen and purple cabbage, my daughters had a beef and a chicken accompanied by excellent chips and crunchy salad with a delicious mayonnaise. Excellent quality meat and for London standards the price is also honest. Very kind staff but Celilia Italiana was TOP ... she made us feel at home. Highly recommended place. If we were to return to London we will definitely pop into Honest.

Why can't you be honest about your prices? I have just spent 10 minutes on your website, clicking and clicking, trying to find the price of your burgers, but I couldn't find the prices anywhere, other than for the kids' menu. How disappointing.

My go-to spot for cheat meals. The food is excellent, and the chicken is halal and cooked separately. The staff is incredible and very friendly, with a special shout-out to Marek, who always goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Very delicious food, highly recommended, the only drawback I can find is that the burgers are very small but they make up for it with the flavor. The burgers come with potatoes. Today we ate the pesto, a small piece of chicken and my partner ate the smash which tasted very tasty

I visited this place because I thought it was a famous British hamburger restaurant. I ordered an honest burger. It was very meaty and delicious. I guess the characteristic of chips in the UK is that they have a large amount. The store was stylish and the staff were kind and nice.
