There are gluten-free burger buns!!! We each took the menu for 20 pounds and were more than satisfied.

The honest burger was not so honest after all. I chose the camembert beef burger with a double burger and bacon and rosemary salted chips. Taste wise it was very tasty but for £19 overpriced for its size. The shop offered the click and collect option where you order online and they bring your order outside without waiting for a table to empty. However, there was a delay of seven minutes from the delivery time that was written on the order.

A highly recommended place, the food was exceptional, the prices super reasonable and the service incredible. Remarkable attention from a Colombian waiter who was very attentive to us and helped us with everything. A place where you can get it right.

The burger doesn’t have any flavour! I ordered the camembert beef burger and it didn’t have salt, you cannot taste the cheese or the meat. I have been eating this burger before in others Honestly Burger and it taste amazing. I really dont know what happened this time. The chips were delicious with right amount of salt and rosemary. The service and atmosphere was good as well.

Rude staff, asked us to wait 15min outside as it was takeaway when it was raining and cold outside, after the wait they gave us burned burger 🍔, it was so burned we had to take off the meat to be able to eat it, if it was seated meal I would have returned this trash.super disappointed as I actually suggested to take this burger I had good experience in other branches but not this one

They forget half of my order and when I come back to get the rest they laugh in my face. Also forget the cheese in the burger.... Avoid!

When leaving the museum, we passed by the souvenir shop that is next to the premises, when looking for a hamburger place we stumbled upon the line on the street. Julia attended to us, in our language when she saw that we were Spanish. He was very attentive and recommended us well! We will return.

If you want to eat a hamburger this is a good place for it. It is true that they are somewhat small but they come accompanied by quite a few potatoes. It is a small place so you will be eating less than half a meter from the other tables and it can be somewhat uncomfortable. Otherwise the price is quite good as is the taste of the food. Quite recommended.

Googled best burgers in London. Saw Honest Burgers come out a lot. The burger is not different from usual other franchises, despite being more expensive. Had a bug in my tap water, but I did not want to make a deal out of it as the place was busy.

Everything was delicious, I read some reviews that said that the hamburgers were small, well for us a complete success, correct size hamburgers with potatoes, which they don't put anywhere else, and great meat

We arrived as two people wanting to eat after the Royal Albert Hall performance ended. We arrived at 10.46 to be told only take-out was available as the kitchen closed from 10.45. Not wanting to eat in public, we pleaded that we’d order right away but the server was adamant and so we left. I appreciate that people want to go home after their shift but there used to be a big of wiggle room before major chains took over the high street. Honest’s food is often great, even though portion sizes are dwindling, but the service can be hit or miss. On this occasion we were left with a sour taste.

If you are coming from the Balkans this meat will be a bit plain for you - for me some spices are missing, if I would close my eyes U wouldn’t know what I was eating.. the only thing I could taste is the parsley in the fries. Service was great and atmosphere as well, but not a big fan of the meat unfortunately ..

Expectional service from Teani and Glen- suggesting and describing to us their local dish with tzatziki sauce! Waiting time for table was around 10 minutes. Food was quick to serve and will be visiting more honest in the future!

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten, the rosemary fries are spectacular! There are several branches in London, we went to the one in South Kensington. Prices are average for London. They don't take reservations, luckily we arrived right before the queue started to form. Super recommended

Queue to get in, despite some empty tables. Very crowded. The honest burger was pretty good, a touch overcooked though. Chips nicely salted. Toilets downstairs were not the cleanest. Staff friendly and cheerful.

If you place a takeaway order, prepare to be the last priority of the entire restaurant. Every dine-in guest and Uber eats order will be prioritized before you. You’ll wait at least 30-45 minutes for an order you placed 15 minutes ago. Just go to the Five Guys down the street or even McDonalds.

I wanted to try the beef burger, but it turned out to be not halal, so we ordered the pesto chicken burger and the buffalo burger, and they were delicious. I hope they add a halal menu

One of the best sandwiches I ate on this trip to London. We waited 15m to enter but it was worth it. If I have the chance I would happily go back.

I had the buffalo chicken burger and wings. Burger and wings were amazing and service was great too. The chicken in the burger was cooked well and the crunch was perfect. The buffalo sauce was generous but not so much that it overpowers the burger.

There is a queue when you pass by this restaurant…. And i understand why. Worth waiting for. Tried the smash burger and it was a perfect burger, with tasty baked patties and homemade rosemary fries. Inside the restaurant lively, packed.. service was fast and friendly.

The budger was amazing! I'm not a burger fan but the reviews were so tempting so I decided to try, and yes, it was great! They also gave you lots of fries. I arrived around 2 pm so I didn't have to wait for table, but still had to wait 20+ min for food as they have lots of orders both in-store and delivery one.

I am lactose intolerant, and they were able to make my burger with vegan cheese, the staff is very nice, the food is also delicious, especially the fries, I also appreciate the waiters here!

(3 stars for Honest Burger standards, for any other brand that would be 4 stars) The good: The wings were incredible like always, burgers were cooked perfectly and fries are still the best out there. The bad: the buns were as flat as if they were from Mc D's. 1/3 of our fries were those tiny bits that are basically fry cutting waste, there used to be a time when honest would never serve those and discard them.

Quality of produce, cooking and flavour is unmatched. Never fails.

Great burgers and fries, pretty regular for London pricing. But taste is proportionate. Service was fairly polite. Bathroom facilities also about adequate.

My boyfriend and I recently visited Honest Burgers in South Kensington during our trip to the UK and it was a great experience! We had a small hiccup with our takeaway order—an item was missing—but the staff were super chill about it and quick to fix the mistake. We really appreciated their friendliness! The food was absolutely delicious! We went for the burgers, chicken wings, fries, and onion rings. The onion rings are AMAZING! They come with this dipping sauce that I’ve never had before, and it was a game changer. Overall, we had a fantastic time and I would definitely visit again. After going to the Natural History Museum, my son stopped by this place because he thought it was a good restaurant, and there were a lot of people waiting. Even though I made a reservation, I still had to wait for about 5 minutes. I ordered the signature hamburger, buffalo wing and onion rings, and the hamburger was so delicious. Even though the bun was slightly sweet, it was very delicious. The onion rings were also really delicious, but they didn't arrive for a while, so when I asked about them, they were kind and nice, but they deducted one point for service! Drinks for 3 people cost £67.

We had a great time at Honest Burgers! My daughter had the single smash burger and I the double - I think the single is big enough. The chips were some of the best we have ever had! We will return. Very budget friendly.

It's a really lovely restaurant, well lokated, kind waitresses. We had to wait like 5-10 minutes but it was totally worth it! And their burgers are really delicious! Moreover, ketchup and mayo are always or the table.

Seriously great burgers and delicious rosemary fries, and at a reasonable price. It's a small restaurant, so it does feel a little bit like they want to get you out quickly for the next guests, but fair enough. Would be great if they served beer on tap rather than just bottles, but they are large bottles and ice cold.

OMG, the South Ken burger was absolutely amazing!! It was cooked perfectly, juicy and the Tzatziki was so flavorful. The service was prompt, courteous and helpful.

I loved the chicken burger. It was one of the most delicious foods I've ever had in London. I chose a non-fried baked patty and it was a great choice. And don't forget to order lemonade as well.

Would highly recommend. Adrian was our waiter and was very fun and personable. As it was our first time in London, he was quick to tell us all the fun things London has to offer & made the entire experience enjoyable. Would recommend anyone come here for the best burger around and friendly staff!
