Amazing food and quick service. The smash burger is delicious! The fries are very plain but also very crispy and well-made.

Great burger spot in London! We ordered 2 burgers and wings! Unfortunately the waiter brought us the wrong burger but I only realised once I bit into it so didn’t want to bother her to change it BUT it was delicious! The fries were warm and not hot. The burgers were fantastic!

Quiet on a Sunday. Burger just hit the spot. Had to chase a side order. But staff sorted without any fuss.

Burgers were good and well priced. Varied chip experience, mine were nice, while my wife's were 80% chip, 20% scraps. Bacon gravy side dish was also nice. Serving staff efficient and polite. 10% service charge added.

Burgers and fries are tasty but you definitely get a smaller portion when you order takeaway. Take way was reasonable, around a 10 minute wait. I could wait inside. Service was fast. They were out of chicken wings when I visited, this was around 8:30pm.

Honestly I think this was the best burger I have ever had; to be honest I am not a burger lover but I can eat the double smash beef burger everyday. Plus the rosemary fries were really special. If you visiting nature museum don’t miss out this place; few minutes walk from there.

Got a takeaway burger. Was told it would take 10-15 mins. Took almost 25 mins in the end. Food was okay.

Just finished lunch here. Fairly good food but very inconsistent service. We sat and ordered promptly. Half of our group finished their food and drinks before the other half received drinks. Watched several tables be sat and served while waiting for even drinks. No apology offered, just bad service. Plenty of comparable eateries nearby that are more customer attentive.

Had to wait for my table for a couple of minutes. then I was sited .ordered my food.had a burger with cheese and bacon and chips.very good service and the burger was so lovely and juicy and the chips were lovely to .will be coming back for sure

Honest Burger offers decent food that’s just okay—nothing standout, but it gets the job done. The interior feels dated and worn, which detracts from the experience. Seating is a letdown, lacking comfort and making it hard to fully enjoy the meal. Overall, it’s fine if you’re in a pinch, but don’t expect much beyond the basics.

Great food, loads of glutenfree options (the whole menue can be made glutenfree). Service and atmosphere is nothing special, but you don't go there for that. It's a place for a nice quick grab.

Fantastic lunch with my daughters. 3 different burgers with 3 possible side choices: my veggie burger was delicious, accompanied by new sauces, for me, who would never have chosen and purple cabbage, my daughters had a beef and a chicken accompanied by excellent chips and crunchy salad with a delicious mayonnaise. Excellent quality meat and for London standards the price is also honest. Very kind staff but Celilia Italiana was TOP ... she made us feel at home. Highly recommended place. If we were to return to London we will definitely pop into Honest.

Why can't you be honest about your prices? I have just spent 10 minutes on your website, clicking and clicking, trying to find the price of your burgers, but I couldn't find the prices anywhere, other than for the kids' menu. How disappointing.

Very delicious food, highly recommended, the only drawback I can find is that the burgers are very small but they make up for it with the flavor. The burgers come with potatoes. Today we ate the pesto, a small piece of chicken and my partner ate the smash which tasted very tasty

I visited this place because I thought it was a famous British hamburger restaurant. I ordered an honest burger. It was very meaty and delicious. I guess the characteristic of chips in the UK is that they have a large amount. The store was stylish and the staff were kind and nice.

Had to wait outside for a little bit as they was so busy but once in everything was great, onion rings were the best

We went for a quick lunch and were thrilled and amazed by the quality and freshness of the ingredients made on the spot by them, the chips super crunchy and very tasty.

The burger patty was smaller than usual. Waittress (Italian lady) was very helpful and kind. She lnew her menu and allergies ingredients etc. Hostess at the door was also very lind and professional.

Great burger as always from Honest, got seated and served very quickly despite it being packed and a line forming outside (1pm on a Monday). Service was impersonal, however, and seems they just want to do it as quickly as possible, so not as good as other Honest Burgers. Atmosphere was basic, really crammed in and felt more like a school cafeteria.

Food is first class, it's a bit noisy and cramped, but worth it. If you are gluten free this place is a gem and you are in for a treat... Gluten free onion rings that are delicious... Yes please😍😍

Good place with good burgers. The line moves quickly (you have to go inside to be registered and then they call your name while you wait outside). The only thing I didn't like was that they charge you directly for the tip, when it is really optional. However, you can ask to have it removed.

The service was exceptional! Something small hadn't arrived from our order and I've always said it doesn't always matter that something gets forgotten or goes wrong - if it's fixed and the staff go over and beyond it's almost better... I tried it because I heard it's famous, but it was just okay. If you go during lunch time, there's a wait! The lemonade was delicious, but I kept eating it and it was too sweet.

To start with, the food was absolutely fab! Precise, quick to arrive, exactly at the right temperature, the perfect dressing and seasoning, gorgeous, for sure. The place however is a tad too crowded and that's fine, as the place is quite hip, the staff were super nice and helpful and took pride in their place of employment, and we're (all) kind and courteous. The toilets however absolutely need a good revamp. It's important to note that the place is not exactly winning the typical "spotless" score but it was ok, however the toilets left a bit to be desired... extra star to the staff who immediately went to clean it as I mentioned this. All in all, I would go again but I just hope they improve on cleanliness. And lastly, the coleslaw.. come-on guys, You should try the food before serving, it was sweet and tasteless (it sounds weird but it's true)

The burgers are good and its nice to eat a burger where it feels properly made. However, it was the service that ruined it for me. For some reason the waitress decided not to use basic courtesy. Just seemed a little unfriendly, enough for me to notice.

Personally I wouldn't choose to go here but my 8 year old grandson likes the chicken wings, fries and gravy. I had an Honest burger, it's all ok but just not my favourite kind of food. The service is good and my family likes it so for me that's all that matters. My son and daughter in law both enjoyed their burgers.

One or two of the employees were friendly only to Westerners and were taking out our money, but they took it as they wanted without asking and told us to leave quickly before disappearing with the money.

We waited about 20 minutes for a table outside. There were a lot of guests inside. We quickly ordered two burgers - a smashburger and a Greek one. The set included fries. The burgers were really good but the portions were quite small. After eating, we felt unsatisfied, so this is an option to reduce hunger.

Not great at all very dry burger lacking any flavour my wings where definitely microwaved the only reason this ain’t a 1 star review is because the onion rings and chips where good not worth the money at all definitely just a tourist trap the man on the door was friendly but the other staff were not and also can’t tell the difference between Diet Coke and regular coke

Amazing dine-in experience, limited vegetarian options but lived the fritters burger which comes along with a generous portion of home made chips. The restaurant was bustling on a Tuesday evening, felt the London feeling after long! For a dinner for 2 we spend around £40 and really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. Highly recommended!

The taste is definitely not bad, but as they say, the burger is a bit small and the potatoes fill you up. Some people have compared it with Five Guys, its meat is better quality than there, but the rest of it is better than Five Guys, the harmony of ingredients etc. If I have only one chance, five guys, but this place should be tried for the second time. Meanwhile, employees are concerned

Absolutely amazing. The best burger I've had and the herby chips were awesome! What I loved about this place is that veggie people have the whole section! Brilliant. Also although the que was quite long, we managed to get the table within 10 minutes. It's due to amazing team work of everyone! But watching the chefs was crazy. How quick and efficient they are! So many orders and they never lost focus. They also asked my husband how he wants the burger, well done, medium or rare... never heard that question before.
